Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS and ACCCC respectively in the promotional rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the “$125,000 Lunar New Year Sweepstakes”. This will include weekly drawings with a game experience, every Friday during the month of February, which gives ACE Club members who play on the Casino Floor the opportunity to win their share of Cash Prizes. ACE Club members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to earn electronic drawing entries for a chance to win their share of Cash Prizes in the “$125,000 Lunar New Year Sweepstakes” Weekly Drawings with a game experience. ACE Club members must earn electronic drawing entries by playing on the Casino Floor at their favorite slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or by actively playing at a live table game with an open rating at any Agua Caliente Casino and AC Fuel (Slots only). 

Event Details:

·      Saturday, February 1, 2025 – Friday, February 28, 2025

• Electronic drawing entry earning begins Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 12:01AM and will end ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, February 28, 2025. 

·      Fridays, February 7, 14, 21 & 28, 2025 

• Weekly Drawings with Game Experience from 6:00PM – 11:00PM

·      Promotional Areas and Announcements: 

• Winners shall be announced from the promotional area at each Agua Caliente Casino property listed below:

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines:

·      Entry earning begins on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 12:01AM and will end ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, February 28, 2025.

·      Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Friday, February 28, 2025, after the last drawing is complete.

o   (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #3 (a) (b), & 4).

·      Every ten (10) slot points earned = One (1) electronic drawing entry into all drawings for the promotion. 

·      Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table game play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.

·      Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including AC Fuel, while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted.

·      To be eligible, entries must be activated within two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time, by playing slots with an ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine.

·      ACE Club members can earn 10X electronic entries every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during the promotional period.

·      IMPORTANT: Electronic slot drawing entries can be earned based on carded slot play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (including AC Fuel).

Electronic Drawings Entry Earning Table Games:

·      Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 12:01AM and will end ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, February 28, 2025.

·      Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Friday, February 28, 2025 after the last drawing is complete.

• (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #4, #5, & #6 (a) (b) (c).

·      $5 table games theoretical win = One (1) electronic drawing entry into all drawings for the promotion.

·      Players must have rated table games play within two (2) hours of each drawing time to be eligible.

·      To activate their earned entries, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within two (2) hours before each drawing.

·      Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) starting thirty (30) minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the drawings to activate entries into the drawing.

·      If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

• 5:30PM activation– qualifies for 6:00PM – 7:30PM drawings
• 7:30PM activation– qualifies for 8:00PM – 9:30PM drawings
• 9:30PM activation– qualifies for 10:00PM – 11:00PM drawings

·      ACE Club members can earn 10X electronic entries every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during the promotional period.

·      IMPORTANT: Electronic table game drawing entries can be earned based on carded table games play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (excluding AC Fuel).

Weekly Drawing Structure:

·      On Fridays, February 7, 14, 21 &28, 2025, one (1) winner (slots or table games player) will be selected every thirty (30) minutes from 6:00PM to 11:00PM, from the designated promotional area at each Agua Caliente Casino property to have the opportunity to participate in our “$125,000 Lunar New Year Sweepstakes” Game Experience to win Cash Prizes ranging from $100 to $1,000 (Please see Weekly Drawing Schedule below).

·      Drawings will be conducted from the designated promotional area at each Agua Caliente Casino & announced throughout the Casino Floor by an authorized Marketing representative.

·      Each winner will have three (3) minutes to identify themselves as a winner of the drawing at their respective promotional area with an authorized Marketing representative.

o   In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.

o   Re-draw winners will have three (3) minutes to claim. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.

·       Must be present at the Agua Caliente Casino in which their name was called in order to win.

·      ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win one (1) time per promotional week across any of the Agua Caliente Casinos.

Game Experience:

·      At each drawing time, the selected game experience participant will have the opportunity to match two (2) prizes hidden behind each game piece hanging on the tangerine tree. 

§  The display will consist of thirteen (13) envelope game pieces which will contain a concealed preprinted Cash prize amount on the inside of each game piece. 

§  The thirteen (13) game pieces will be randomly arranged on the tangerine tree. The selected game experience participant will choose one (1) game piece at a time to reveal the concealed Cash prize amount. 

§  The selected game experience participant will continue to select a game piece until they have revealed two (2) of the same Cash Prizes. 

