Brian Kenney has worked in the culinary industry for over 25 years, bringing his skilled knowledge to Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs as the Executive Chef of the property.
He developed a sophisticated palette at a young age enjoying Moules Frites and Beef Carpaccio instead of eating cheeseburgers and fries. Chef Brian worked all over the country from co-owning a small plates restaurant with his wife to working as the Executive Chef with Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants for over a decade.
Finding solace in sunny Palm Springs, as The Steakhouse’s Executive Chef, he maintains the highest standards of food quality, teaches innovative techniques to his staff, sources local ingredients, and creates the mouth-watering dishes available at the various dining venues on the property. He plans to keep the casino at the forefront of what the Coachella Valley has to offer in terms of restaurant innovations.
Brian is responsible for curating the distinguished menus for The Steakhouse, 360 Sports, and Java Caliente Café as well as overseeing the catering and banquet department. As an Executive Chef, he gravitates towards a modern rustic take to fine dining with a keen eye on details and where the food comes from. Through his many dishes, he creates a story and focuses on highlighting the bold colors of each ingredient so that every guest is taken on a gastronomic journey visually and through taste.
When he is not leading the kitchen line, Brian enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with his wife and German Shepard.
