- An advance notice is required to redeem your Pívat Cigar Lounge Membership and personalized card. Please contact us to schedule the date and time that you are able to visit the Pívat Cigar Lounge located inside Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage to claim and activate your prize.

- Pívat Cigar Lounge operational hours (Monday-Sunday, 11AM-2AM).
- On the day of your visit, you must bring a valid photo ID and a proof of purchased emailed to you the day you purchased your Pívat Cigar Lounge Membership.
- A Pívat Cigar Lounge representative will confirm your eligibility as a member.
- A Pívat Cigar Lounge representative will complete your order and print your personalized Pívat Cigar Lounge Membership card.