§  The selected game experience participant will only be awarded the prize amount displayed on the two (2) game pieces, and not the accumulated total of all the game pieces selected. 

o   ACE Club Members may receive Free Slot Play (hereinafter referred to FSP) or Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as NNCs) in lieu of Cash prize at 60% of the cash amount (Please see Lunar New Year Sweepstakes Game Experience Inventory below). 

§  An authorized Marketing representative will then shuffle the game pieces and rearrange them on the tangerine tree after each winner has concluded their participation in the “game experience” portion of the promotional event.

·      Total Prize Pool Combined: up to $132,000 Cash or up to $79,200 FSP or NNC

The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft: 

1.     Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine, at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per ten (10) slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.

2.     All qualifying slot and/or table games points for the “$125,000 Lunar New Year Sweepstakes” must be earned starting at 12:01AM on Saturday, February 1, 2025 and will end ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, February 28, 2025. Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino, including AC Fuel. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines”). Table games players points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino, excluding AC Fuel.

3.     Slot Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:

a.       Properly inserting their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine. 

b.       The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine at least ten (10) minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time. This process must be repeated at every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum. 

4.     For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated a within (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win. A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from each promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries

5.     Table Games players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theoretical win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theoretical win accumulated during the promotional period. Table Game drawing entries can only be earned at Agua Caliente Casinos excluding AC Fuel. (See “Table Game Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”)

6.     Table Games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawings. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps. 

a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game a within of two (2) hours before each drawing session.

b.       A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings thirty (30)-minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the promotion to activate the electronic drawing.

c.       If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

7.     Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have three (3) minutes to report to the drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify an authorized Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the three (3) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) authorized Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.

8.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30)-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

9.     Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted three (3) minute period, that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log. 

10.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

11.  Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

12.  For Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes Comp Voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed the, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in Non-Negotiable Chips. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire twenty (24) hours after issuance.

13.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

14.  The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by an authorized Marketing representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

15.  For each electronic drawing entry drawn, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion; winner’s name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number on the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

16.  In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.” 

17.  ACE Club members will have the chance to win one (1) time per promotional week, across any of the Agua Caliente Casinos. 

18.  For all valid weeks from Saturday, February 1, 2025 through Friday, February 28, 2025, electronic drawing entry earnings will accumulate throughout the entirety of the promotion and will expire on Friday, February 28, 2025, at the end of the last drawing.

19.  Activation for Electronic 10X Drawing Entry Multiplier: On 10X drawing entry multiplier days (Tuesdays at 12:01AM through Thursdays at 11:59PM during the promotional period), ACE Club members must activate the 10X drawing entry multiplier by properly inserting their ACE Club Card into a slot machine or having an open rating on a table game. 

a.     In the event that a player is actively playing a slot machine on Tuesdays at 12:01AM  when the entry multiplier earning period activates, the player must remove their ACE Club Card from the slot machine and reinsert to activate. Players must remove their ACE Club Card from a Slot machine prior to 11:59PM on Thursdays, in order for players to receive their 10X multiplied entries.

b.     In the event that a player is actively playing with an open rating on a table game when the entry multiplier earning period activates on Tuesday at 12:01AM, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close their open rating and reopen their rating immediately to activate the 10X drawing entry multiplier. Players must remove their ACE Club Card from a gaming machine and a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close any open ratings on table games prior to 11:59PM on Thursday, in order for players to receive their 10X multiplied entries from that day.

GENERAL RULES

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.  

3.     Restricted players are not eligible for this promotion.

4.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30)-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

6.     Must be present at the Agua Caliente Casino in which their name was called in order to win.

7.     Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winners Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). 11.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

12.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

13.  Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club Brochure. 

14.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate. 

15.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

16.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

17.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

18.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

19.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

20.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

21.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

22.  For Cash prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log and Winner’s Release Form. After obtaining the necessary signatures, an authorized Marketing representative shall escort the Winner, along with the promotional paperwork, to the Main Cage for payment of the Cash Prize.

23.  All Cash Prize winners must be paid at the Main Cage. 

24.  ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win one (1) time per promotional week across any of the Agua Caliente Casinos.

25.  Winners may choose to receive their prize in Free Slot Play or NNC’s in lieu of the Cash Prize (in the amount of 60% of the cash prize amount).

26.  If the Cash Prize is requested in either Free Slot Play or NNC, it must be taken in either all Free Slot Play or all NNC (no partial payments).

27.  Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

28.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 days

29.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
