Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will promote the “Sunday VISA Gift Card Giveaway- October”. This promotion will invite qualified ACE Club members to receive complimentary VISA Gift Card(s) totaling $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 each Sunday, during this weekly gift card giveaway. ACE Club members who do not qualify to receive an invitation will have the opportunity to earn same-day slot points or meet designated table games criteria on each promotional Sunday to earn a $25 VISA Gift Card. Qualified ACE Club members will be invited to receive a complimentary VISA Gift Card(s) totaling up to $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 via direct mail, e-blast, and telemarketing based upon previous casino play for the previous twelve (12) months. ACE Club members who do not receive an invitation for a gift card will be notified of the promotion via property website, signage, and brochures.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Gift Redemption Dates, Times & Locations: 

·      Distribution Dates: Sundays from October 5, 2025 – Sunday, October 26, 2025:

o   Week 1: Sunday, October 5

o   Week 2: Sunday, October 12

o   Week 3: Sunday, October 19 

o   Week 4: Sunday, October 26

·      Distribution Times:

o   12:00PM – 6:00PM each promotional day (or while supplies last). 

·      Distribution Locations: 

·      The ACE Club at ACCPS & ACCCC andACCRM. 

·      Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members of location of the gift cards.

Qualified ACE Club Members:

·      Qualified ACE Club members are invited to receive complimentary VISA Gift Card(s) totaling up to $25 or $50 or $75 or $150, based on their play, per promotional day at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice (while supplies last).

·      Qualified ACE Club members may also earn and redeem one (1) additional “play-up” $25 VISA Gift Cards, after they have received their complimentary Gift Card(s) (valued up to $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 USD).  

·      Maximum one (1) “play up” $25 Agua Fuel Gift Card per qualified ACE Club member (earned), per promotional day, at the property of their choice (See “Play Up – Earning Opportunities” below). 

·      No reservations will be required in order to receive the Gift Card. 

·      Gift Cards will be available while supplies last. 

·      The ACE Club representative (or above) shall be available from 12:00PM – 6:00PM to verify the ACE Club members qualifications on the promotional day at the ACE Club at Agua Caliente Casinos (or the promotional area in the expansion at ACCRM).

·      If inventory is depleted, Invited ACE Club members (hereinafter referred to as invited ACE Club members) may receive either a Rain Check Voucher for the Gift Card(s) of either value invited, $25 or $50 or $75 or $150, Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or OTUNNC) consolation for the Gift Card amount in which they were invited for.  

·      If inventory is depleted, invited ACE Club members (hereinafter referred to as invited ACE Club members) who have “played up’ for an additional card may receive either a Rain Check Voucher for the $25 Visa Gift Card, $25 FSP or $25 OTUNNCs consolation for each Gift Card in which they “played up” for.  

·     

Gift Information: 

·      Four-week gift card giveaway series featuring VISA Gift Cards. Quantities are limited and based on availability each week. Only gift cards in $25 denominations will be issued. Players who qualify for more than $25 in VISA Gift Cards will receive their gift card amount in increments of $25 to match the gift card amount in which they were invited for. (2x$25=$50 / 3x$25=$75 / 6x$25=$150.)

·      ACE Club Memberswill receive VISA Gift Card(s) each week based on invited and/or earned qualifications and availability. (Each gift card valued at $25USD).

Gift Card Giveaway – Earning Opportunity:

ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation but would like to earn a $25 VISA Gift Card must earn five-hundred (500) same-day slot points or $133 table games theoretical on the gift card distribution day to receive the gift card (while supplies last).

·      The following rules apply to slot players: 

o   Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.

o   To receive the gift card, ACE Club members must earn slot points beginning at 5:00AM through 5:50PM, each promotional day. The five hundred (500) qualifying slot points can be redeemed at the ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 12:00PM through 6:00PM, (while supplies last), on each gift distribution date. 

o   ACE Club members must earn all five-hundred (500) qualified slot points using their ACE Club card properly inserted in eligible slot machines (Qualified slot points may be combined from all properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel.)

o   All five- hundred (500) qualifying slot points must be earned on the same day the gifts are being offered.

o   Rated table games play and live poker play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slot machines or video poker machines only.

o   Slot points earned through retail purchases made in the Agua Caliente Casinos will not qualify towards the five-hundred (500) slot point accrual requirements.

o   No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts

·      The following rules apply to table games players:

o   Table games players must meet designated table games theoretical win rating criteria in order to receive the gift on the day of the promotion. 

o   ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 5:50PM on the promotional day. 

o   The $133 table games theoretical win rated play can be redeemed at ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 12:00PM through 6:00PM, (while supplies last), on each gift distribution date.

o   All table games theoretical win ratings must be earned on the same day the gift cards are being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all properties, excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

o   Table games theoretical win is rated and calculated based on but not limited to average bet, length of time played, type of table, etc.

