Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as the Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the “Time for Luxury” during the months of May and June 2024.  ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to earn electronic drawing entries by playing with their ACE Club Card (or via Cardless Connect) at their favorite slot machines or table games for a chance to win Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips prizes weekly and/or the opportunity to win a gift certificate to purchase luxury jewelry in the Grand Finale. Players will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machine:

·      Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends 10 minutes prior to the last drawing on Sunday, June 30, 2024.

·      Every 10 slot points earned = 1 electronic drawing entry into all drawings for the promotion.

·      Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.

·      Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Sunday, June 30, 2024, after the last drawing is complete.

·      To be eligible, entries must be activated within two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time, by playing slot machines with an ACE Club Card or with Cardless Connect.

o    (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #3 (a) (b) & #4).

·      Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted (or via Cardless Connect).

Electronic Drawings Entry Earning Table Games:

·      $5 table games theoretical win = 1 entry  

·      Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends 10 minutes prior to the last drawing on Sunday, June 30, 2024.

·      Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Sunday, June 30, 2024 after the last drawing is complete.

·      Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) at 10:30AM, 12:30PM, 2:30PM, 4:30PM and 6:30PM to activate entries into the drawing.

·      Players must have rated table games play within two (2) hours of each drawing to be eligible.

·      If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately.  This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

o   10:30AM activation – qualifies for 11:00AM – 12:30PM (Weekly/ Grand/ Finale Preliminary Drawings)

o   12:30PM activation – qualifies for 1:00PM – 2:30PM (Weekly/ Grand/ Finale Preliminary Drawings)

o   2:30PM activation – qualifies for 3:00PM – 4:00PM (Weekly/ Grand/ Finale Preliminary Drawings, Weekly Grand Prize, & Grand Finale)

o   4:30PM activation – qualifies for 5:00PM – 6:30PM (Invitational Drawings & Second Chance Drawings)

o   6:30PM activation – qualifies for 7:00PM – 8:00PM (Invitational Drawings & Second Chance Drawings)

•  Electronic table game drawing entry earning will be based on carded table games play at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC (or via Cardless Connect).

Promotional Areas and Announcements:

o   From May 5 – June 30, 2024, winners shall be announced from the promotional area at each Casino property. 

•  ACCCC:  Center of the Casino Floor

•  ACCRM:  Between The Steakhouse and the ACE Club

•  ACCPS:  Near the Valet Entrance

Weekly Drawings: 

·      Weekly Preliminary Drawings:

o   On Sundays from 11:00AM – 3:30PM, from May 5 – June 23, 2024 at ACCPS, ACCCC and ACCRM, one (1) winner will be selected every thirty (30) minutes (10 winners per property) to win $500 Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips each.

·      Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawings:

o   On Sundays at 4:00PM, from May 5 – June 23, 2024 at ACCPS, ACCCC and ACCRM, one (1) winner will be selected at each property to win $1,000 in Free Slot Play (also referred to as FSP) or Non-Negotiable Chips (also referred to as NNC) and a guaranteed spot in the Grand Finale on Sunday, June 30, 2024, hosted at ACCRM. 

·      Must be present to win for all Weekly Preliminary Drawings and Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawings.

·      Drawings will be conducted and winners announced from each property’s promotional area.

·      We will draw until we get a winner who is present. 

·      Winners will have three (3) minutes to make their way to the  promotional area to claim their prize with a Marketing Representative. 

·      ACE Club members may win twice per promotional day, at the property of their choice. Players may win once during the Weekly Preliminary Drawings from 11:00AM – 3:30PM and become eligible to win again in the Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawing at 4:00PM.

·      ACE Club members may only win the Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawing once during the promotional period.

Top Entry Earners Invitational Drawings – June 1, 2024: 

·      All Elite Card slot and table game players will be invited via direct marketing, telemarketing, or email blast to the exclusive Top Entry Earners Invitation Drawings held at each Casino.   

·      On Friday, June 1, 2024, from 5:00PM – 7:00PM, at ACCPS, ACCCC, and ACCRM, one (1) winner shall be selected every 30 minutes, (5 winners per property) to win $500 in FSP or NNC each and a guaranteed spot in the Grand Finale to be held on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at ACCRM.

