The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (ACCRM) will give poker players a chance to win cash prizes during the “Stamp Collector” Poker promotion. Players will be notified of this promotion via online, property signage and direct marketing.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Beginning at 8:00AM on Wednesday March 5th, 2025, Poker Players may begin to earn stamp(s) to achieve a completed drawing entry ticket for the Stamp Collector Poker Promotion.
Drawing Dates:
- Every Tuesday, from March 11th until August 26th, 2025.
Ways to Earn Stamps:
- There are two (2) ways a poker player can achieve a completed drawing entry ticket.
- One way is to earn stamp(s) for each qualifying hand achieved for the next weeks’ drawings (see below).
- May earn up to four (4) stamps for a qualifying hand.
- Must achieve four (4) stamps to complete a drawing entry ticket.
- Players must show they are an ACE Club member prior to receiving drawing entry ticket/stamp.
- The second way is to play in a live, cash poker game during the week and for every five (5) hours of carded play, one (1) completed drawing entry ticket will be earned for the next weeks’ drawings.
- One way is to earn stamp(s) for each qualifying hand achieved for the next weeks’ drawings (see below).
- Weekly drawings will take place in the ACCRM Poker Room every Tuesday, from 2:00PM-10:00PM, during the promotional period.
- Once a poker player has completed a drawing entry ticket, it will be placed into the official drawing barrel, located in the Poker Room, by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above).
- Beginning Tuesdays, March 11th until August 26th, 2025, poker players must check-in with the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) to collect drawing entry ticket(s) (from the previous week only) according to the Bravo system.
- Poker players must check-in to collect one (1) drawing entry ticket for every five (5) hours of live poker played from the previous week only.
- In order to be eligible for prizes on promotional drawing days, Poker Players must be present in the ACCRM Poker Room in one of the following ways:
- Poker players must either be actively playing in a live poker game with no missed blinds at the time of the drawings, or;
- Poker Players are also eligible to win if they are on the Poker Room “Waiting List Board”.
- Players who put their name down at the Poker Podium with a Poker Cashier (or above) as a participant wanting to play in live poker games available, will be eligible to win a promotional drawing.
- If a Poker Player is waiting to play a poker game, has their named called to take/accept the poker game they are waiting to play, they must join the game within two (2) minutes of being called.
- In the event a Poker Player passes on the poker game they are waiting to play when called to participate, they will be informed they will not be eligible for the prizes in the current, active drawing taking place, but will be eligible again for the next drawing time as long as they have re-added their name onto the “Waiting List Board” at the Poker Podium.
- In the event a poker player passes on a game a second time, they will no longer be eligible for that day’s promotional drawings.
- In the event a Poker Player passes on the poker game they are waiting to play when called to participate, they will be informed they will not be eligible for the prizes in the current, active drawing taking place, but will be eligible again for the next drawing time as long as they have re-added their name onto the “Waiting List Board” at the Poker Podium.
Entry Earning for All Earned Stamps:
- Poker players may earn stamp(s) to achieve a completed drawing entry ticket for each of the following qualifying hands:
- On any Live Texas Hold’ Em Game(s) (Both Cards Must Play):
- Any Flush = one (1) stamp
- Any Full House = two (2) stamps
- Any Quads or Better = three (3) stamps
- Any Straight Flush or Royal Flush = four (4) stamps
- On any 4 Card Omaha Game(s),
- Queen’s Full to Quad Eights’ = one (1) stamp
- Quad Nine’s to Quad Ace’s = two (2) stamps
- Any Straight Flush or Royal Flush = three (3) stamps
- On any 5 Card Omaha Game(s)
- Any Quads or Better = one (1) stamp
- Any Straight Flush or Royal Flush = two (2) stamps
- Poker Players may achieve one (1) completed drawing entry ticket for every five (5) hours of carded play.
- Every Tuesday, starting March 11th until August 26th, 2025, Poker Players must check-in with the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) in the ACCRM Poker Room.
- The check-in will allow the Poker Player to collect one (1) completed drawing entry ticket(s) for every five (5) hours of live poker played from the previous Wednesday morning (beginning at 8:00AM) to Tuesday morning (ending at 3:00AM) from each previous week during the promotional period, according to the hours they were clocked-in with the Bravo system.
- Any hours of live poker played on all weekly Tuesdays drawing days will not be counted.
- With the exception of the three (3) hours on Monday night/Tuesday morning, as this would be considered Monday night hours played, as closing time is 3:00AM, Tuesday Morning.
- Throughout the entirety of the “Stamp Collector” Poker Promotion, the earning hours each week will restart every Wednesday morning at 8:00AM until 3:00AM the next Monday night/Tuesday morning.
- The Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall fill out each drawing entry ticket with the poker player’s full name, ACE Club Card account number (if applicable), valid upcoming drawing date, and the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) signature with their gaming license number prior to issuance.
- Each stamp earned/awarded to a poker player will be distributed by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above).
- A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will use a different stamp color each week in order to distinguish the drawing entry tickets as each weekly drawing progresses.
