Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (ACCRM), Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs (ACCPS), Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (ACCCC), and Agua Caliente Fuel, otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will issue marketing offers in a Passport to Agua booklet to qualified new, inactive and/or archived ACE Club members. Offers will be based on average daily points earned and property visits. This program is valid March 8, 2023 to September 30, 2024.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Qualified ACE Club members shall receive a Passport to Agua Booklet containing a variety of promotional offers players can “earn and get”. Players must earn slot points by playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted in eligible slot machines at the Agua Caliente Casino properties. Once required tasks have been completed (“earned”), players may visit the ACE Club to redeem, (“get”), their offers. For each completed task/transaction a player completes they shall earn a Tamper Proof Completion Sticker Stamp on their Passport to Agua to denote valid redemption of an offer(s). The following offers may be redeemed once completion of corresponding requirements have been verified:

· Dining Offers valued up to $25.00 at property-owned restaurants
· Agua Caliente Fuel Vouchers valued up to $15.00
· Resort Credit valued up to $100
Passport to Agua Details:
· At the time of sign-up, or reinstatement of inactive or archived player accounts, ACE Players Club members can visit the ACE Players Club to receive a Passport to Agua booklet. Each booklet shall contain tasks players must complete within the Agua Caliente Casino properties. Players who complete a task(s) will be able to redeem a corresponding offer(s).
· Once an ACE Players Club member completes a task(s)/transaction(s), they must present their Passport to Agua booklet at the ACE Club to an authorized ACE Club Representative. Once earning requirements have been verified by the representative, a tamper-proof completion sticker(s) stamp will be placed next to the corresponding task(s) of the ACE Players Club member’s Passport to Agua booklet to verify the task(s)/transaction(s) has been completed.
· ACE Players Club member accounts will be denoted with a coupon code corresponding to the verified task/transaction completion.

GENERAL RULES
1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
2. Must be or become an ACE Players Club member to participate.
3. Restricted players will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.
5. Ace, Edge and Elite cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.
6. Limit one (1) Passport to Agua booklet per qualifying ACE Club member. In the event of lost Passport booklet, a new booklet will be issued along with any previously redeemed Tamper Proof Completion sticker stamps.
7. All required tasks or transactions must be verified at the ACE Club prior to redemptions.
8. Passport to Agua booklets will be valid six (6) months from the date of issuance at the ACE Club. ACE Club Representatives (or above) will denote the Passport to Agua booklet with the date of issuance; Player’s name and account number; TM initials and badge number.
9. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
10. Management reserves the right to black out holiday or special event periods.
11. ACE Club members must install the Agua Caliente Casinos mobile app(s) (must download one (1) or both mobile applications per direct marketing offer type) to be eligible for direct marketing offers associated with the mobile app(s).

13. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
14. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
15. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
16. Free Play Redemptions: Free Play will be loaded onto qualified ACE Club members’ accounts by the ACE Club Representative (or above). ACE Club members will be instructed to insert their ACE Club Card into eligible slot machines to redeem offers (see ACE Club for slot machine details). Valid dates are subject to change and will be determined by every direct market Free Play offer. Valid only at Agua Caliente Casinos during promotional period or as listed below:
· $1 – $100: Valid for 24 hours
· $101 – $1,500: Valid for 30 days
17. Restaurant offer Redemptions: Patrons must present ACE Club Card and valid photo ID to redeem offer. Not valid for alcohol, tax or gratuity. No cash value, no change given. Coupon may be used one (1) time only. Offer may not be combined with any other discounts, group rates or any other offers. Valid only at property-owned restaurant(s) at Agua Caliente Casinos.
18. Agua Caliente Fuel Redemptions: Agua Caliente Fuel offers will instruct ACE Club members to present their ACE Club Card and a valid photo ID to receive the fuel offers. Once a photo ID is verified at the ACE Club by an authorized team member, the ACE Club member will receive an Agua Caliente Fuel Voucher. The Agua Caliente Fuel Vouchers may only be redeemed at Agua Caliente Fuel by an authorized team member. Agua Caliente Fuel Voucher redemption limitations and expiration dates may vary per direct market offer type.
19. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes
20. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
21. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID, or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.) Winners must also show their ACE Players Club Card to claim a prize.
22. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.
23. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
24. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
