Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as the Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the $320,000 Mercedes Sweepstakes during the month of May, with Preliminary and Grand Prize Drawings. During the Preliminary Drawings, one (1) lucky winner from each Agua Caliente Casino property will be selected every thirty (30) minutes to participate in the Preliminary Game Experience for the chance to win up to $1,000 in Free Slot Play or Non- Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or NNCs). Then, each week at 9:00PM, three (3) winners will be selected between all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties to participate in the Grand Finale Game Experience for the chance to win a 24-month lease term (7,500 miles per year) OR dealership credit to purchase a new car, valued at $33,304 USD! ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to earn electronic drawing entries by playing on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card either properly inserted at their favorite slot machines or with an open rating at table games for a chance to win. ACE Club Members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machine:

• Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 12:01AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, May 30, 2025.
• Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Friday, May 30, 2025, after the last drawing is complete.
  •  (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #5 (a) (b) & #6).
• Every ten (10) slot points earned = One (1) electronic drawing entry into all drawings for the promotion.
• Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.
• Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel, while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted.

• To be eligible, entries must be activated within two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time, by playing slots with an ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine.
• IMPORTANT: Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including AC Fuel.

Electronic Drawings Entry Earning Table Games:

• Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 12:01AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, May 30, 2025.
• Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Friday, May 30, 2025 after the last drawing is complete.

• $5 table games theoretical win = One (1) entry  

• Electronic table game drawing entries can be earned based on carded table games play at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC only.
• To activate their earned entries, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within two (2) hours before each drawing.
  • Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) starting thirty (30) minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the drawings to activate entries into the drawing.
  • ACE Club members will earn 10X entries every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday throughout the promotional period.

  • If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

Weekly Drawings: Fridays, May 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30, 2025

• Preliminary Drawings:

• On Fridays, May 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30, 2025, one (1) winner shall be selected every thirty (30) minutes beginning at 5:00PM until 8:30PM, from the designated Promotional Area at each Agua Caliente Casino, to participate in the Preliminary Game Experience for the chance to win up to $1,000 Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or NNC respectively) each (please see Preliminary Drawing Schedule below).
• Each winner will have three (3) minutes to claim at the designated Promotional Area with a Marketing representative.
• In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.
• Re-draw Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim designated promotional area with a Marketing Representative. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.

• If the prize is requested in either FSP or NNC, it must be taken in either all FSP or all NNC (no partial payments).

• Preliminary Drawing Game Experience:
• At each drawing time, the selected game experience participant will have the opportunity to select a game piece to reveal a hidden FSP or NNC amount under each game piece. 
• The game experience will consist of sixteen (16) game pieces and will be randomly arranged on the promotional table. The selected game experience participant will choose one (1) game piece at a time, to reveal the concealed prize amount. 

• The participant will continue this process until they have matched two (2) of the same prize values.
• The participant will be awarded that matching prize value. Prizes are not combined or accumulative. 
• An authorized Marketing representative will then shuffle the game pieces and rearrange them on the table after each winner has concluded their participation in the “game experience” portion of the promotional event.

Grand Finale & Grand Finale Game Experience: May 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30, 2025

• Grand Finale Drawings:
• At 9:00PM, on each promotional day, three (3) winners will be chosen from across all (3) three Agua Caliente Casino properties to participate in the Grand Finale Game Experience for a chance to win the grand prize. 

• Drawings will be conducted from the designated promotional area at ACCCC & announced throughout the Casino Floor at all Agua Caliente Casinos by an authorized Marketing representative.
• Each winner will have three (3) minutes to identify themselves as a winner of the drawing at their respective promotional area with an authorized Marketing representative.
  • In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.
  • Re-draw winners will have three (3) minutes to claim. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.
  • Must be present be present at any Agua Caliente Casino to win.
• Once all three (3) participants have been identified and verified, the game experience will begin.
• Grand Finale Game Experience 

• Each Agua Caliente Casino will have a Grand Finale Game board at their respective promotional area.  
• Each game board will have three (3) keys displayed.  
• Each key will conceal a Grand Finale Prize, as listed below. The location of the prizes will be predetermined each promotional day by a Marketing Representative, and concealed in the back of the keys.  All Agua Caliente Casinos will have matching prizes in the corresponding matching key at each property.
• This will allow all participants to play the Grand Finale Game Experience from the Casino property in which they claimed their spot.

• In the order they were drawn, each participant will choose one (1) of the three (3) prize keys on the Grand Finale Game Board.
• Once all participants have chosen their key, they will all uncover their oversized keys simultaneously to reveal which prize they have chosen.
• The inventory of prizes are as follows:

• 1x – $2,500 FSP or NNC
• 1x – $5,000 FSP or NNC
• 1x – Grand Prize Option 1: 24-month lease term OR dealership credit (valued at $33,304 USD) to purchase at Walters Auto Sales and Service Inc.