·      Slot points or table games rating must be earned beginning at 5:00AM through 5:50PM on each promotional day. Slot points OR table games ratings may be combined from all properties (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only). Qualifying play must be all slots points, or all table games theoretical win rated play.

·      Maximum of up to one (1) Gift Card (earned) per ACE Club member, per promotional day, at the property of their choice (See “Play Up – Earning Opportunities” below). 

“Play Up” – Earning Opportunity:

·      All ACE Club members may “Play Up” to earn one (1) additional VISA Gift Card, valued at $25 USD. 

o   Invited ACE Club members will have the opportunity to earn up to one (1) additional Gift Card, valued at $25 USD, based on their same-day slot play or table games rating after receiving their complimentary Gift Card(s) (valued up to $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 USD). 

o   ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation will have the opportunity to earn up to one (1) Gift Card based on their slot play or table play. 

·      Maximum one (1) $25 Visa Gift Cards may be redeemed during the gift card giveaway per qualified ACE Club member (earned), per promotional day, at the property of their choice.

·      Qualifying Slot points or table games theoretical win rating must be earned beginning at 5:00AM through 5:50PM on each promotional day.

o   Slot points OR table games theoretical win may be combined from all properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel (slots only) however, qualifying play must be all slots’ points, or all table games rated play.

·      The ACE Club representative will verify ACE Club members Slot points or table games theoretical qualifications from 12:00PM – 6:00PM on the promotional day. 

·      ACE Club members who earn up additional gift card need to verify their qualifications at The ACE Clubat Agua Caliente Casinosby an ACE Club representative (or above) (during promotional hours or while supplies last). 

• If inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (earned) may receive either a Rain Check Voucher for the Gift Card of either value amounts earned, $25 FSP, or $25 OTUNNC consolation for each Gift Card they qualified for. Limit two (2) Rain Checks Vouchers or FSP or OTUNNC consolations per ACE Club member (earned) per promotional day.

Rain Check Voucher:

·      If Gift Card inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (earned) may choose either the value earned in a Rain Check Voucher (while supplies last) $25 FSP or $25 OTUNNCsas a consolation issued by a Marketing representative.

§  Limit one (1) Rain Check Vouchers in the amount invited OR $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 in FSP or OTUNNCs consolation per ACE Club Member (invited).

§  Limit one (1) Rain Check Vouchers in the amount earned OR $25 in FSP or OTUNNC consolation per ACE Club Member (earned).

·      ACE Club members (invited and/or earned) who choose to receive a Rain Check Voucher, for the same amount as the Gift Card they qualified for, will be asked to return to the Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club   the Rain Check Voucher was issued from to pick up the Gift Card any day starting Monday, December 1, 2025 through Friday, December 5, 2025, from aMarketing representative (during operating hours).

·      Rain Check Voucher Quantities are limited. If Rain Check Voucher inventory is depleted, ACE Club member (invited and/or earned) may receive the value invited/earned in either $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 FSP or OTUNNC as a consolation for the same amount as the Gift Card they qualified for.

Rain Check Details:

·      Event Date(s) & Times(s): 

o   Monday, December 1, 2025 – Friday, December 5, 2025 (during ACE Club operating hours)

·      Distribution Locations: 

o   An ACE Club representative (or above) will be distributing Gift Cards at ACCPS & ACCCC andACCRM. 

o   Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members of location of the gift cards.

·      The Rain Check Vouchers will expire on Friday, December 5, 2025.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Invited ACE Club members will qualify to receive an invitation based upon precious casino play for the previous twelve (12) months. 

2.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

3.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

4.     Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.

5.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.

6.     On each promotional day, Marketing representatives will be distributing the VISA Gift Cards (each valued at $25 USD) from the ACE Club at ACCPS & ACCCC, and ACCRM (Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members of the location of the gift card giveaway), by a Marketing representative beginning at 12:00PM – 6:00PM, or while supplies last.

