Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the “Shade Your Ride Giveaway”. This promotion will give qualified ACE Club members the opportunity to receive one (1) Car Sunshade (valued at $9.95 USD) on Wednesday August 20, 2025, OR Wednesday August 27, 2025. ACE Club members who do not qualify to receive an invitation for the Car Sunshade will have the opportunity to earn same-day slot points or meet designated table games rating criteria on either day of the giveaway to earn one (1) Car Sunshade. ACE Club members will qualify to be invited based upon Average Daily Worth (ADW) for the previous twelve (12) months. Qualified ACE Club members will be invited to receive a Car Sunshade via direct mail, e-blast, and/or telemarketing. ACE Club members who do not receive an invitation for a Car Sunshade will be notified of the promotion via property website, signage, and brochures.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Gift Redemption Dates, Times & Locations:

  • The ACE Club at ACCPS & ACCCC and ACCRM.

Qualified ACE Club Members:

• Qualified ACE Club members are invited to redeem one (1) Car Sunshade (valued at $9.95 USD) with an ACE Club representative (or above) from 12:00PM – 9:00PM on either August 20, 2025 or August 27, 2025 at the ACE Club from the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice.
• Limit of one (1) Car Sunshade per ACE Club member for the entirety of the promotion at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice
• No reservations will be required in order to receive the Car Sunshade.
• Car Sunshades will be available while supplies last.
• If inventory is depleted, qualified ACE Club members (hereinafter referred to as invited ACE Club members) may receive a $10 Free Slot Play or $10 in One-Time use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as OTUNNC) consolation prize.
  • Qualified ACE Club member will be paid in two (2) $5 OTUNNC vouchers.
• Limit one (1) Free Slot Play or One-Time use Non-Negotiable Chip consolation prize per ACE Club member.

Earned Gift Giveaway – Earning Opportunity:

• ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation must earn one-hundred (100) slot points or $27 Table Games theoretical win on either day of the giveaway to redeem one (1) Car Sunshade (while supplies last).
  • For slots criteria, please see General Rule #12.
  • For table games rating criteria, please see General Rule #13.
• Slot points or meet designated table games rating criteria must be earned beginning at 5:00AM through 8:59PM on either promotional day. Slot points OR table games ratings may be combined from all properties (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only). Qualifying play must be all slot points, or all table games rated play.
• Limit of one (1) earned Car Sunshade per ACE Club member for the entirety of the promotion at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice.
• If earned gift inventory is depleted, ACE Club members who have earned the qualifying criteria but have not redeemed a Car Sunshade, may receive a $10 Free Slot Play or $10 in One-Time use Non-Negotiable Chips consolation prize.
  • Qualified ACE Club member will be paid in two (2) $5 OTUNNC vouchers.
• Limit one (1) Free Slot Play or One-Time use Non-Negotiable Chip consolation prize per ACE Club member.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Invited ACE Club members will qualify to receive the offer based upon Average Daily Worth (ADW) for the previous twelve (12) months.
2. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
3. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
4. Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.
5. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
6. Limit of one (1) Car Sunshade gift per ACE Club Member for the entirety of the promotion at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice.
7. In the event that the Car Sunshade inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casinos, authorized Marketing representatives are authorized to issue a $10 Free Play or $10 One-Time Use Non- Negotiable Chip consolation. $10 in One-Time use Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid in two (2) $5 OTUNNC vouchers.
8. Limit one (1) Free Slot Play or One-Time use Non-Negotiable Chip consolation prize per ACE Club member.
9. If an ACE Club member does not qualify to receive an invitation for a gift, they may qualify to redeem one (1) Car Sunshade by earning same-day slot points while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine OR meeting designated table games rating criteria (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only).
10. If earned gift inventory is depleted, ACE Club members who have earned the qualifying criteria but have not redeemed a Car Sunshade, may receive a $10 Free Slot Play or $10 One-Time use Non-Negotiable Chip consolation prize. $10 in One-Time use Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid in two (2) $5 OTUNNC vouchers.
11. Limit one (1) Free Slot Play or One-Time use Non-Negotiable Chip consolation prize per ACE Club member.
12. The following rules apply to slot players:
    • Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.
    • To receive the gift, ACE Club members must earn slot points beginning at 5:00AM through 8:59PM on either promotional day. The one-hundred (100) qualifying slot points can be redeemed at ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 12:00PM through 9:00PM, (while supplies last), on each gift distribution date.
    • ACE Club members must earn all one-hundred (100) qualified slot points using their ACE Club Card properly inserted in eligible slot machines (Qualified slot points may be combined from all properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel.)
    • All one-hundred (100) qualifying slot points must be earned on the same day the gifts are being offered.
    • Rated table games play and live poker play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slot machines or video poker machines only.
    • Slot points earned through retail purchases made in the Agua Caliente Casinos will not qualify towards the one-hundred (100) slot point accrual requirements.
13. The following rules apply to table games players:
    • Table games players must meet designated table games rating criteria in order to receive the gift on the day of the promotion.
    • ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 8:59PM on either promotional day. The $27 Table Games theoretical win rated play can be redeemed at ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 12:00PM through 9:00PM, (while supplies last), on each gift distribution date.
    • All table games ratings must be earned on the same day the gifts are being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all properties, excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.
    • Table Games theoretical win is rated and calculated based on but not limited to average bet, length of time played, type of table, etc.
14. Qualified slot points and rated table games play may not be combined together, in order to receive the gift. Qualifying play must be all slots’ points, or all rated table games play.
15. No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts.
16. ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a prize/gift (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). ACE Club members must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize/gift.
17. Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.
18. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
19. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
20. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
21. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
22. The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
23. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
24. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
25. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal control standards, policies, and procedures.
26. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for the promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located in each Casino.
27. One-Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips will be paid out via a voucher issued to the ACE Club Members by a Marketing representative that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. One-Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
28. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    • $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours.
29. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
30. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