·      Must be present to win for the Top Entry Earners Invitational Drawings.

·      Drawings will be conducted and winners announced from each property’s promotional areas.

·      We will draw until we get a winner who is present. 

·      Winners will have three (3) minutes to make their way to the promotional area to claim their prize with a Marketing Representative. 

Grand Finale Game Experience – Sunday, June 30, 2024:

·      Grand Finale Preliminary Free Slot Play Drawings:

o   Grand Finale Preliminary Free Slot Play Drawings shall be held every 30 minutes from their designated promotional areas from 11:00AM – 3:00PM, awarding one (1) winner with $500 in Free Slot Play/Non-Negotiable Chips at each casino.

o   At 3:30PM at ACCRM only – three (3) winners will be awarded a spot in the Grand Finale. 

o   Drawings will be conducted and winners announced from each property’s promotional areas.

o   We will draw until we get a winner who is present. 

Winners will have three (3) minutes to make their way to the promotional area to claim their prize with a Marketing Representative. 

·      Grand Finale Game Experience

o   The Grand Finale Game Experience shall be held at approximately 4:30PM from the Promotional Area at ACCRM.

o   The twenty-four (24) Finalists from each of the previous weeks Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawings and fifteen (15) from the June 1, 2024 Top Entry Earner Invitational Drawings will be asked to return to ACCRM and check in at the promotions area by 3:30PM in order to qualify for the Grand Prize Finale Game Experience. After the final three (3) Finalists from the Grand Finale Preliminary Free Slot Play Drawings have been announced at 3:30PM, the Grand Prize Game Experience will then have a total of forty-two (42) participants.

o   If any of the Finalists do not return, additional names will be drawn, until there is a total of forty-two (42) participants. The additional names will have three (3) minutes to make their way to the promotional area to claim their participation prize with a Marketing representative.

o   Grand Prize – Round 1 – Semi Finals

•  One by one, in the order in which they were selected, the participants will select a prize piece from the board containing a concealed FSP/NNC amount OR a card that states “Finalist”. 

•  The thirty (30) participants who select the FSP/NNC prize will be given their prize and eliminated.

•  The twelve (12) participants who select the “Finalist” card will advance to the Final Round. 

•  The inventory of prizes for the Grand Prize Semi Final Game Experience is as follows:

·      12x – Finalist

·      2x – $3,000 FSP/NNC

·      3x – $2,000 FSP/NNC

·      5x – $1,500 FSP/NNC

·      20x – $1,000 FSP/NNC

o   Grand Prize Experience – Round 2 – Finals

•  Upon conclusion of the Round 1–Semi Finals, the twelve (12) Finalists who selected the “Finalist” prize will be asked, in the order they were selected, to reach into a “punch board” to determine their final prize.

•  The inventory of prizes for the Grand Prize Game is as follows:

·      1x – $30,000 Gift Certificate to Macy’s 

·      2x – $15,000 Gift Certificate to Macy’s 

·      2x – $3,000 FSP/NNC

·      2x – $2,000 FSP/NNC

·      2x – $1,500 FSP/NNC

·      3x – $1,000 FSP/NNC

•  Winner of the $30,000 Gift Certificate may choose to take their prize as $24,000 in FSP or NNC.

•  Winners of the $15,000 Gift Certificates may choose to take their prize as $12,000 in FSP or NNC.

•  The winners of the Gift Certificate must decide within 24 hours of their prize choice. 

o   Second Chance Drawings:

•  Upon the conclusion of the Grand Prize Finale at ACCRM, each of the Casino properties (ACCRM, ACCPS, & ACCCC) will conduct Second Chance Drawings from 5:00PM – 8:00PM, where one (1) winner will be selected every thirty (30) minutes to win $1,000 in FSP/NNC.

•  Drawings will be held from each property’s promotional area (see Promotional Areas and Announcements above).

•  Must be present to win. 

•  Winners will have three (3) minutes to make their way to the promotional area to claim their prize with a Marketing Representative.

•  ACE Club members may win once (1) during the Second Chance Drawings.

