Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (herein referred to as ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules) will host the $16,000 Summer Cash Slot Tournament, which shall give ACE Club members the opportunity to win up to $1,500 in Cash, Free Slot Play, or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Prizes. ACE Club members will be notified via property advertisements and direct marketing.

Weekly Slot Tournament Registration:

On Saturdays, September 6 – 27, 2025   

·      Registration will begin at 12:00PM and will end when all session slots are full or at the start of the last session on that promotional day.

·      Registration on each promotional day will take place at the ACCCC ACE Club with a Marketing representative.

·      $16,000 Summer Cash Slot Tournament will be limited to one-hundred eighty (180) participants (up to twelve (12) participants per session), per promotional day, on a first come first serve basis.

·      All ACE Club members may participate in the $16,000 Summer Cash Slot Tournament by earning 25 slot points the day of the tournament at ACCCC only.

·      ACE Club members must earn slot points beginning at 5:00AM through 3:30PM, each promotional day in order to be eligible to participate.  

·      ACE Club members (hereinafter refered to as participants or qualified ACE Club members) will check-in at the ACE Club with a Marketing representative to confirm they have earned the required number of slot points and then be registered into the tournament.

·      Limit of one (1) entry per participant per promotional day.

Weekly Slot Tournament Play:

·      All qualified ACE Club members may participate in the $16,000 Summer Cash Slot Tournament for the chance to win up to $1,500 in Cash, Free Slot Play (hereinafter refered to as FSP), or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Prizes (hereinafter refered to as OTUNNC) at ACCCC only.  

·      Upon registering with a Marketing representative, qualified ACE Club members will each receive a session ticket with their assigned tournament session time and will be instructed to report to the slot tournament area, located in front of the ACCCC ACE Club with a Marketing representative, five (5) minutes ahead of their scheduled session time.

·      Sessions will be held every ten (10) minutes, beginning at 1:00PM through 3:40PM (with the exception of 1:50PM and 2:50PM) (See Weekly Slot Tournament Schedule below)

·      Each session of the tournament will consist of two (2) minutes of tournament play (up to twelve (12) participants per session).

·      Participants have the opportunity to win one (1) time per promotional week.

·      There will be NO session winners

Weekly Slot Tournament Prize Structure

·      At the conclusion of each $16,000 Summer Cash Slot Tournament promotional day, the highest scores will determine the Top Ten (10) winning participants. The winners shall be announced from the ACCCC ACE Club by a Marketing representative.

o   In the event of a tie, a Marketing representative will print and deposit a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participating ACE Club members, into a drawing barrel, located inside the ACCCC ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The first name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner and remaining names will be awarded based on the order drawn. The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number.

·      Drawing Barrel will be located inside ACCCC ACE Club, on the back counter under camera coverage.

·      Prizes must be claimed by 10:00PM on each promotional day from the ACCCC ACE Club with a Marketing representative (hours of operation for the ACE Club are subject to change, any change to be announced on the Casino Floor).

o   In the event a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the prize is forfeited.

o   In the event of a forfeited prize, no new winner will be selected.

·      Participants have the opportunity to win one (1) time in the $16,000 Summer Cash Slot Tournament per promotional day.

·      Combined Total Prize Pool for entire promotion (Four (4) weeks): $16,000 Cash/FSP/OTUNNC

SLOT TOURNAMENT RULES:

1.     The Slot Tournament is limited to sessions depending on availability to qualified ACE Club members, per promotional day, on a first come first serve basis.

2.     ACE Club members shall register to participate in the Slot Tournament and registration will end when all slot sessions are full or at the start of the last session of that promotional day.  

3.     Upon registering with a Marketing representative at the ACE Club, participants will receive their session ticket with their session time, and will be instructed to report to the slot tournament area, five (5) minutes ahead of their scheduled session time with a Marketing representative. 

4.     The slot tournament schedule will consist of sessions with up to twelve (12) participants per session. 

5.     A Special Events Shift Manager (or above) can make the decision to extend the hours of the slot tournament should we have enough players to fill additional sessions, or reduce the number of sessions due to lack of participants. 

