(May 10, 2023) — Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, the original property of the three award-winning Agua Caliente Casino locations across the Coachella Valley, announces a new suite of elevated experiential dining offerings at The Steakhouse. The new offerings are available now and include a new menu of exclusive cigar offerings at The Steakhouse’s outdoor patio, smoked ice cubes and a tableside French press coffee service.
The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Casino Palms Springs introduces a cigar menu featuring 10 different types of cigars for guests to enjoy the best in smoke along with fine dining. A completely new addition to the restaurant, the cigar menu is available exclusively at The Steakhouse’s outdoor patio and allows guests to enjoy a cigar while dining. It is the only non-cigar lounge in Palm Springs where guests are able to smoke cigars and dine at the same time. A menu of suggested cocktail pairings is available that tastefully pairs elevated beverage selections with the new suite of cigars.
In keeping with the theme of smoke, The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs also introduces a twist to its craft cocktail menu –smoked ice cubes, complete with palm tree embellishments. The smoked ice cubes are paired with The Steakhouse’s signature Smoked Old Fashioned, which features the Makers Mark Private Selection excusive to Agua Caliente Casinos. The smoked ice cubes were designed to produce tasting notes that pair perfectly with cigar smoke and the richness of the dishes served at The Steakhouse.

The coffee by Enne Coffee Roasters based in San Diego is a special blend of Colombian and French Roast that produces a stronger, bolder and more robust flavor profile.
