Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as the Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the “$326,000 Porsche Giveaway” during the months of July and August 2024.  ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to earn electronic drawing entries by playing with their ACE Club Card at their favorite slot machines or table games for a chance to win weekly Free Slot Play or Promotional Chip prizes (herein referred to as Non-Negotiable Chips or NNCs) and/or the opportunity to win a brand-new car at the Grand Finale. Players will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machine:

·       Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends 10 minutes prior to the last drawing on Sunday, August 25, 2024.

·      Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Sunday, August 25, 2024, after the last drawing is complete.

o    (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #5 (a) (b) & #6).

·      Every 10 slot points earned = 1 electronic drawing entry into all drawings for the promotion.

·      Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.

·      Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel, while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted.

·      ACE Club members will earn 2X entries every Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout the promotion.

Electronic Drawings Entry Earning Table Games:

·      $5 table games theoretical win = 1 entry  

·      Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends 10 minutes prior to the last drawing on Sunday, August 25, 2024.

·      Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Sunday, August 25, 2024 after the last drawing is complete.

o   (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #6, #7, & #8 (a)(b)(c).

·      Electronic table game drawing entries can be earned based on carded table games play at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC.

·      To activate their earned entries, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game a minimum of two (2) hours before the drawing.

·      Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) starting 30 minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the drawings to activate entries into the drawing.

·      ACE Club members will earn 2X entries every Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout the promotion.

·      If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately.  This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

o   10:30AM activation– qualifies for 11:00AM – 12:30PM drawings

o   12:30PM activation– qualifies for 1:00PM – 2:30PM drawings

o   2:30PM activation– qualifies for 3:00PM – 4:00PM drawings

Weekly Drawings: 

·      Weekly Preliminary Drawings:

o   On Sundays from 11:00AM – 3:30PM, from July 7 – August 18, 2024 at ACCPS, ACCCC and ACCRM, one (1) winner will be selected every thirty (30) minutes at each property to win $500 Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips each.

·      Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawings:

o   On Sundays at 4:00PM, from July 7 – August 18, 2024 at the ACCPS, ACCCC and ACCRM, one (1) winner will be selected at each property to win $1,000 in Free Slot Play (FSP) or Non-Negotiable Chips (NNCs) and a guaranteed spot in the Grand Finale on Sunday, August 25, 2024, hosted at ACCRM. 

·      Must be present to win for all Weekly Preliminary Drawings and Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawings.

·      Drawings will be conducted and winners announced from each property’s ACE Club.

·      We will draw until we get a winner who is present. 

·      Winners will have three (3) minutes to make their way to the promotional area to claim their prize with an authorized Marketing representative. 

·      ACE Club members may win twice per promotional day, at the property of their choice. Players may win once during the Weekly Preliminary Drawings from 11:00AM – 3:30PM and become eligible to win again in the Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawing at 4:00PM.

·      ACE Club members may only win the Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawing once during the promotional period.

Elite Members Invitational Drawings: August 3, 2024

·      All Elite Card slot and table game players will be invited via direct marketing, telemarketing, or email blast to the exclusive Elite Member Invitational Drawings held at each Casino. Elite members can attend the property of their choice.  

·      On Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 5:00PM – 6:30PM, at ACCPS, ACCCC, and ACCRM, one (1) winner shall be selected every 30 minutes, to win $1,000 in FSP or NNC each at 7:00PM, two (2) winners will be selected to win $1,000 in FSP or NNC each and a guaranteed spot in the Grand Finale to be held on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at ACCRM.

·      Winner can only win once between all three properties.

·      Must be present to win for the Elite Members Invitational Drawings.

·      Drawings will be conducted and winners announced from each property’s promotional areas.

·      We will draw until we get a winner who is present. 

·      Winners will have three (3) minutes to make their way to the promotional area to claim their prize with an authorized Marketing representative. 

