Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS and ACCCC respectively in the promotional rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will offer ACE Club members who play on the Casino Floor and earn either one hundred (100) Slot Points or Table Game equivalent of $27 table games theoretical win with their ACE Club Card the opportunity to participate in the Mother’s Day Chocolate Gift Giveaway by swiping their ACE Club Card at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk (referred to as “promotional kiosk” in the promotion rules) and then visiting the Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club to receive one (1) Mother’s Day Chocolate treat gift (valued at $8.75 USD). ACE Club Members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

ACE Club members who play on the Agua Caliente Casino Floor and earn either one hundred (100) Slot Points or Table Game Equivalent of $27 table games theoretical win with their ACE Club Card will have the opportunity to participate by swiping their ACE Club Card at the Promotional Kiosk and then visiting the Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club to receive one (1) Mother’s Day Chocolate treat gift (valued at $8.75 USD).  ACE Club members must earn Slot Points by playing on their favorite, eligible slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or Table Games Theoretical (hereinafter referred as Theo) Win by playing on their favorite table game(s) with an open rating on their ACE Club Card at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel (slots only).

Earned Gift Giveaway – Earning Opportunity:

• ACE Club members must earn either one hundred (100) same-day slot points or $27 table games theoretical win on the gift distribution day to redeem one (1) earned Mother’s Day Chocolates treat gift, (valued up to $8.75 USD). 
• ACE Club members shall utilize an Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk to verify they have met the earned qualifying criteria and to claim the offer. The ACE Club member will then receive a printed voucher.
• ACE Club members will then be instructed by the Everi Promotional Kiosk to present the voucher to a Marketing representative of the ACE Club, at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice (while supplies last), to redeem their one (1) earned Mother’s Day Chocolates treat gift.
• If ACE Club members receive their voucher at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk located at AC Fuel, they shall be directed to present the voucher to the ACCRM ACE Club for redemption of one (1) earned Mother’s Day Chocolates treat gift with a Marketing representative.

• In the event that the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks are unavailable, verification of qualifying same-day slot points or table games theoretical win can be verified at the ACE Club by an ACE Club Representative (or above) or Marketing representative, through Patron Management.
• If earned gift inventory is depleted, ACE Club members who have earned the qualifying criteria but have not redeemed a Mother’s Day Chocolates treat gift may receive a $5 Free Slot Play consolation prize. Limit one (1) Free Slot Play consolation prize per qualified ACE Club Member.
• Slot points and qualifying table games play must be earned beginning at 5:00AM through 8:45PM on the promotional day. Slot points and qualifying table games play may be combined from all properties (including AC Fuel for slots only). 
• Slot Points:
  • Slot points are earned by playing on slot machines on the Casino Floor with an ACE Club Card properly inserted.
  • Every $10 dollars played on slot machine equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.
• Table Games:
  • Table Games play criteria is earned by playing on table game(s) on the Casino Floor with an open rating on their ACE Club Card.
    • Table Games theoretical win is calculated based on the following, but not limited to, average bet, time played, table game eligibility, etc.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
2. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
3. Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.
4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
5. Limit of one (1) Mother’s Day Chocolate treat gift, per ACE Club member that has met the earning criteria at one (1) Agua Caliente Casinos of the ACE Club member’s choosing.
6. In the event that the Mother’s Day Chocolate treat gift inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casinos, authorized Marketing representatives are authorized to issue a $5 Free Slot Play consolation prize to ACE Club members who earned points or qualified table games play. Limit one (1) Free Slot Play consolation prize per qualified ACE Club member, between the all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.
7. The following rules apply to slot players: 
   • Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.
   • To receive the Mother’s Day Chocolate treat gift, ACE Club members must earn slot points beginning at 5:00AM through 8:45PM, on the promotional day. 
   • The one hundred (100) qualifying slot points can be redeemed at Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk at ACCRM, ACCPS ACCCC, & including AC Fuel beginning at 1:00PM through 9:00PM, (while supplies last), on the gift distribution date. 
   • ACE Club members must earn all one hundred (100) qualified slot points using their ACE Club Card properly inserted in their favorite, eligible slot machines (Qualified slot points may be combined from all Agua Caliente Casino properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel.)
   • All one hundred (100) qualifying slot points must be earned on the same day the Mother’s Day Chocolate treat gift is being offered.
   • Rated table games play, live poker play, and video roulette do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slot machines or video poker machines only (with the exception of Video Poker Multi Game Machines containing Roulette).
   • Slot points earned through retail purchases made in the Agua Caliente Casinos will not qualify towards the 100-slot point accrual requirements.
8. The following rules apply to table games players:

• Table games players must meet designated table games rating criteria in order to receive the Mother’s Day Chocolate treat gift on the day of the promotion. 
• ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 8:45PM on the promotional day. 
• The $27 Table Games Theoretical rated play can be redeemed at an Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 1:00PM through 9:00PM, (while supplies last), on the Mother’s Day Chocolate treat gift distribution date.
• All table games ratings must be earned on the same day the treat gift is being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all properties excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

9. Qualified slot points and rated table games play may not be combined together, in order to receive the Mother’s Day Chocolate treat gift. Qualifying play must be all slots’ points, or all rated table games play.
10. No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts.
11. In the event that the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks are unavailable, verification of qualifying same-day slot points or table games theoretical win can be verified at the ACE Club, at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice by an ACE Club Representative (or above) or Marketing representative, through Patron Management.  
12. ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a prize/gift (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). ACE Club members must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize/gift.
13.  Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures. 
14. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
15. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
16. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
17. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 
18. The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
19. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
20. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls. 
21. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal control standards, policies, and procedures.
22. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for the promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located in each Casino.  
23. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

• $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours.

24. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion. 
25. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
