The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (herein after referred to as ACCRM) will give Texas Hold’Em and Omaha poker players a chance to earn Cash or live gaming chips for accumulating hours of carded live poker play during the “Chase for the Dough” poker promotionheld each month,from April 1^st, 2024 through August 31^st, 2024.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Dates:  April 1^st, 2024 to August 31^st, 2024

• The object of this promotion is to accumulate a minimum of 20 hours or more of live carded Texas Hold’Em or Omaha poker play during each promotional month to be eligible to turn your hours played into a cash or live gaming chip payout reward. The more you play the more you can win. Excludes tournament play.

• “Chase for the Dough” Prize Pool:

• Every 20 hours of live carded play = $100 “Chase for the Dough” Payout.
  • On the 1^st of each month, at 8:00am the available prize pool of $20,000 shall be posted on a white board in the front/middle of the Poker Room.
  • Each time a player accumulates 20 hours of live carded play, the hours can be redeemed at the Poker Cashier Podium, with a Poker Cashier (or above) for a $100 payout.
    • Payouts may be paid in either Cash or live gaming chips. Payouts must be all Cash or all live gaming chips.
  • Each time a player redeems a $100 payout, the available “Chase for the Dough” prize pool amount shall decrease.
    • Daily, at 9:00am, after the 1^st payout of each promotional month, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall update the posted prize pool amount on the white board in the front/middle of the Poker Room to reflect the new prize pool balance available.
  • Payouts shall continue through the promotional month until the posted balance reaches $0.
  • Each promotional month, the available “Chase for the Dough” prize pool amount shall reset to $20,000.

• Live Carded Play Tracking:
• Live carded play shall be recorded each promotional month, in the Bravo Tracking system.
• Live carded play tracking shall begin at 8:00am on the 1^st day of each promotional month through 11:59pm on the last day of each promotional month. Please note:  Live carded play tracking shall cease prior to the end of the promotional month if the “Chase for the Dough” promotional prize pool is depleted.
• To accumulate hours of live carded play, players must provide their ACE Club Card to the Poker Dealer who will swipe the ACE Club Card into the Bravo Tracking system to begin tracking play.
• Each promotional day, at 9:00am, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall post a listing of all poker players who have achieved the required minimum of 20 hours or more of live carded play within the promotional month on the white board display in the front/middle of the Poker Room.
• Live carded play hours shall rollover each day within the promotional month.
• Live carded play hours remaining at the end of a promotional month will not rollover to the following promotional month.  All hours redeemed in a promotional month must be earned in that promotional month.  
• Redemption of “Chase the Dough Payouts”: 
• If a player’s name is on the posted Payout Request List, they will be eligible to redeem a payout at the Poker Cashier Podium with a Poker Cashier (or above).  Payouts will be completed on a first come first serve basis, beginning at 9:00am through closing each day. Payouts shall be made for the duration of the promotional month as long as there are funds available in the “Chase for the Dough” prize pool.
• At the time of redemption at the Poker Cashier Podium, players must relay the number of hours they want to redeem, in 20 hour increments. Once hours have been redeemed for payouts, players must continue to accumulate hours for additional payouts.
• There is no limit to the number of payouts a player can redeem, as long as they have achieved the minimum requirement of 20 hours of verified live carded play per payout.
• If “Chase for the Dough” prize pool funds are depleted prior to the conclusion of the promotional month, the promotion shall end for that month.

CHASE THE DOUGH RULES:

1. Each promotional month, players must play a minimum of 20 hours of live carded play in Texas Hold’ Em or Omaha poker games to qualify for a payout.

• On the 1^st of each month, at 8:00am the available “Chase for the Dough” prize pool of $20,000 shall be posted on a white board display in the front/middle of the Poker Room.

• Each promotional day, at 9:00am, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall post a listing of all poker players who have achieved the required minimum of 20 hours or more of live carded play within the promotional month.
• Daily, at 9:00am, after the 1^st payout of each promotional month, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall update the posted “Chase for the Dough” prize pool amount to reflect the new prize pool balance available.