7.     Maximum of up to Seven (7) $25 Visa Gift Cards per ACE Club member (invited), per promotional week, at the property of their choice. Invited ACE Club Membersmay earn one (1) additional $25 Visa Gift Cards (Maximum seven (7) Gift Cards total).

8.     Maximum one (1) $25 Visa Gift Cards per qualified ACE Club member (earned), per promotional week, at the property of their choice. Earned ACE Club Membersmay earn one (1) $25 Agua Fuel Gift Card (Maximum one (1) Gift Card total).

9.     ACE Club members may play to earn up to a maximum of one (1) Gift Card total. One (1) VISA Gift Card for 500 Slot Points or $133 Table Games Theoretical. In order to receive a Gift Card, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, beginning at 5:00AM through 5:50PM, by playing on any slot machine or table game with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino property (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only) for which the promotion is being held. ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve Slot Points or Table Games Theoretical. The ACE Club shall be available for Verification of qualification and redemption from 12:00PM-6:00PM each promotional day. 

10.  Gift Card quantities are limited and, in the event, that the VISA Gift Card inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casinos, authorized Marketing representatives are authorized to issue either a Rain Check Voucher for the same amount qualified for (invited) of $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 gift card amount or consolation in FSP or OTUNNCs in the amount they were invited for. Limit one (1) Rain Checks or FSP or OTUNNC per qualified ACE Club member, per promotional week, between the all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.

11.  Gift Card quantities are limited and, in the event, that the VISA Gift Card inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casinos, authorized Marketing representatives are authorized to issue either a Rain Check Voucher for the same amount qualified for (earned) of $25 gift card or consolation in the amount (earned) of $25 in FSP or OTUNNC consolation to ACE Club members (earned). Maximum one (1) Rain Checks in the amount earned or FSP or OTUNNC offers per qualified ACE Club member, per promotional week, between the all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.

12.  ACE Club members (invited and/or earned) who choose to receive a Rain Check Voucher for the same amount as the Gift Card amount they qualified for will be asked to return to pick-up the Gift Card any day starting Monday, December 1, 2025 through Friday, December 5, 2025 at the Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club they received the Rain Check Voucher only (during operating hours with a Marketing representative). Rain Check Vouchers will expire Friday, December 5, 2025.

13.  In the event that the ACE Club members (invited and/or earned) who choose to receive a “Rain Check Voucher” and do not pick up their Gift Card before or on Friday, December 5, 2025 during ACE Club operation hours, will have their gift forfeited. In the event of a forfeited gift, there will be no replacements.  

14.  Rain Check Voucher quantities are limited for the entire promotional period per each Agua Caliente Casino location. If Rain Check Voucher inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (invited) may choose FSP or OTUNNCs as a consolation for the same amount as the gift card they qualified for (Limit one (1) FSP/OTUNNC consolation per invited ACE Club members).

15.  Rain Check Voucher quantities are limited for the entire promotional period per each Agua Caliente Casino location. If inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (earned) may choose FSP or OTUNNCs as a consolation for the same amount as the gift card they qualified for (Limit one (1) FSP/OTUNNC consolation per qualified ACE Club members).

16.  If an ACE Club member does not qualify to receive an invitation for a gift, they may qualify to receive the Gift Card by earning same-day slot points while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine OR meeting designated table games rating criteria (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only).  

17.  The following rules apply to slot players:

The $133 Table Games Theo rated play can be redeemed at ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 12:00PM through 6:00PM, (while supplies last), on each gift distribution date.

·      All table games ratings must be earned on the same day the gifts are being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all properties, excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

·      Table Games theo is rated and calculated based on but not limited to average bet, length of time played, type of table, etc.

19.  Qualified slot points and rated table games play may not be combined together, in order to receive the gift. Qualifying play must be all slots’ points, or allrated table games play.

20.  No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts.

21.  ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a prize/gift (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). ACE Club members must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize/gift.

22.   Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures. 

23.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

24.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

25.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

26.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

27.  The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

28.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

29.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls. 

30.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal control standards, policies, and procedures.

31.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for the promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located in each Casino.  

32.  Free Slot Play will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

·       $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours.

·       $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days.

33.  OTUNNCs will be paid out via a voucher issued to the qualified ACE Club member that is then paid out at the Main Cashier’s Cage. One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

34.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion. 

35.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
