Park and Ride Arena Shuttle

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) will offer the general public the opportunity to purchase a shuttle pass to and from the Acrisure Arena. Retail customers will be notified of this offer via websites, property signage, Public Relations, database outreach, and/or social media. ACE Players Club members will qualify to receive one (1) bounce back offer with their purchase. Elite card members will ride for free.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Retail customers can purchase the “Park and Ride” Shuttle Pass for select concert dates during the promotional period. The cost of each shuttle pass covers (1) person on select concert dates, each shuttle pass valued at $30-USD.

Shuttle pass availability:

Each reservation will be secured by the ACCRM Valet Department for each day of service. Shuttle vehicles may be reserved with the following passenger capacities: twenty-seven (27) passenger mini-coach, thirty (31) passenger mini-coach, or a fifty-six (56) passenger high-panoramic visibility bus. 

·      A maximum of twenty-three (23) seats per twenty-seven (27) passenger shuttle will be sold to the general public. The remaining four (4) seats per shuttle will be reserved for Elite card holders. 

·      A maximum of twenty-five (25) seats per thirty-one (31) passenger shuttle will be sold to the general public. The remaining six (6) seats per shuttle will be reserved for Elite card holders. 

·      A maximum of forty-six (46) seats per fifty-six (56) passenger shuttle will be sold to the general public. The remaining ten (10) seats per shuttle will be reserved for Elite card holders. 

·      Elite card members will be able to ride for FREE. 

The Park and RideShuttle Pass can be purchased via Open Cart through AguaCalienteCasinos.com. 

Park and Ride Shuttle Pass includes: 

·      Pick up from ACCRM 

·      Drop off at Acrisure Arena 75702 Varner Rd, Palm Desert, CA 92211

·      Return to ACCRM

·      Bounce Back offer of $15 Free Slot Play or $15 Dining Credit for ACE and Edge level ACE Club members

·      Bounce Back offer of $50 Free Slot Play for Elite level ACE Club members

·      Park and Ride Shuttle Passes are available based on seat availability. There will be a purchase limit of 30 passengers per shuttle. The price of each shuttle pass will be $30-USD. The Park and Ride Shuttle Pass is available for purchase to both existing and new ACE Club members. The Park and Ride Shuttle Pass is available to all retail customers. Retail customers do not have to be an ACE Club member at the time of purchase, but they will be required to sign up for the ACE Club and must be 21 years of age or older in order to redeem a bounce back offer. 

Reservation Process Retail Customers:  

·      Once a Park and Ride Shuttle Pass is purchased, the retail customer will receive a confirmation email that will reiterate the shuttle pass inclusions along with instructions on how to redeem the bounce back offer.

·      The retail customer will be provided the Agua Caliente Casinos Supervisor Call Center phone number (760-202-2122) in the event they need to cancel or make adjustments to their purchase.

·      The Call Center Supervisors will work with the iservices team for inventory shifts 

·      Retail customers may cancel their Park and Ride Shuttle Pass reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled shuttle pick-up time, and receive a full refund.

·      The following departments will be provided access to the Park and Ride Open Cart system to view confirmed bookings in real-time: ACCRM ACE Club Management Team, ACCRM Valet Team, ACCRM Hotel Call Center and the Player Development Casino Hosts. On each day of shuttle service, the final shuttle manifest will be saved onto a shared folder created by the Agua Caliente Casinos IT Department, accessible by these designated teams as well as the Sr. Director of Marketing.

·      The Park and Ride Shuttle Manifest will include the first & last name of each retail customer who purchased a shuttle pass, and the reservation date of the purchased pass. The ACE Club Management Team will use this information to issue the bounce back offer for each customer for the reservation date of the purchased shuttle pass.

Reservation/Redemption Process for Elite Card Holders:

·      Elite Card holders will be required to book their reservations through their designated Casino Host. 

·      For each “Park and Ride” shuttle, the Casino Hosts will have a designated inventory for ACE Club Elite members, as reflected in the “Shuttle pass availability” above. 

·      Casino Hosts, will first exhaust the allotted inventory for ACE Club Elite members. If additional reservations are requested beyond the allotted inventory, the Casino Hosts will have the ability to utilize available Retail Customer inventory. 

·      Only one (1) $50 Free Slot Play offer may be redeemed per Elite ACE Club member, per promotional day. 

·      Elite ACE Club members will be instructed to visit the Casino Host Office on the day of their shuttle service.

·      The Casino Host will check the ACE Club Elite members name against the “Park and Ride” manifest and issue (1) “Park and Ride” wristband to the guest.

·      The Casino Host will apply (1) $50 Free Slot Play offer to the Elite ACE Club member account via coupon code.

 Confirmation Email:

§  Upon completion of each purchase, the purchaser will receive a confirmation email via Open Cart that will reiterate the shuttle pass inclusions, guest responsibilities and disclaimers, along with instructions on how to redeem the bounce back offer. The Confirmation Email will include instructions directing the purchaser to visit the ACE Club at ACCRM on the day of their Park and Ride Shuttle Pass reservation, prior to arriving to the Valet area.

