One themed cocktail, Holiday To-Go, curbside pick-up and six festive menus at Waters Café, Café One Eleven, The Steakhouse Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage, and two 360 Sports locations can be found at Agua Caliente Casinos.
To enjoy the comfort of Christmas at home, Holiday To-Go is the perfect choice for no cooking and minimal clean up. For $225, enjoy an entire chef-prepared meal from the appetizer to the dessert with pick-up at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage. The meal includes a maple-Dijon glaze honey ham with pineapple and a robust selection of sides:
- Virgin holiday eggnog
- Tomato bisque soup with herbed croutons
- Assorted dinner rolls
- Baby lettuce salad with Julienne tri-color peppers, candied walnuts, feta cheese and raspberry vinaigrette
- Boursin whipped mashed potatoes
- Pasta primavera with sundried tomatoes, spinach and ratatouille vegetables

The Steakhouse Palm Springs and The Steakhouse Rancho Mirage are serving holiday pre-fixe menus, decadently prepared for an intimate Christmas celebration. At Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, enjoy a choice of the butternut squash soup with nutmeg, local honey and Crème Fraîche or the heirloom tomato, baby spinach and gorgonzola salad for a starter. For the entrée, choose between the cinnamon braised beef short ribs with the Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, the rainbow garden medley and a burgundy demi, or the baked salmon and crab with tarragon beurre blanc, garden medley and green tea infused jasmine rice. For dessert, try the apple, cranberry and pecan cobbler with grand vanilla ice cream and amaretto caramel, all for $95 per person. At Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage on Christmas day, fill up on the 60-day dry aged 16-ounce prime rib, served with Yorkshire pudding, creamy horseradish, au jus, and duck fat roasted fingerling potatoes for $80 per person. Café One Eleven inside of Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City is offering two options for Christmas day dining. Guests can dine in or opt to receive the following pre-fixe menu for curbside pickup. For $55 per person, the three-course menu includes a starter of the wild mushroom soup with essence of truffle and brioche croutons or the heirloom apple salad, followed by the entrée of honey glazed ham with boursin mashed potatoes, gravy, sage stuffing, candied sweet potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and orange cranberry chutney. Top it off with the festive yule log dessert, featuring chocolate fudge and candied hazelnuts. Café One Eleven is open until 8 p.m. on Christmas Day. Reservations are not required for in-house dining.
At Waters Café inside of Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, enjoy a special Christmas day feast for $48 per person. Bring the whole family to enjoy a three-course meal, starting with either the festive pumpkin and green apple soup, or a fresh iceberg wedge salad. Continue on to the main course, choosing from either the grilled rack of lamb with boursin mashed potatoes, porcini mushroom bordelaise and Thumbelina carrots or the seared salmon with celery mousseline, lemon parsley gremolata, champagne sauce and garlic butter haricot verts. Satisfy your sweet tooth with the sweet potato cake with agave whipped cream. Waters Café is open from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Reservations are not required.
For a casual celebration, visit 360 Sports at Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs and Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage for a finger-licking good holiday meal. 360 Sports Palm Springs is serving open faced meatloaf sandwiches for $16, which is traditional meatloaf sliced over multigrain bread and served with Yukon Gold whipped mashed potatoes and gravy. At 360 Sports Rancho Mirage, enjoy the eight-ounce New York steak with spicy garlic broccolini and smashed red potatoes on Christmas Eve and Christmas day for $30. 360 Sports Palm Springs is open until 10 p.m. and 360 Sports Rancho Mirage is open until 11 p.m. on Christmas day. The Grinch is $15 and features Jameson, Baileys, green Crème de Menthe, crème de cacao, and a splash of cream, garnished with crushed candy canes. The festive, light green cocktail is the perfect mix of sweet and creamy with a touch of mint.