Grand Finale Car Giveaway Game Experience: Sunday, August 25, 2024:

·      Grand Finale Preliminary Free Slot Play and Promotional Chips Drawings

o   Grand Finale Preliminary Free Slot Play Drawings shall be held every 30 minutes from their designated promotional areas from 11:00AM – 2:30PM, awarding one (1) winner with $500 in FSP or NNCs at each Casino. At 3:00PM, two (2) winners will each be awarded $500 in FSP or NNCs.

o   At 3:30PM at ACCRM only – three (3) winners will be awarded a spot in the Grand Finale. 

o   Drawings will be conducted and winners announced from each property’s promotional areas.

o   We will draw until we get a winner who is present. 

o   Winners will have three (3) minutes to make their way to the promotional area to claim their prize with an authorized Marketing representative. 

·      Grand Finale Game Experience

o   The Grand Finale Game Experience shall be held at 4:00PM from the Promotional Area at ACCRM. The twenty-one (21) Finalists from each of the previous weeks Weekly Grand Prize Qualifier Drawings and six (6) from August 3, 2024 Elite Members Invitational Drawings will be asked to return to ACCRM and check in at the promotions table by 3:00PM in order to qualify for the Grand Prize Finale Game Experience. After the final three (3) Finalists from the Grand Finale Preliminary Free Slot Play and Promotional Chips Drawings have been announced at 3:30PM, the Grand Prize Game Experience will then have a total of thirty (30) participants.

o   If any of the Finalists do not return, additional names will be drawn from Playersoft, until there is a total of thirty (30) participants.

o   Grand Prize Finale – Round 1 – Eliminations

§  One by one, in the order they were selected, the participants will punch an available cubby on the punch board to reveal a card that contains a concealed FSP prize, NNC prize, OR one of the three (3) cards that state “Finalist”. 

§  The twenty- seven (27) participants who select the FSP or NNC prize will be awarded their prize and eliminated.

§  The three (3) participants who select the “Finalist” card will advance to the Final Round. 

§  The inventory of prizes for the Grand Prize Finale Game Experience is as follows:

·      3x – Finalist

·      2x – $3,000 FSP or NNCs

·      3x – $2,000 FSP or NNCs

·      5x – $1,500 FSP or NNCs

·      17x – $1,000 FSP or NNCs

o   Grand Prize Experience – Round 2 – Finals

§  Once all three (3) “Finalists” and twenty-seven (27) FSP/NNC prizes have been selected, the three (3) Finalists who selected the “Finalist” prize will be asked, in the order they were selected, to pick one (1) of the three (3) oversized keys presented to them.  

§  Finalists will be presented a second game, with 3 slots to insert their oversized keys.

·      Of the three (3) key slots, there will be one (1) predetermined key slot that will have an activation switch built into the game board. Upon inserting the key into the slot, the key will trigger a series of lights and effects.

o   In the order they selected the oversized keys, each finalist will select a key slot.

o   Each finalist, along with a Special Events representative, will stand in front of their key slot, and on the count of three (3), they will all insert their keys.

o   The Finalist who selected the winning key slot will activate the lighting effects that have been built into the game board and be deemed the winner.

o   The two (2) Finalists who do not activate the effects, will each receive a Cash prize (see below for amounts).

o   ACE Club members may choose equal amount of NNCs or FSP in lieu of the Cash prize. 

§  The inventory of prizes within the three (3) oversized keys are:

·      1x- $7,500 Cash

·      1x – Porsche Cayenne (valued at $87,200 USD) and $10,000 Cash

o   Option 2: $70,000 FSP or NNCs

o   Second Chance Drawings:

§  Upon the conclusion of the Grand Prize Finale at ACCRM, each of the Casino properties (ACCRM, ACCPS, & ACCCC) will conduct Second Chance Drawings from 5:00PM – 8:00PM, where one (1) winner will be selected every thirty (30) minutes to win $1,000 in FSP or NNCs.

§  Drawings will be held from each property’s promotional area (see Promotional Areas and Announcements above).

§  Must be present to win. 

§  Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their prize with an authorized Marketing representative.