6.     The conditions for participants to achieve prize(s) each tournament day will be outline on the gaming memorandum. 

7.     In the event of a tie, A Marketing representative will print and place a system generated drawing entry of the tied qualified participating ACE Club members, into a drawing barrel, located inside the ACE Club, to draw and break the tie. The first (1st) name selected out of the drawing barrel is the winner. 

8.     The system generated drawing entry will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number

8.     At the conclusion of the daily promotion, the System Generated Drawing Entries shall be removed from the drawing barrel by two (2) Marketing representative and held by the Marketing Department, with a Security Officer present (if applicable) with the reason for access clearly stated within the promotion with notification to ACGC Surveillance.

9.     Upon the conclusion of the final tournament session, the winners will be announced from the ACE Club by a Marketing representative.

10.  Winners and rankings will be determined by each participant’s highest scoring session (if they participated in multiple sessions) at the end of the slot tournament play unless an exception is noted. Scores will be electronically recorded through the IGT Tournament Manager software. Slot tournament scores will be available at the end of the slot tournament.

11.  A listing of winners, rankings, and final scores will be available for review at the ACE Club, following the conclusion of the tournament. The Winners List will only contain ACE Club account number, ranking, and final scores. 

12.  Free Slot Play for slot tournament winners of that promotional day, will be added onto the participant’s ACE Club account at the completion of each promotional day by a Marketing representative.

13.  Prizes must be claimed by the set time on each promotional day, from the ACE Club with a Marketing representative (hours of operation for the ACE Club are subject to change, any change to be announced on the Casino Floor). In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the prize is forfeited. In the event of a forfeited prize, no new winner will be selected.

14.  In the event of a slot machine malfunction, the patron at the malfunctioning slot machine will be placed into another session for the Round. If the malfunction occurs during the last session of that Round, the patron will replay the session immediately following the conclusion of the group Round. If all scheduled sessions are full, additional session(s) will be added as needed. 

15.  In the event that a qualified ACE Club member is delayed in arriving to their assigned session, the Special Events Shift Manager (or above) reserves the right to assign the patron to a new session, provided that:

a)    There is an unoccupied position available in a later session.

b)    There are no new sessions added as a result of the late arrival.

16.  In the event that a qualified ACE Club member arrives late to their assigned session time and all remaining sessions are occupied, the qualified ACE Club member will forfeit that session participation in the Slot Tournament.  

17.  Free Slot Play for slot tournament winners will be added onto the patrons’ ACE Club accounts at the completion of each slot tournament promotion day by a Marketing representative.  

18.  Excessive force used on the slot machines will be subject to disqualification from the slot tournament.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate. 

3.     Restricted players are not eligible for this promotion.

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure. 

6.     If applicable all drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30)-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

7.     Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

8.     Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

9.     The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of a Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form if applicable prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

10.  For each prize won, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Club number and the award or prize won, along with the representative’s signature and gaming license number. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

11.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards. Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize. 

12.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

13.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 

14.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

15.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.  

16.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

17.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

18.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc., are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers. 

19.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

20.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

21.  Prize won must be received in either all Free Slot Play or all Non-Negotiable Chips or all One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips or all Cash (no partial payments).

22.  Non-Negotiable Chips / One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued at the ACE Club or the promotional area by an authorized Marketing Representative to the winner. The authorized Marketing Representative will then instruct the winner to redeemed the voucher at the Main Cashier’s Cage. Non-Negotiable Chips/ One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

23.  Winners who receive Free Slot Play as their prize shall have the coupon code added by a Marketing Representative directly to their ACE Club Card account.

24.  For Cash prizes, a Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log and Winner’s Release Form. After obtaining the necessary signatures, an authorized Team Member shall escort the patron along with the promotional paperwork, to the Main Cage for payment of the Cash Prize.

25.  The Cash Prize winner must be paid at the Main Cage. 

26.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $0 – $100 – Expires in 24 hrs.

b.     $101 – $1,500 – Expires in thirty (30) days

c.      $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in sixty (60) days

d.     $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in ninety (90) days

e.     $20,000+ – Expires in 180 days

27.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

28.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
