The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) will give Texas Hold’Em and Omaha poker players a chance to earn Cash or live gaming chips for accumulating, consecutive hours of carded live poker play during the “Chase for the Dough” poker promotionfrom May 1st, 2025 through August 31st, 2025.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Dates: Daily, May 1st, 2025 to August 31st, 2025
- In order to be eligible, Poker players will have the opportunity to earn $15 (Cash or Live Gaming Chips) per consecutive hour starting at a minimum of two (2) hours and up to a maximum of four (4) hours of live carded Texas Hold’Em or Omaha poker play each morning starting at 8:00AM.
- Players MUST start their hours played or sign up for the Wait List Board if no seats are available before or at 9:00AM in order to qualify.
- Maximum 2-hour time limit for Wait List Board.
- The longer a poker player plays, the more the player can earn, with a maximum payout of $60 in either Cash or Live Gaming Chips (Excludes tournament play).
“Chase for the Dough” Rules:
- Players must be an ACE Club Member and be clocked-in at the table of play for receive credit for consecutive hours played in this promotion.
- Starting at 8:00AM, for a up to maximum of four (4) consecutive hours of live carded play, Poker Players are eligible to receive the maximum of $60 (either Cash or Live Gaming Chips) payout for “Chase for the Dough”.
- If a player arrives between the hours of 8:00AM to 9:00AM and no seats are available to play, they may sign up with their first and last name for the Wait List Board with a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above).
- When A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) contacts players on the Wait List Board (up until 11:00AM), their time of play and hours accumulated will begin with the same rules above upon arrival at either Texas Hold’Em or Omaha poker table (maximum 2-hour time limit for Wait List Board).
- Players must play a minimum of two (2) live hours carded play consecutively to receive a payout.
- After a player accumulates their hours of live carded play (minimum two (2) hours and up to four (4) hours consecutively),the hours may then be redeemed for a payout (Cash or Live Gaming Chips) at the Poker Cashier Podium, with a Poker Cashier (or above).
- Payouts may be paid in either Cash or live gaming chips and must be either all Cash or all Live Gaming Chips (no partial payments).
- Two (2) hours of live carded play – $30
- Three (3) hours of live carded play – $45
- Four (4) hours of live carded play – $60
- Payouts may be paid in either Cash or live gaming chips and must be either all Cash or all Live Gaming Chips (no partial payments).
Live Carded Play Tracking:
- Live carded play shall be recorded in the Bravo Tracking system.
- To accumulate hours of live carded play, players must provide their ACE Club Card to the Poker Dealer (or above) who will swipe the ACE Club Card into the Bravo Tracking system to begin tracking play.
Redemption of “Chase the Dough Payouts”:
- At the time of redemption, the players must check-in with the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) to get the number of hours played verified in order to redeem for Cash or Live Gaming Chips with a Poker Cashier (or above).
- Poker Cashiers (or above) will print out a completed list from the Bravo Tracking System of all players that were paid out to turn into the ACCRM Main Cage for their bank redemption.
- Poker Cashiers (or above) will use a “Chase for the Dough” Poker Promotion Winner’s Log to track the players information and payout amount to turn in the ACCRM Main Cage for redemption at the end of their shift.
GENERAL RULES:
- Players must be 21 years or older to participate.
- Restricted players are not eligible to participate.
- Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.
- Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos, and the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are NOT eligible to participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.
- Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.
- Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
- Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.).
- Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, and its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
- For each prize won, a Winner’s Log will be completed with the date, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Club Card number, and the award or prize won. The Poker Cashier (or above) must sign the log with name and badge number, attesting to the prize distribution. The winner must sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
- For each award or Prize won, the Poker Cashier (or above) will enter the following information on the “Chase for the Dough” Poker Promotion Winner’s Log:
- Date;
- Time In;
- Table Number;
- Seat Number;
- Time Out;
- Amount Paid based on hours played;
- Players Name;
- Player’s Signature;
- Players Card Number;
- Poker Cashier (or above) signature and badge number;
- Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) signature and badge number.
- Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. are held harmless from the award or use of the prize.
- Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure.
- Direct Marketing Offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
- Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
- Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
- All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.
- Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
- All promotion will be administered in accordance with ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide their social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.
- Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.
- A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
- The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC)retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
- Players must collect their “Chase for the Dough Payout” payout on the same day of play. It is the players responsibility to remember to collect their own payout. If a player forgets to ask the Poker Cashier (or above) for their payout, then they will forfeit the payout for that day.