§  ACE Club members may win once (1) during the Second Chance Drawings.

§  The three (3) Finalists from the Grand Prize Finale Game Experience are excluded from the Second Chance Drawings.

The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft: [RV(1] [PL(2] 

1.     Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine, at ACCRM, ACCPS, ACCCC and Agua Caliente Fuel. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per 10 slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.

2.     All qualifying slot and/or table games points for the $326,000 Porsche Giveaway must be earned starting at 12:01AM on Monday, July 1, 2024 and will end after the last drawing is completed on Sunday August 25, 2024. Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino including Agua Fuel. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines”). Table Games points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

3.     Players can earn 2X drawing entries on Thursdays 12:01AM to Saturdays 11:59PM during the promotional period. 

4.     Activation for Electronic 2X Drawing Entry Multiplier: On 2X drawing entry multiplier days (Thursdays – Saturdays), ACE Club members must activate the 2X drawing entry multiplier by properly inserting their ACE Club Card into a slot machine or having an open rating on a table game. In the event that a player is actively playing when the entry multiplier earning period activates on Thursdays at 12:01AM, the player must remove their ACE Club Card from the slot machine and reinsert to activate. In the event that a player is actively playing with an open rating on a table game when the entry multiplier earning period activates on Thursdays at 12:01AM, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close their open rating and reopen their rating immediately to activate the 2X drawing entry multiplier. Players must remove their ACE Club Card from a gaming machine and  a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close any open ratings on table games prior to 11:59PM on Saturdays, in order for players to receive their multiplied entries.

5.     Slot Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:

a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine. 

b.       The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine at least 10 minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time.  This process must be repeated for every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum. 

6.     For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated a minimum of (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win.  A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from each promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries

7.     Table Games players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theoretical win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theoretical win accumulated during the promotional period.  Table game entries can be earned at Agua Caliente Casinos excluding Agua Caliente Fuel. (See “Table Game Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”)

8.     Table Games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawings. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps. 

a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game a minimum of two (2) hours before each drawing session.

b.       A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings 30 minutes prior to the first drawing and every two hours until the end of the promotion to activate the electronic drawing.

c.       If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately.  This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

9.     Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have three (3) minutes to report to the drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify an authorized Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the three (3) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) authorized Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.

10.  All drawing promotions shall have a 30-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

11.  Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted three (3) minute period, that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log. 

12.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.).  Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

13.  Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

14.  For Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes Comp Voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed the, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in Non-Negotiable Chips.  Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

15.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

16.  The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by an authorized Marketing representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

17.  For each electronic drawing entry drawn, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion; winner’s name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number on the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

18.  In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.” 

19.  For all valid weeks, electronic drawing entry earnings will accumulate throughout the entirety of the promotion.

20.  Electronic drawing entries earned will expire on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at the end of the last drawing.

GENERAL RULES

1.     Must be 21 year or older to participate.

2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

6.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

7.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

8.     Direct marketing offers are valid only the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value: no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

9.     Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

10.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

11.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 

12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

13.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

14.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

15.  The Grand Finale Drawing winner will have 24 hours to choose one (1) of the below listed options for their prize. The property in which the winner claims will provide the winner with a designated contact person and winner’s letter. The winner is to respond via e-mail, by phone or in person at the ACE Club within 24 hours to select their prize option:

·      Option 1:  Porsche Cayenne (valued at $87,200 USD) and $10,000 Cash

·      Option 2: $70,000 Free Slot Play/Non-Negotiable Chips

16.  If the Grand Finale Drawing winner does not choose their prize option within the 24-hour period allotted, they will forfeit their prize. There will not be another drawing for a new winner. 

17.  Prize won must be either all Free Slot Play, all Non-Negotiable Chips, or all Cash (no partial payments).

18.  The Cash prize winner must be paid at the Main Cage. 

19.  Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

20.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours

b.     $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days

c.     $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days

d.     $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in 90 days

e.     $20,000+ – Expires in ­­­­6 months

21.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

22.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