• “The Chase for the Dough” prize pool amount shall only be decreased if a player collects their payout.  Uncollected payouts shall remain in the prize pool.

• The “Chase for the Dough” payouts must be redeemed with a Poker Cashier (or above) at the Poker Cashier Podium.

• There is no limit to the number of payouts a player can redeem in a promotional month, as long as they have achieved the minimum requirement of 20 hours of verified live carded play per payout.

• Players will be responsible to collect their payout prior to the end of the promotional month and/or prior to the “Chase for the Dough” prize pool potentially reaching $0. Failure to collect payouts within the aforementioned promotional parameters shall result in the prize being forfeited. No replacement prizes shall be issued.

• Players are not permitted to designate a representative to participate on behalf of the player or collect any awards on behalf of the player.

1. Accumulated live carded play hours shall rollover each day within the promotional month.
2. Accumulated live carded play hours remaining at the end of a promotional month will not rollover to the following promotional month.  All hours redeemed in a promotional month must be earned in that promotional month.   
3. Each promotional month, the available “Chase for the Dough” prize pool amount shall reset to $20,000 and the same format shall be followed.

1. Players may choose to receive payouts in either Cash or live gaming chips. Prize amounts must be all Cash or all live gaming chips.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Players must be 21 years or older to participate.

• Restricted players are not eligible to participate.

• Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

• Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos, and the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are NOT eligible to participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.

• Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.

• Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.).
• Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, and its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
• For each prize won, a Winner’s Log will be completed with the date, winner’s name, winner’s Players Club account number (if applicable) and the award or prize won. The Poker Cashier (or above) must sign the log with name and gaming license number, attesting to the prize distribution.  The winner must sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

• Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. are held harmless from the award or use of the prize.

1. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure.
2. Direct Marketing Offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

1. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
2. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
3. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.
4. Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

1. All promotion will be administered in accordance with ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies and procedures.

1. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide their social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.

1. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.

1. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

• The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC)retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

INTERNAL RULES:

1. Supervision shall be provided at all times while the Poker Room is in operation by personnel with authority equal or greater than those being supervised.
2. The Poker Department, and supporting departments maintaining an ACGC issued license, with authorization from the immediate supervisor will staff events with personnel necessary to greet, monitor, and run the event. Employees providing support for events shall ensure that all Responsible Alcohol Service Training Standards are followed and support tasks shall be administered in accordance with the ACBCI System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and Agua Caliente Gaming Commission Access Matrix. Any cash handling tasks may only be completed in accordance with the employee’s job description.
3. The prizes associated with this promotion will be paid by ACCRM Poker Room, using funds from the Poker Promotional Pool.
4. Prior to the start of this promotion ACGC Surveillance will be notified.
5. An excel program has been created to input the hours accrued by players each day as recorded in the Bravo Tracking system. When a player redeems their hours for a payout, the excel program will adjust for that. In the actual Bravo Tracking system, the players’ hours do not erase or go to zero, but with the use of the excel program we can tell when a player has redeemed their hours and the excel program will start them again at zero. This excel program will be the method of use to determine when to pay a player and how to adjust their hours after they have been paid.
6. Only the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will have access to the excel program to “reset” the hours for each poker player’s time played.
7. In the event an approved promotion is in progress and casino management has determined that an immediate cancellation or revision to the approved promotion is necessary, a written notification, approved by a Marketing Director (or above) shall be submitted to the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department. If the immediate requirement to cancel or revise an approved promotion occurs during holidays or weekends, the Marketing Director (or above) may approve the written change notification through email. The approved written notification will include the detailed revision or notice of cancellation and must be signed for acknowledgement by the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector (or above). A copy of the acknowledged notification and explanation memo must be immediately forwarded to the ACGC Compliance Department, Compliance Manager (or their designee). A copy of the “revised” promotion including the revision and/or cancellation notification with all signatures shall immediately be forwarded to the ACGC Compliance Department for final ACGC approval.
8. In the event a promotional award variance is identified, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department will be immediately notified.
9. Marketing collateral must be retained for five (5) years.  Either an electronic copy or a hard copy must be retained.
