Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (hereinafter referred to as ACCCC), shall offer ACE Club members who are playing with an open rating at Table Games the opportunity to win a bonus payout prize of Promotional Chips (hereinafter referred to as Non-Negotiable Chips or NNCs) when qualifying hands are hit while playing either Ultimate Texas Hold’Em, Bahama Bonus, Blackjack or Free Bet Blackjack on Thursdays from July 3 – August 28, 2025 from 12:00PM – 2:30PM and again from 3:00PM – 5:30PM during the Monte Carlo Nights Tables Games Promotion! ACE Club Members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Table Games players with an open rating at ACCCC select Table Games shall have the opportunity to win an NNC bonus payout prize when they achieve a qualifying hand while playing Ultimate Texas Hold’Em, Bahama Bonus, Blackjack or Free Bet Blackjack. Table Games players must be an ACE Club member with an open rating at Table Games in order to participate and claim.

Monte Carlo Game Board

·      Every Thursday starting July 3 to August 28, 2025, from 12:00PM – 2:30PM and again from 3:00PM – 5:30PM at ACCCC, ACE Club members with an open table games rating will have a chance to win a NNC bonus payout prize by achieving one (1) of the twenty-five (25) qualifying hands displayed on the Monte Carlo Game Board.   

·      The Monte Carlo Game Board shall be displayed in the Table Games Pit and list the qualifying hands and corresponding NNC bonus payout prize when that qualifying hand is achieved.

·      When a qualifying hand is achieved, it shall be verified by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above), paid out and removed from the Monte Carlo Game Board prize inventory until the board is reset.

·      Once all qualifying hands have been removed from the prize inventory or at 3:00PM, (whichever occurs first), the Monte Carlo Game Boards shall be reset, at which time all qualifying hands for NNC bonus prize payouts shall be placed back into available inventory and become eligible to win again.

·      Any qualifying hands that remain in prize inventory on the Monte Carlo Game Boards at the end of each time block per promotional day shall not be paid out.

·      Per Promotional Day – $7,600 in Non-Negotiable Chips 

·      Total for the Promotional Period – $68,400 in Non-Negotiable Chips

Qualifying Hands:

·      All qualifying hands must be verified by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) prior to a prize voucher being issued.

·      In order to qualify for an NNC bonus prize payout, an ACE Club member must:

o   Must be an ACE Club member to participate;

o   Playing with an open rating at an eligible table game;

o   Play the Blackjack games posted table minimum. 

§   $5 minimum bet on $3 even money table.

o   Play the Ultimate Texas Hold’ Em posted table minimum.

o   Play/Bet with Live Gaming Chips.

§  Players betting with NNC’s do not qualify for the NNC bonus prize payouts.

§  Players betting with Match Play do not qualify for the NNC bonus prize playouts.

o   Ultimate Texas Hold’ Em, Bahama Bonus, Blackjack and Free Bet Blackjack:

§  In order to qualify for a bonus prize payout on the Monte Carlo Ultimate Texas Hold’ Em Game Board, players must use one (1) of their two cards in hand to make the qualifying hand.

§  ACE Club member may earn as many NNC bonus prize payouts in which they qualify for within each promotional time block (see time listed above), however, may only win one (1) bonus payout hand per hand played.

§  If, during a hand, an ACE Club member achieves more than one (1) qualifying hand for a bonus prize payout, the ACE Club member shall win the larger of the two (2) bonus prize payouts.

§  If, during a hand, a player achieves more than one (1) qualifying hand for NNC bonus prize payout, and both prizes are equal, the player shall win the bonus prize payout for the hand that is listed first on the applicable Monte Carlo Game Board.

NNC Bonus Prize Payout:

·      For each eligible and verified hand an ACE Club member achieves, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) shall issue a “Monte Carlo Nights Table Games Promotion” bonus payout prize voucher displaying the NNC bonus prize amount won.

·      ACE Club members may only win one (1) NNC bonus prize payout in hand per round played.

o   If an ACE Club member qualifies to win more than one (1) of the NNC bonus payouts hands, they will win the larger of the two (2) prizes.

o   If an ACE Club member qualifies to win more than one (1) of the NNC bonus prize payouts hands, and both prizes are equal, they will win the payout for the hand that is listed first on the Monte Carlo Game Board.

o   If two (2) ACE Club members win the same prize on one (1) hand, players will split the prize.

o   If up to three (3) ACE Club members win the same prize on one (1) hand, the two (2) players with the highest ranked hand will split the NNC bonus prize payout evenly. 

o   If three (3) or more ACE Club members win with the same prize on one (1) hand, the first two (2) players that are seated to the left side of the dealer will split the NNC bonus prize payout evenly.  

·      Winners shall be instructed to redeem their “Monte Carlo Nights Table Games Promotion” bonus payout prize vouchers at the ACCCC ACE Club, during operating hours. 

·      The payout prize voucher issuance can occur at any time in the duration of the promotion hours 12:00PM – 2:30PM; 3:00PM – 5:30PM.

·      Payout prize voucher issuances are only eligible during the Monte Carlo promotional days at ACCCC on Thursdays, 12:00PM – 2:30PM; 3:00PM – 5:30PM 

·      Winners must redeem their “Monte Carlo Nights Table Games Promotion” bonus payout prize vouchers on the same promotional day at ACCCC only.

·      At the ACCCC ACE Club, an ACE Club Representative (or above) shall have the winners sign for their prize on the Winners Log and issue a Non-Negotiable Chip voucher to be paid out at the ACCCC Main Cage.

·      Any qualifying hands that remain in prize inventory on the Monte Carlo Game Boards at the end of the promotional day shall not be paid out and the board will be reset between promotional time blocks. 

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate

3.     Restricted Players are not eligible for all promotions/events.

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion. 

6.     Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or claim a prize on their behalf. 

7.     ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a prize/gift (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Players must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize/gift.

8.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and shall also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures

9.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

10.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification shall also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 

11.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

12.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

13.  All patron disputes related to this promotion shall be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

14.  Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers shall not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

15.  All promotions shall be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

16.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message shall read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

17.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department shall always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

18.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

19.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes, as applicable. The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos, and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds the Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

20.  At the conclusion of a promotion, all Winners Logs will be reviewed for accuracy by the Marketing Department. Once verified, Winners Logs will be placed in Marketing Storage once the promotion concludes.

21.  For each prize won, a Marketing Representative will enter the following information on the Monte Carlo Nights Table Games Promotion Winners Log: date of the promotion; winner’s first and last name; ACE Club Card number; and the award or prize won. A Marketing Representative will sign with name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

22.  Non-Negotiable Chip prizes shall be paid out by an ACE Club Representative (or above) via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the ACCCC Main Cashier Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

23.  All Non-Negotiable Chips Prize winners must be paid out at the ACCC Main Cage.
