TOURNAMENT PLAYER’S
MONTHLY QUALIFIER POKER TOURNAMENTS
Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage
March 26, 2025 to February 25, 2026

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) will hold the Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments for players who have qualified by playing in at least three (3) poker tournaments during the month (any month, but each month is individual to qualify for). There will be one (1) $4,500-dollar Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournament to play each month. The starting time is 3:00PM. Players that finish in the Top Ten (10) places on any of these Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments will be entered to play in our Tournament Player’s Anniversary Qualifiers Poker Tournament in March 2026. Below is how the money for these Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments are collected. The house will collect $15 dollars from the buy-ins for all Daily Tournaments, Nightly Tournaments and Weekend Tournaments (Saturdays and Sundays).

REGISTRATION FEE AND DEALER TOKES

·      Players must register in person with the Poker Room Cashier (or above) at the Poker Podium in the Poker Room on tournament days, starting at 1:00PM.

·      Registration will end one (1) hour after the start of each tournament event, with new players being allowed to enter up until that time.

·      Registration fee for each poker tournament buy-in will be $50 dollars.

o   The house shall receive $30 dollars from each buy-in for the House Rake. The dealers will receive $20 dollars (Dealer Tokes) from each poker tournament “buy-in”.

TOURNAMENT CONTROL SHEET(S):

The dollars allocated for the Prize Pool (i.e., portion of Tournament Buy-Ins) along with dollars allocated for the house rake (i.e., what is allocated for the Poker Room Revenue along with what is allocated for the Dealers Tips) are listed on the Tournament Control Sheet. There will also be a separate box that will have the amount collected for the Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments. This money collected during each tournament will be sent to the Main Cage with a Cashier Voucher that will state this money is for the Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments.

SEATING & SIGN UPS:

Players may sign up to play starting two (2) hours before and up to one (1) hour after the start of each tournament event, at the Poker Cashier Podium with the Poker Cashier (or above). Seating will be on a first come, first serve basis, as we have limited seating in the Poker Room. There will be five (5) tables of up to ten (10) seats for a total of fifty (50) seats available at the start of each tournament event.

·       Alternate List:

o   If all fifty (50) seats available are filled, we will use the alternate list format for players waiting to play.

o   All players waiting on the alternate list will get an opportunity to play, as they will get into the tournament as other players get knocked out.

o   Alternate players will also start their participation with the same amount of chips.

Each tournament event will be held on the last Wednesday of each month in the ACCRM Poker Room. The schedule is as follows:

·      March 26, 2025

·      April 30, 2025

·      May 28, 2025

·      June 25, 2025

·      July 30, 2025

·      August 27, 2025

·      September 24, 2025

·      October 29, 2025

·      November 26, 2025

·      December 31, 2025

·      January 28, 2026

·      February 25, 2026

To qualify for and participate in our end of the month Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments, a participant must have played in at least three (3) of our cash buy-in poker tournaments in a one (1) month period (any month, but each month is individual to qualify for).  Their play will be recorded each time they play a cash buy-in tournament by the player having their ACE Club Card swiped by the tournament Poker Cashier (or above) when they sign up to play in one of our tournaments during the month or if they do not have an ACE Club Card the Floor Supervisor (or above) will keep track of all the names written down on the Tournament Control Sheet for each tournament.

Player Participation Tracking:

Each day the Poker Room shall maintain the Tournament Control Sheet(s) and compare them against the Bravo Tracking system. As the month goes on, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will update the list of players that have played in three (3) or more tournaments so they can track their tournament participation to see if they are qualified.

PRIZE STRUCTURE:

The prize pool consists of $4,500 cash for each month’s Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournament. This is a (Survivor Tournament) meaning that the Top Ten (10) Players will receive a $400 cash prizes each plus a $500 dollar bounty payout (See below).

BONUS PAYOUT FOR A BOUNTY PLAYER BEING ADDED

Each Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournament will feature one (1) “Bounty Payout for a Bounty Player Being Added” for a $500 dollar payout to the player that knocks them out of the tournament. This feature player will be either the Poker Room Director, Poker Room Manager, or a Poker Room Supervisor to be announced before the tournament starts play.

·      If available to play as the designated “Bounty Player” it will be the Poker Room Director, but if he is not available to play than an alternate Poker Room Supervisor (or above) will be selected.

·       The player that is selected to be the Bounty Player will be announced before the tournament starts.

·      The Bounty Player will select a table to play in a random selection by mixing the tournament table cards face down and then choosing one (1) to be the seat and table they will begin play at.

·      If the Bounty Player does not get knocked out before the end of the tournament, then the $500 Bounty Payout money that would be designated to go to this Bounty Player will be divided among the surviving players.

o   This is a Survivor Payout Tournament, meaning that when it gets to ten (10) players, the tournament ends and the final ten (10) players will each receive $400 dollars Cash, but if the Bounty Player is still in the final eleven (11) players, then the tournament will end and the other ten (10) players (minus the Bounty Player) will get to split the $500 Bounty Payout among the ten (10) players remaining.

·      Poker Management will announce that the Bounty Player will not be permitted to Check and Raise during their time of play so that all players know and understand this rule (This will help to keep any player that might get upset if they get knocked out by the Bounty Player).
