- All games are table stakes.
- Buy-in is at least ten times the table minimum. One short buy is allowed after each full buy in Limit Games only.
- All games have a maximum three (3) raise limit, unless heads up.
- Check and raise is permitted.
- Players must act in turn.
- String bets and/or raises are not allowed.
- All chips must be in plain sight of the dealer and all players in order to play. Cash does not play unless otherwise specified by management.
- Each player must keep all cards on the table and in full view at all times.
- Only one player may play a hand and no one is allowed to play another’s chips.
- English only during the play of a hand.
- All hands must be played to the end. Players are not allowed to split pots. Tie hands and/or pots in split games will be divided by the dealer or management.
- If an all-in player makes a bet or a raise which is at least ½ or more of a full bet, it is considered a bet in Limit Games only. Subsequent players may call the all-in bet and raise a full amount if they wish. An all-in bet which is less than ½ of a full bet may only be called or completed. The initial bettor may not complete as that would be raising themselves.
- Any player dealt in may request to see any hands played to completion. However, management will revoke this privilege for anyone deemed to be abusing the rule.
- If a hand is shown to any player, it must be shown to all players upon request.
- A hand may be considered dead if a player loses physical control of his or her cards, the cards touch “the muck” or the hand does not contain the proper number of cards.
- Players must be present in the Poker Room to request listing on the board.
- Players whom inform the supervisor on duty that they are going for a meal are allowed to be absent from the game for forty-five (45) minutes. If absent from the game for other reasons, the player will be subject to losing their seat if they miss three (3) big blinds.
- Third man walking rule: When there are two players absent from the game, a third person’s absence should be as brief as possible.
- There is no smoking allowed in the Poker Room.
- The use of cell phones and IPads is allowed at the table. We may ask you to move away from the table while you are using your cell phone (if) you are talking too loud or on your IPad and not paying attention.
- Players may be removed from play for disruptive or disrespectful behavior. Abusive language and/or critical commentary of other players or Poker Room Personnel will not be tolerated.
- Management reserves the right to interpret and enforce the rules and to make decisions which are in the spirit of fairness and the best interest of the game, even if a strict interpretation of the rules may indicate a different ruling. Decisions of management are final.

- Bomb Pots may only occur on the first hand of a Dealer change or at the last hand of a table closing.
- They are between the amounts of $10-$25
- If 3 or more players do not want to participate then there will be no Bomb Pot.
- Players who agree to participate will put money in, players who have previously missed a blind will have to include the amount of the small blind as dead money. The dealer will then deal their hands and the flop where betting will take place in order, starting with the position to the left of the dealer button (small blind position) the hand will then be played out as a normal poker hand.
- The button will then freeze for the next hand and the game will continue.

POKER ROOM RAKE PROMOTIONAL RULES
- Two (2) dollars in chips are collected from the pot by the Dealer after the cards are dealt and the Dealer puts a “flop” on the game. The chips are then contributed to the Poker Room Promotional Pool. The collections are dropped into the Promotional Pool Table Drop Box by the Dealer after the “Flop” is dealt. If there is no “Flop” then the Dealer does not drop any chips for the hand dealt.
- All games must take a promotional pool collection by the dealer if the game has 5 or more players. If a game has 4 players or less, there is no promotional pool collected by the dealer. Games must take a promotional pool collection to be eligible for all promotional pool events.
- Distribution of the promotional prize pool money will be paid out through a combination of all daily poker room promotions and/or any special events.
- All promotional events and or special events held within the poker room will be posted no later than one week prior to the event. The posting will include the total amount to be paid out and the qualifications needed for winning. Promotional events will be posted in a conspicuous place that is visible to all players to view.
