Understanding Balance
Points can be redeemed for shopping and food purchases, as well as conversion to Free Play on your favorite slots.

ACE CLUB RULES
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid photo identification is required for all player transactions.
Only members listed on an ACE Club account may receive account information or engage in any transaction(s) relating to that ACE Club account.
ACE Club cards, points, offers and awards are not transferable.
ACE Club members earn points for slot play. When the ACE Club card is inserted in the slot machine, points are earned at a rate of three (3) points for every ten (10) dollar of coin-in on slot machines and three (3) points for every twenty (20) dollars of coin-in on video poker machines. ACE Club members will also earn points for non-gaming spend.
Points are redeemable for thirteen (13) months from the date they were earned. Points will be forfeited if no activity has occurred on account for a period of thirteen (13) months or greater.
ACE Club card must be properly inserted in the machine’s card reader to record play and earn points.
ACE Club members may request tracking of table games play. ACE Club cards must be presented to a table games supervisor.
Any misuse of the card or improper play as determined by Agua Caliente Casinos may result in forfeiture of all ACE Club points and card.
ACE Club points may be redeemed for approved goods and services redeemable at $1 per 100 points.
ACE Club members should notify Agua Caliente Casinos, in writing or in person and must provide proof of identity, for any personal information changes in order to continue to receive information on ACE Club offers, bonuses, party invitations or other ACE Club events.
Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right to deny an application to participate in the ACE Club program or revoke an ACE Club card at any time at its sole discretion.
Participation in the club constitutes ACE Club member’s agreement to abide by the Official Rules of the program and the decisions of Agua Caliente Casinos.
Agua Caliente Casinos will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules and that decision shall be final and binding.
Any ACE Club card that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these Official Rules is automatically void.
Agua Caliente Casinos may introduce other promotions that operate in association with the ACE Club program. All rules, conditions and procedures for these promotions will be detailed in the Official Rules of each specific associated promotion.
Offers and benefits can only be redeemed by presenting the ACE Club card along with proof of identification acceptable by Agua Caliente Casinos at time of redemption.
Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club program or any program relating thereto may be amended, changed, modified or canceled in-part or completely by Agua Caliente Casinos at any time at Management’s sole discretion in keeping with fairness for all upon approval of the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission.