§  The Confirmation Email will include the following information for the purchaser:  

o   Information in regards to a special bounce back offers for the purchaser. (See “Bounce Back Offers” below)

o   Arrival two (2) hours prior to show time is recommended.

o   Shuttle departs approximately 30 minutes prior to the time doors open at the Acrisure Arena. 

o   Please arrive to Valet area no later than 15 minutes prior to your shuttle departure time.

o   Arrival at the Acrisure Arena will be approximately one (1) hour prior to showtime.

o   All passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated shuttle pick-up time at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage. Passengers will not be contacted if they do not arrive in time for departure. The shuttle will depart to the Acrisure Arena at 75702 Varner Rd, Palm Desert, CA 92211 at the scheduled time.

o   All passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated shuttle pick-up time after the event at Acrisure Arena and will not be contacted if they do not arrive in time for departure. The shuttle will then depart from the Acrisure Arena at the scheduled time.

Check-in / Redemption Process:

§  On the day of the Park and Ride Shuttle Pass bookings, each retail customer who purchased a shuttle pass, must first visit the ACE Club Booth at ACCRM. 

§  Each retail customer must present a valid photo identification to the ACE Club Representative (or above) in order to begin the check-in process. 

§  Once the photo ID has been verified, the ACE Club Representative (or above) will check the retail customer name against the shuttle manifest for that day of bookings. 

§  Once confirmed, the ACE Club Representative (or above) will issue the retail customer a wristband. The wristband will signal to the Valet Team that the customer has purchased a Park and Ride Shuttle Pass and has been verified by the ACE Club.

§  Bounce Back Offers:

o   To redeem the $15 Free Slot Play offer or the $15 Dining Credit offer, retail customers must be or become an ACE Club member.

o   Retail customers will be required to present a valid photo ID in order to “check-in” at the ACE Club.

o   An ACE Club Representative (or above) will verify ACE Club membership for each retail customer or sign them up so they can claim their offer. 

o   Upon membership verification, the ACE Club Representative (or above) will ask the retail customer which offer they would prefer to claim – $15 Free Slot Play or $15 Dining Credit. The ACE Club Representative (or above) will then load the players account with the offer, using coupon codes provided by Database Marketing.

o   Only one (1) $15 Free Slot Play offer may be redeemed per ACE or Edge level ACE Club member, per promotional day. Elite level ACE Club members are not eligible to receive the $15 Free Slot Play offer.

o   Only one (1) $15 Dining Credit offer may be redeemed per ACE or Edge level ACE Club member, per promotional day. Elite level ACE Club members are not eligible to receive the $15 Dining Credit offer.

o   Dining Credit can be used at any ACCRM dining outlet and does not include alcohol, tax or gratuity. Retail customers must purchase those separately.

Shuttle Information:

§  Shuttle Pickup Location: Valet Entrance at ACCRM.

§  Schedule: Services to be offered on scheduled event dates at Acrisure Arena, during the promotional period. Current lineup can be viewed on the Acrisure Arena website at https://acrisurearena.com/events/

§  Transportation Service: Shuttles will be operated by Cardiff Limousine & Transportation. 

§  After visiting the ACE Club Booth, retail customers will arrive to the Valet Entrance at ACCRM to check-in for their Park and Ride Shuttle Pass reservation. Each retail customer who purchased the Park and Ride Shuttle Pass will show their wristband to the Valet Team to check-in. 

§  Prior to departure to the Acrisure Arena, the Valet Team shall confirm the identity of passengers present on each shuttle against the passenger names on the applicable shuttle manifest to ensure only eligible passengers are on board for the departure to Acrisure Arena.

§  The Cardiff driver will also be provided with the shuttle manifest, so they can confirm the identity of passengers present on each shuttle against the passenger names on the applicable shuttle manifest to ensure only eligible passengers are on board for the return to ACCRM.

§  Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated shuttle pick-up time at ACCRM and will not be contacted if they do not arrive in time for departure. The shuttle will then depart to the Acrisure Arena at 75702 Varner Rd, Palm Desert, CA 92211 at the scheduled time.

§  Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated shuttle pick-up time after the event at Acrisure Arena and will not be contacted if they do not arrive in time for departure. The shuttle will then depart to ACCRM at the scheduled time.

§  The Park and Ride Shuttle Passes are non-transferable by date or by person and are subject to seat availability.

§  Park and Ride Shuttle Passes are refundable up to 24-hours prior to the shuttle pick-up time.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older and have valid photo ID to redeem Free Slot Play or Dining Credit offer.

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to redeem Free Slot Play or Dining Credit offer.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.

5.     Purchases will be completed via Open Cart through the Agua Caliente Casinos website.

6.     Free Slot Play prizes will expire from the date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $1 – $100 – Expires 24 hours

7.     $15 Dining Credit will expire 24 hours from the date/time of issuance.

8.     Ace, Edge and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.

9.     Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the Bounce Back offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other offer from Agua Caliente Casinos.  

10.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion. 

11.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

13.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any guest disputes related to issues with Cardiff Limousine & Transportation and/or Acrisure Arena. Agua Caliente Casinos are responsible for disputes relating to Agua Caliente Casino portions of the promotion, only.

14.  All promotions/notifications will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

15.  The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

16.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

17.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from this promotion.

18.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

19.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

20.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
