The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) shall add $50 in live gaming chips to all eligible live poker games every thirty (30) minutes, every day from November 11, 2024 through December 31, 2025, during the “Morning Splash the Pot” Poker Promotion.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Every day, from Monday, November 11, 2024 through Wednesday, December 31, 2025 the ACCRM Poker Room will “Splash the Pot” every thirty (30) minutes at each eligible live poker game (with a minimum of five (5) poker players), by adding $50 in live gaming chips beginning at 8:15AM – 11:45AM.

- Up to 8 winners per promotional day during the promotional period.
“MORNING SPLASH THE POT” RULES:
- Starting at 8:15AM the Poker Cashier, Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall deliver the $50 in live gaming chips to each eligible live poker game. The live gaming chips shall be given to the Poker Dealers with instructions to place them into the pot for the next available hand to be played.
- The winner of the next hand played, shall win the $50 in live gaming chips, plus the rest of the pot accumulated during normal play (excludes tournament tables).
- In order for a table to be eligible, the table must have a minimum of five (5) active players.
- In the event there are no live poker games during the scheduled promotion time(s), then the promotion will not take place until the next scheduled promotional play time.
- poker players who are not in their seat or have not paid their blinds prior to their selected play time, will not be allowed to participate. In the event that this makes the table four (4) players or less, there will be no “Morning Splash the Pot” on this table.
- Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
- In the event of a tie hand, the tied players shall evenly split the pot.
- Tournament tables are excluded.
GENERAL RULES:
- Players must be 21 years or older to participate.
- Restricted patrons are not eligible to participate.
- Do not have to be or become an ACE Players Club member to participate, but they must provide a Valid ID.
- Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos, and the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are eligible to participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.
- Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.
- Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
- Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. are held harmless from the award or use of the prize.
- ACE Players Club Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
- Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
- The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
- The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
- All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.
- The promotion will be administered in accordance with ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies and procedures.
- The Poker Cashier or Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will document the results of each table selection on the “Morning Splash the Pot” Promotion Log which notes the Date, Time of Selection, Amount per Table, Eligible Poker Table(s) Selected, Amount Paid Out, Signature and gaming license number of the Poker Team Member completing the payout.
- Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.
- A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
- The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC)retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
INTERNAL RULES:
- The prizes associated with this promotion will be paid for by ACCRM, using funds from the Poker Promotional Pool.
- The ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified prior to the beginning of Morning Splash the Pot Poker Promotion to ensure adequate camera coverage of the promotional area.
- Supervision shall be provided at all times while the Poker Room is in operation by personnel with authority equal or greater than those being supervised.
- The Poker Department, and supporting departments maintaining an ACGC issued license, with authorization from the immediate supervisor will staff events with personnel necessary to greet, monitor, and run the event. Employees providing support for events shall ensure that all Responsible Alcohol Service Training Standards are followed and support tasks shall be administered in accordance with ACBCI System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and ACGC Access Matrix. Any cash handling tasks may only be completed in accordance with the employee’s job description.
- In the event an approved promotion is in progress and casino management has determined that an immediate cancellation or revision to the approved promotion is necessary, a written notification, approved by a Marketing Director (or above) shall be submitted to the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department. If the immediate requirement to cancel or revise an approved promotion occurs during holidays or weekends, the Marketing Director (or above) may approve the written change notification through email. The approved written notification will include the detailed revision or notice of cancellation and must be signed for acknowledgement by the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector (or above). A copy of the acknowledged notification and explanation memo must be immediately forwarded to the ACGC Compliance Department, Compliance Manager (or their designee). A copy of the “revised” promotion including the revision and/or cancellation notification with all signatures shall immediately be forwarded to the ACGC Compliance Department for final ACGC approval.
- In the event a promotional award variance is identified, the ACGC Gaming Inspector Department will be immediately notified.
- All promotional paperwork will be made available to the ACGC upon request.
- Marketing collateral must be retained for five (5) years. Either an electronic copy or a hard copy must be retained.
