Monthly Bonus Payouts for Poker Tournament Players
Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage
November 11, 2024 – December 31, 2025
The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred as ACCRM) will be hosting our Monthly Bonus Payouts for Poker Tournament Players promotion.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
· Play in any of our monthly poker tournaments held within the promotional period and get paid each month for your participation. The more tournaments a player participates in per promotional month, the more they get paid (max of 20 tournaments per promotional month).
· We will collect $15 dollars from the buy-ins for every Daily Tournament, Nightly Tournament and Weekend Tournaments.
· Players are limited to one (1) Monthly Bonus Payout amount per month, with a maximum payout amount of $500 dollars. (See “Monthly Bonus Payout Amounts” below for payout details.)
Player Participation Tracking:
· Each day the Poker Room shall maintain the Tournament Control Sheet(s) and compare them against the Bravo Tracking system. As the month goes on, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will update the list of players that have played in two (2) or more tournaments so they can track their tournament participation and corresponding payout amounts. The maximum payout per player, per promotional month is $500.
Tournament Control Sheets:
· The dollars allocated for the Prize Pool (i.e. portion of tournament buy-ins along with tournament re-buys) along with dollars allocated for the House Rake (i.e. what is allocated for the Poker Room revenue along with what is allocated for the dealers’ tips) are listed on the Tournament Control Sheet.
· There will also be a separate line item at the bottom of the Tournament Control Sheets marked, “Monthly Bonus Promotions”, that will contain the fee amounts collected for the “Monthly Bonus” promotional prize payouts at the time of tournament buy-ins. This money collected during each tournament will be sent to the Main Cage with a Cashier’s Voucher that will notate the funds are designated for the “Monthly Bonus Payouts” promotion.
Monthly Bonus Payout Amounts:
· Play a total of five (5) or more poker tournaments during the full month of tournament events you will get paid $75 dollars at the end of the month; and/or
· Play a total of ten (10) or more poker tournaments during the full month of tournament events you will get paid $175 dollars at the end of the month; and/or
· Play a total of fifteen (15) or more poker tournaments during the full month of tournament events you will get paid $300 dollars at the end of the month; and/or
· Play a total of twenty (20) or more poker tournaments during the full month of tournament events and you will get paid $500 dollars at the end of the month.
· Players are limited to one (1) Monthly Bonus payout amount per month, with a maximum payout amount of $500 dollars per month.
Monthly Bonus Payout Redemption:
· Players shall be eligible to claim their winnings in the Poker Room at the Poker Cashier Station after the completion of the final tournament of each promotional month. Players have (1) month after each month’s final tournament to collect their winnings from the Poker Cashier Station. If they do not collect their winnings after one (1) month, then we will put that money in the Player’s Prize Pool reserves.
· NOVEMBER PAYOUT EXCEPTION: Due to the Poker Room closing on June 16th, 2024, we did not pay any players for their tournament(s) played for those days. The Poker Room will reopen on November 11th, 2024. We will begin by counting tournaments played the first 16 days of June. Players will then have their tournaments played counted from November 11th to November 30th. This will determine their total tournaments played in June and November of 2024. The Monthly Bonus Payout will be based on the number of tournaments played during this period and will paid out on December 1st, 2024.