•  The three (3) Round 2 Finalists from the Grand Prize Finale Game Experience who were awarded the gift certificates are excluded from the Second Chance Drawings.

o   Round 2 Finals – FSP/NNC Chips Round 2: $16,000

o   Max GP Prize Pool: Up to $108,000 FSP/NNC + Up to $60,000 Gift Certificates

·      Second Chance Drawings:

o   FSP/NNC per property: $7,000

o   FSP/NNC all properties: $21,000

Total Prize Pool Combined: Up to $289,500 FSP/NNC + Up to $60,000 Gift Certificates

The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft: 

1.     Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted (or via Cardless Connect) into a slot machine, at ACCRM, ACCPS, ACCCC and Agua Caliente Fuel. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per 10 slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.

2.     All qualifying slot and/or table games  entries for the Time for Luxury must be earned starting at 12:01AM on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 and will end after the last drawing is completed on Sunday June 30, 2024. Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino including Agua Fuel. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines”). Table Games points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

3.     Slot Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:

a.       Using their ACE Club Card (or via Cardless Connect), the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine. 

b.       The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card (or via Cardless Connect) from a slot machine at least 10 minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time.  This process must be repeated for every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum. 

4.     For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated a minimum of (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win.  A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from each promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries

5.     Table Games players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theoretical win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theoretical win accumulated during the promotional period.  Table game entries can be earned at Agua Caliente Casinos excluding Agua Caliente Fuel. (See “Table Game Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”)

6.     Table games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawings. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps. 

a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game a minimum of two (2) hours before each drawing session.

b.       A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings to activate entries into the drawing.

·       10:30AM activation – qualifies for 11:00AM – 12:30PM (Weekly/ Grand/ Finale Preliminary Drawings)

·       12:30PM activation – qualifies for 1:00PM – 2:30PM (Weekly/ Grand/ Finale Preliminary Drawings)

·       2:30PM activation – qualifies for 3:00PM – 4:00PM (Weekly/ Grand/ Finale Preliminary Drawings, Weekly Grand Prize, & Grand Finale)

·       4:30PM activation – qualifies for 5:00PM – 6:30PM (Invitational Drawings & Second Chance Drawings)

·       6:30PM activation – qualifies for 7:00PM – 8:00PM (Invitational Drawings & Second Chance Drawings)

c.       If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately.  This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

7.     Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have three (3) minutes to report to the drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify an authorized representative of the promotional event that a winner has identified themselves within the three (3) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) Marketing Representatives of the promotional event before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.

8.     All drawing promotions shall have a 30-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

9.     Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted three (3) minute period, that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log. 

10.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.).  Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

11.  Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

12.  For Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes, an authorized representative of the promotional event will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes Comp Voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed the, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in Non-Negotiable Chips.  Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

13.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

14.  The Winners Release form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing Representative of the promotional event, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by an authorized representative of the promotional event. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

15.  For each electronic drawing entry drawn, a Marketing Representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion; winner’s name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number on the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

16.  In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.” 

17.  For all valid weeks, electronic drawing entry earnings will accumulate throughout the entirety of the promotion.

18.  Electronic drawing entries earned will expire on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at the end of the last drawing.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 year or older to participate.

2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

6.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

7.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

8.     Direct marketing offers are valid only the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value: no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

9.     Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

10.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

11.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 

12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

13.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

14.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

15.  The gift certificate winners will have 24 hours to choose one (1) of the below listed options for their prize. A Marketing Representative at ACCRM will provide the winner with a designated contact person and winner’s letter. The winner is to respond via e-mail, by phone or in person at the ACE Club within 24 hours to select their prize option.

a.     Winner of the $30,000 Gift Certificate may choose to take their prize as $24,000 in FSP or NNC.  

b.     Winners of the $15,000 Gift Certificates may choose to take their prize as $12,000 in FSP or NNC. 

16.  If the Grand Finale Drawing winner does not choose their prize option within the 24-hour period allotted, they will forfeit their prize. There will not be another drawing for a new winner. 

17.  Prize selected must be either all Free Slot Play, or all Non-Negotiable Chips.

18.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours

b.     $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days

c.     $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days

d.     $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in 90 Days

e.     $20,000+ – Expires in 6 months

19.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

20.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
