Poker Offer for New ACE Club Members

The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM in the promotion rules), will offer new ACE Club Members who sign-up at ACCRM ACE Club the opportunity to choose between two (2) Poker offers consisting of either $50 in Live Gaming Chips towards a cash poker game OR ½ off a Poker Tournament Buy-In for one of our Daily, Nightly or Weekend Poker Tournaments (up to $80 value) to be used in the ACCRM Poker Room.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

New ACE Club Members that sign up for an ACE Club Card from Sunday, June 1, 2025 through Sunday, August 31, 2025 (during ACE Club operational hours) with an ACE Club representative (or above), will be issued a Poker Offer Voucher towards either $50 in Live Gaming Chips Gaming towards a cash poker game or ½ off a Poker Tournament Buy-In for either one of our Daily, Nightly or Weekend Poker Tournaments (up to $80 value) held at the ACCRM ACE Club.

·      Sunday June 1, 2025 – Sunday August 31, 2025.

Times:

·      Mondays from 8:00AM – 3:00AM Tuesday morning

·      Tuesdays from 8:00AM – 3:00AM Wednesday morning

·      Wednesdays from 8:00AM – 3:00AM Thursday morning 

·      Thursdays from 8:00AM – 3:00AM Friday morning

·      Fridays from 8:00AM – 5:00AM Saturday morning

·      Saturdays from 8:00AM – 5:00AM Sunday morning

·      Sundays from 8:00AM – 3:00AM Monday morning

Poker Offer Issuance & Redemption:

·      New ACE Club Members (hereinafter referred to as players) who visit the ACCRM ACE Club (during ACE Club operational hours) and complete sign-up for an ACE Club membership with an ACE Club representative (or above) may receive a Poker Offer Voucher towards either: 

o   $50 in Live Gaming Chips towards a cash poker game or;

o   ½ off a Poker Tournament Buy-In for either one of our Daily, Nightly or Weekend Poker Tournaments held at the ACCRM Poker Room.

·      The ACE Club representative (or above) will then instruct the player to check-in with a Poker Room Floor Supervisor (or above) at the Poker Podium located in the ACCRM Poker Room.

·      The Poker Room Floor Supervisor (or above) will verify there is an open seat for play. 

o   Upon verification, the Poker Room Floor Supervisor (or above) will then check-in and direct the player to the Poker Cashier (or above) to redeem the Poker Offer Voucher.

§  In the event there are no open seats for play, the player may either wait for a seat to open, receive a pager that will vibrate when a seat is open OR return at a later date/time within seven (7) days of issuance date of the voucher. 

·      The Poker Cashier (or above) will collect the players Poker Offer Voucher and ACE Club Card to verify the player’s identity and Poker Offer of choice.

o   $50 Live Gaming Chips Offer: Once the player has bought in with Poker Cashier (or above), they will then receive their $50 in Live Gaming Chips to be used toward a cash poker game.

o   ½ off Poker Tournament Buy-In: The player will sign-up with the Poker Cashier (or above) for a Daily, Nightly or Weekend Poker Tournament of their choice and must pay ½ of the buy-in amount, and the Poker Room will fund the remaining ½ of the buy-in. The player will then be handed a Tournament Seat Card for their Poker Tournament of choice.

·      Must become an ACE Club member to become eligible to receive offer. 

·      Players must follow all ACCRM Poker Room rules and procedures of play. 

·      Players must meet the following rules in order to redeem and play.

POKER OFFER RULES:

·      The following rules will apply and must be met for the offers listed below:

o   $50 Live Gaming Chips Offer:

§  The player must buy-in with a minimum of $50 of their own money to receive the $50 in Live Gaming Chips from the Poker Cashier (or above).

§  Players must play for a minimum of two (2) hours live cash poker play before they can cash out their live gaming chips for redemption.

·      If a player goes broke before the two (2) hour time limit then they are not obligated buy more chips and they do not have to stay and continue play anymore.

·      If a player needs to cash out early for any reason, they must forfeit either the $50 Live Gaming Chips or the amount they have remining (whichever amount is larger).

§  Must become a new ACE Club Member and have their ACE Club Card swiped in at the table of play to allow the ACCRM Poker Room to track their hours of play.

§  Poker Offer Vouchers will expire one (1) week from the issuance date.

·      If the player does not redeem their Poker Offer Voucher within the allotted time limit, the Poker Offer will expire and no new Voucher will be printed.                                                                     

o   ½ off Poker Tournament Buy-In: 

§  Players will be given credit for ½ the buy-in amount either one of our Daily, Nightly or Weekend Poker Tournament of their choice.

§  Players must pay their ½ of the buy-in amount in order for the Poker Room to credit the remaining ½ buy-in towards their registration to play.

§  Players are responsible to pay for any other cost that might be involved in our Daily, Nightly or Weekend Poker Tournament to include (rebuy if they go broke OR an add-on for more chips at the first break).

§  Players who cannot finish their Daily, Nightly or Weekend Poker Tournament of choice they are playing in, must forfeit their tournament chips and are not eligible to receive any money back.

§  Poker Offer Vouchers will expire seven (7) days from the issuance date of the voucher.

·      If the Player does not redeem their Poker Offer Voucher within the allotted time limit, the Poker Offer will expire and no new voucher will be printed.                                                                       

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must become an ACE Club member to participate, and must provide valid photo I.D. to claim a voucher. 

3.     Restricted patrons are not eligible to participate.

4.     Players may choose a maximum of one (1) Poker Offer only.

5.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are NOT eligible to participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.

6.     Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.

7.     All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies and procedures.

8.     All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

9.     ACE, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures. 

10.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.  

11.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

12.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

13.  Agua Caliente Casinos is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

14.  Agua Caliente Casinos reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

15.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

16.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

17.  Winners must show a valid photo identification to claim a voucher (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Players Club Card to claim a prize (if applicable).

18.  Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number (and/or W-9 Form) if applicable prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

19.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

20.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.  

21.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

22.  Live Gaming Chips will be paid out via a voucher issued to the ACE Club Member by an ACE Club Representative (or above) that is then redeemed in the Poker Room by a Poker Cashier (or above). Live Gaming Chips vouchers expire seven (7) days after issuance of the voucher.

23.  Poker Offer Vouchers shall include the ACE Club Members Card number, date issued, signature & badge of the ACE Club Representative (or above) who issued the voucher and signature & badge of the Poker Room Cashier (or above) redeeming the voucher.
