Event Details:

• Event Name: Sunday Gift Card Giveaway – September
• Event Date(s) & Times(s): Sundays, September 7, 2025 – September 28, 2025 from 12:00PM – 6:00PM
• Distribution Locations:
  • The ACE Club at ACCPS & ACCCC and the ACE Club or the Promotional Area in the expansion at ACCRM.
  • Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members of location of the gift cards.

Qualified ACE Club Members:

• Qualified ACE Club members are invited to receive minimum of either one (1) $10 or $25 complimentary Gift Card, based on their play, per promotional day at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice.
• Qualified ACE Club members may also earn and redeem up to five (5) additional “play-up” $25 Gift Cards, after they have received their one (1) complimentary Gift Card.
• Combined maximum six (6) gift cards per qualified ACE Club member (invited and/or earned), per promotional day, at the property of their choice (See “Play Up – Earning Opportunities” below).
• No reservations will be required in order to receive the Gift Card.
• Gift Cards will be available while supplies last.
• The ACE Club representative (or above) shall be available from 10:00AM – 2:00PM to verify the ACE Club members qualifications on the promotional day at the ACE Club at Agua Caliente Casinos (or the promotional area in the expansion at ACCRM).
• If inventory is depleted, qualified ACE Club members (hereinafter referred to as invited ACE Club members) may receive either a Rain Check Voucher for the Gift Card of either value invited and/or earned, $10 Free Slot Play (hereinafter refered to as FSP), $25 FSP, or $25 One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip (hereinafter refered to as OTUNNC) consolation for each Gift Card in which they qualified for.

Gift Card Giveaway – Earning Opportunity:

• ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation but would like to earn a $25 Gift Card must earn five-hundred (500) same-day slot points or $133 table games theoretical on the gift card distribution day to receive the gift card (while supplies last).
  • o The following rules apply to slot players:
    • Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.
    • To receive the gift card, ACE Club members must earn slot points beginning at 5:00AM through 5:50PM, each promotional day. The five hundred (500) qualifying slot points can be redeemed at the ACE Club (or the promotional area in the expansion at ACCRM) with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 12:00AM through 6:00PM, (while supplies last), on each gift distribution date.
    • ACE Club members must earn all five-hundred (500) qualified slot points using their ACE Club card properly inserted in eligible slot machines (Qualified slot points may be combined from all properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel.)
    • All five- hundred (500) qualifying slot points must be earned on the same day the gifts are being offered.
    • Rated table games play and live poker play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slot machines or video poker machines only.
    • Slot points earned through retail purchases made in the Agua Caliente Casinos will not qualify towards the five-hundred (500) slot point accrual requirements.
    • No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts
  • o The following rules apply to table games players:
    • Table games players must meet designated table games theoretical win rating criteria in order to receive the gift on the day of the promotion.
    • ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 5:50PM on the promotional day.
    • The $133 table games theoretical win rated play can be redeemed at ACE Club (or the promotional area in the expansion at ACCRM) with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 12:00AM through 6:00PM, (while supplies last), on each gift distribution date.
    • All table games theoretical win ratings must be earned on the same day the gift cards are being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all properties, excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.
    • Table games theoretical win is rated and calculated based on but not limited to average bet, length of time played, type of table, etc.
• Slot points or table games rating must be earned beginning at 5:00AM through 5:50PM on each promotional day. Slot points OR table games ratings may be combined from all properties (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only). Qualifying play must be all slots points, or all table games theoretical win rated play.
• Maximum of up to six (6) Gift Cards (earned) per ACE Club member, per promotional day, at the property of their choice (See “Play Up – Earning Opportunities” below).

“Play Up” – Earning Opportunity:

• All ACE Club members may “Play Up” to earn additional Sunday Gift Cards, valued at $25 USD.
  • Invited ACE Club members will have the opportunity to earn up to five (5) additional Gift Cards, valued at $25 USD, based on their same-day slot play or table games rating after receiving one (1) complimentary Gift Card.
  • ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation will have the opportunity to earn up to six (6) Gift Cards based on their slot play or table play.
• Maximum of six (6) Gift Cards may be redeemed during the gift card giveaway per promotional day, at the property of their choice.
• Qualifying Slot points or table games theoretical win rating must be earned beginning at 5:00AM through 5:50PM on each promotional day.
  • Slot points OR table games theoretical win may be combined from all properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel (slots only) however, qualifying play must be all slots’ points, or all table games rated play.
• The ACE Club representative will verify ACE Club members Slot points or table games theoretical qualifications from 12:00PM -6:00PM on the promotional day.
• ACE Club members who may earn up to six (6) additional gift cards need to be verified and qualified by an ACE Club representative (or above) at The ACE Club (or the Promotional Area in the Expansion at ACCRM at Agua Caliente Casinos (during promotional hours or while supplies last).
• If inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (invited and/or earned) may receive either a Rain Check Voucher for the Gift Card of either value amounts invited and/or earned, $10 FSP, $25 FSP, or $25 OTUNNC consolation for each Gift Card they qualified for. Limit six (6) Rain Checks Vouchers or FSP or OTUNNC consolations per ACE Club member (invited and/or earned) per promotional day.