- After completing a drawing entry ticket, the Poker Player may request a new drawing entry ticket to start collecting stamps towards a new drawing entry ticket.
- Drawing entry tickets will remain in the drawing barrel until the conclusion of the last drawing on each Tuesdays.
Stamp Collector Poker Promotion Drawings:

- On each of the above listed promotional drawing days, the Stamp Collector Poker PromotionDrawings shall be conducted in the Poker Room as follows:
- Drawing shall be conducted every 30 minutes, beginning at 2:00PM until 10:00PM in the ACCRM Poker Room.

- At each drawing time, one (1) drawing entry ticket will be selected by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) with one (1) additional Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) serving as a witness.
- Winners will be announced inside the Poker Room and will be given two (2) announcements within a 30-second time frame to be verified at the drawing area (behind the Poker Supervisor Podium).
- Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time will forfeit their prize for that drawing time frame and a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall re-draw for a new winner.
- Once a winner is verified, any completed drawing entry tickets drawn where the winner was not present and/or not qualified to win shall be placed back in the drawing barrel for the following subsequent drawings.
- Poker players must be actively playing in a live poker game in the ACCRM Poker Room at the time of the drawing, with no missed blinds, in order to be eligible to win.
- Poker players may win more than once (1) during the weekly “Stamp Collector” Poker Promotion Drawings, but their winning drawing entry ticket will not be placed back into the drawing barrel.
- Prize Pool: Each Tuesday totals are $4,500 x 25 Tuesday’s = Grand Total of $112,500.
DRAWING AND DRAWING ENTRY RULES:
- Players must show they are an ACE Club member prior to receiving drawing entry ticket/stamp.
- Players are not permitted to designate a “representative” to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
- Drawing entries are pre-printed on safety paper numbered sequentially with space provided for the Poker Room Supervisor (or above) to print the player’s full name, ACE Club Card number, valid upcoming drawing date, and the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) signature with their gaming license number prior to issuance.
- Participants must be present and actively playing in a live poker game in the ACCRM Poker Room at the time of the drawing, with no missed blinds, in order to be eligible to win.
- Poker Players are also eligible to win if they are on the Poker Room “Waiting List Board”. Players who put their name down at the Poker Podium with a Poker Cashier (or above) as a participant wanting to play in live poker games once available, will be eligible to win a promotional drawing.
- If a player that is waiting to play a poker game, has their named called from the “Waiting List Board” to take/accept the poker game that they are waiting to play, they must join the game within two (2) minutes of being called.
- In the event a Poker Player passes on the poker game they are waiting to play when called to participate, they will be informed they will not be eligible for the prizes in the current, active drawing taking place, but will be eligible again for the next drawing time, as long as they have re-added their name onto the “Waiting List Board” at the Poker Podium. In the event a poker player passes on a game a second time, they will no longer be eligible for that day’s promotional drawings.
- All drawing promotions shall have a 30-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
- For the duration of the promotion, the drawing barrel will be located in the ACCRM Poker Room behind the Supervisor Podium. A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will complete each drawing entry ticket. Completed drawing entry tickets must be verified and deposited into the drawing barrel by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above).
- Stamps must be issued by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above).
- Drawing entry tickets must contain a total of four (4) stamps to qualify as “complete”. After completing a drawing entry ticket, the poker player may request a new drawing entry ticket to start collecting stamps for that ticket.
- Participants are responsible for their individual drawing entry tickets while collecting stamps. The Poker Room is not responsible for lost drawing entry tickets and will not be replaced.
- Drawings shall be conducted every 30 minutes, beginning at 2:00PM until 10:00PM in the ACCRM Poker Room on drawing promotional days. The drawing barrel will close one (1) minute prior to each drawing time for each drawing. Each drawing shall be conducted in the Poker Room with two (2) Poker Floor Supervisors (or above). A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will select one (1) drawing entry ticket from the drawing barrel at each drawing time and the second Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will serve as a witness and verify the winner. Prior to each drawing time, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will spin the drawing barrel to mix the drawing entries. Drawing entry tickets will be drawn until a winner is verified.
- Winners will be announced inside the Poker Room and will be given two (2) announcements within a 30 second time frame to be verified at the drawing area (behind the Supervisor Podium). Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time will forfeit their prize for that drawing time frame and a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall re-draw for a new winner. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted period, that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log.
- Any completed drawing entry tickets drawn where the winner was not present and/or not qualified to win shall be placed back in the drawing barrel for the following hours drawings that same day.
- Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
- Winners must show a valid photo identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Players Club Card to claim a prize (if applicable).
- For each award or prize won, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, prize amount, winner’s name and ACE Club number. The Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) and the Poker Cashier shall each sign the log with name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner shall sign the log evidencing they have received the prize.
- Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number (and/or W-9 Form) if applicable prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
GENERAL RULES:
- The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
- Must be 21 or older to participate.
- Players need to be or become an ACE Club Member to participate.
- Restricted Players are not eligible to participate
- Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
- Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.
- All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies and procedures.
- All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
- Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
- Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
- Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
- Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
- Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
- Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
- Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
- Agua Caliente Casino s, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
- A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