• The Grand Prize Winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to choose their prize selection. 
• ACE Club members will be eligible to win one (1) time during the Weekly Drawings and one (1) time during the Grand Finale Drawings, per promotional day.
  • ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win the Grand Prize one (1) time during the Grand Finale Drawings, throughout the promotional period, across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino Properties.
  • ACE Club members who have won the Grand Finale Drawing but won only the $5,000 FSP/NNCs or the $2,500 FSP/NNCs in the Grand Finale Game Experience will still qualify to participate in subsequent Grand Finale Drawings in subsequent weeks. 
  • Winner may choose FSP or NNC in lieu of the Cash Prize at 50% of the value.

The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft: 

1. Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine, at ACCRM, ACCPS, ACCCC and Agua Caliente Fuel. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per ten (10) slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.

2. All qualifying slot and/or table games points for the $320,000 Mercedes Sweepstakes must be earned starting at 12:01AM on Thursday, May 1, 2025 and will end after the last drawing is completed on Friday, May 30, 2025. Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino including Agua Fuel. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines”). Table Games points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

3. ACE Club Members can earn 10X drawing entries on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 12:01AM to 11:59PM during the promotional period. 
4. Activation for Electronic 10X Drawing Entry Multiplier: On 10X drawing entry multiplier days (Tuesdays through Thursdays during the promotional period), ACE Club members must activate the 10X drawing entry multiplier by properly inserting their ACE Club Card into a slot machine or having an open rating on a table game.
   1. In the event that a player is actively playing a slot machine when the entry multiplier earning period activates on Tuesday Wednesday, or Thursday at 12:01AM, the player must remove their ACE Club Card from the slot machine and reinsert to activate. 
   2. In the event that a player is actively playing with an open rating on a table game when the entry multiplier earning period activates on Tuesday Wednesday, or Thursday at 12:01AM, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close their open rating and reopen their rating immediately to activate the 10X drawing entry multiplier. Players must remove their ACE Club Card from a gaming machine and a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close any open ratings on table games prior to 11:59PM on Tuesdays or Thursdays, in order for players to receive their 10X multiplied entries.

5. Slot Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:

1. Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine. 
2. The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine at least ten (10) minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time. This process must be repeated for every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum. 

6. For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated within two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win. A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from each promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries.
7. Table Games players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theoretical win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theoretical win accumulated during the promotional period. Table game entries can be earned at Agua Caliente Casinos excluding Agua Caliente Fuel (See “Table Game Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”).
8. Table Games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawings. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps. 

1. Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within two (2) hours before each drawing session.
2. A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings thirty (30) minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the promotion to activate the electronic drawing.
3. If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

9. Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have three (3) minutes to report to the drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify a Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the three (3) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.

10. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

11. Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted three (3) minute period, that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log. 
12. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

13. Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

14. For Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes, a Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. A Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes Comp Voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed the, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in Non-Negotiable Chips. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
15. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

16. The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by a Marketing representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
17. For each electronic drawing entry drawn, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion; winner’s name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number on the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

18. In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.” 

19. For all valid weeks, electronic drawing entry earnings will accumulate throughout the entirety of the promotion.
20. Electronic drawing entries earned will expire on Friday, May 30, 2025, at the end of the last drawing.

GENERAL RULES

1. Must be 21 year or older to participate.

2. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
3. Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 
4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate. 
5. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
6. Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.
7. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
8. Direct marketing offers are valid only the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value: no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
9. Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 
10. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
11. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 
12. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

13. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

14. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

15. ACE Club members may win up to two (2) times per promotional day: once (1) during the 5:00PM – 8:30PM Preliminary Drawings, once (1) at the 9:00PM Grand Finale Qualifier.
    • ACE Club members who have won the Grand Finale Drawing but won only the $5,000 FSP/NNCs or the $2,500 FSP/NNCs in the Grand Finale Game Experience will still qualify to participate in subsequent Grand Finale Drawings in subsequent weeks. 

16. Each week, the Grand Finale Winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to choose one (1) of the below listed options for their prize. The property in which the winner claims will provide the winner with a designated contact person and winner’s letter. The winner is to respond via e-mail, by phone or in person with any ACE Club Supervisor (or above) at any Agua Caliente Casino within twenty-four (24) hours to select their prize option:
    • Option 1: 24-month lease term OR dealership credit (valued at $33,304 USD) 
    • Option 2: $20,000 Cash 
    • Option 3: $10,000 FSP/NNCs 
17. If any of the Grand Finale Winners chooses Option 1 as their prize of the 24-month lease term OR dealership credit (valued at $33,304 USD) to purchase, they must apply within eight (8) days and be approved by the vendor, Walters Auto Sales and Service Inc. If the winner is denied, the winner is defaulted to Option 2 or Option 3 prize. 
18. If the Grand Finale Winner does not choose their prize option within the twenty-four (24) hour allotted time period, they will forfeit their prize. There will not be another drawing for a new winner. 

19. Prizes won must be either all Cash, Free Slot Play, or all Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments).

20. All Cash Prize winners must be paid at the Main Cashier’s Cage.
21. Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

22. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

1. $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours
2. $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days
3. $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days
4. $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in 90 days

The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