Rain Check Details:

• Event Date(s) & Times(s):
  • Monday, November 3, 2025 – Friday, November 7, 2025 (during ACE Club operating hours)
• Distribution Locations:
  • An ACE Club representative (or above) will be distributing Gift Cards at ACCPS & ACCCC and the ACE Club or the Promotional Area in the Expansion at ACCRM.
  • Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members of location of the gift cards.
• The Rain Check Vouchers will be procured through ACBCI approved vendor, The Printing Place (Austie Corporation).
• The Rain Check Vouchers will expire on Friday, November 7, 2025.
  • A Marketing representative will run a coupon report for Rain Check Vouchers handed out. The report will be provided to ACGC Compliance at the completion of the event on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Special Events will be ordering Gift Cards for the ‘Rain Check Vouchers’ by approximately Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Consolation:

• Rain Check Voucher quantities are limited and if inventory is depleted, invited ACE Club members (invited and/or earned) will receive FSP or OTUNNCs as a consolation for the same amount as the gift card they qualified for. Maximum Six (6) FSP or OTUNNCs per ACE Club member (invited and/or earned).

GENERAL RULES:

1. Invited ACE Club members will qualify to receive the offer based upon average daily worth for the previous twelve (12) month.
2. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
3. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
4. Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.
5. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
6. On each promotional day, an ACE Club representative (or above) will be distributing the Gift Cards from the ACE Club at ACCPS & ACCCC, and the ACE Club or the Promotional Area in the Expansion at ACCRM (Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members of the location of the gift card giveaway), by an ACE Club representative (or above) during promotional hours, or while supplies last.
7. As applicable, maximum of up to six (6) Gift Cards per ACE Club member (invited and/or earned), per promotional Day, at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice. Invited ACE Club Members may earn up to five (5) additional Gift Cards (Maximum six (6) Gift Cards total).
8. As Applicable, ACE Club members may play to qualify and earn up to a maximum of six (6) Gift Cards. ACE Club members must go to the ACE Club Representative (or above) to be verified. In order to receive a Gift Card, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games theoretical win rated play during promotional hours, by playing on any slot machine or table game with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino property for which the promotion is being held. ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game theoretical win rated play to achieve Slot Points or Table Games Theoretical win. The ACE Club representative (or above) shall be available to account for qualifying Slot points or table games theoretical win during promotional hours during the promotional day.
9. As applicable, in the event that the Gift Card inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casinos, an ACE Club representative (or above) are authorized to issue either a Rain Check Voucher for the same amount qualified for (invited/earned) of Gift Card or consolation in the amount (invited/earned) in Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips or OTUNNC as a consolation to ACE Club members (invited/earned). Limit six (6) Rain Checks or Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips or OTUNNC offers per qualified ACE Club member, per promotional day, between the all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.
10. Gift Card quantities are limited and if inventory is depleted, ACE Club Members (invited and/or earned) may choose to receive either a Rain Check Voucher (as applicable) or Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips or OTUNNC as a consolation (Limit six (6) Rain Check Voucher (while supplies last) or Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips or OTUNNC consolation per Qualified ACE Club member (invited/earned).
11. As applicable, ACE Club members (invited and/or earned) who choose to receive a Rain Check Voucher for the same amount as the Gift Card they qualified for will be asked to return to pick-up the Gift Card at the Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club (or the Promotional Area in the Expansion at ACCRM) they received the Rain Check Voucher only (during ACE Club operating hours with an ACE Club representative (or above)).
12. As applicable, In the event that the ACE Club members (invited and/or earned) who choose to receive a “Rain Check Voucher” and do not pick up their Gift Card prior to the expiration date during ACE Club operation hours, will have their gift forfeited. In the event of a forfeited gift, there will be no replacements of the Gift Card.
13. As applicable, Rain Check Voucher quantities are limited for the entire promotional period per each Agua Caliente Casino location. If inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (invited or earned) may choose Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips as a consolation for the same amount as the gift card they qualified for (Limit six (6) Free Slot Play/ Non-Negotiable Chips/ OTUNNC consolation per invited or qualified ACE Club members).
14. As Applicable, If an ACE Club member does not qualify to receive an invitation for a Gift Card, they may qualify to receive the Gift Card by earning same-day slot points while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine OR meeting designated table games theoretical win rating criteria (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only).
15. Free Slot Play will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    • $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours.
    • $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days
16. Non-Negotiable Chips/ One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips will be paid out via a voucher issued to the qualified ACE Club member that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip/ One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
17. ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a prize/gift (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). ACE Club members must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize/gift.
18. Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.
19. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
20. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
21. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
22. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
23. The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
24. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
25. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
26. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal control standards, policies, and procedures.
27. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for the promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located in each Casino.
28. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
29. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
