Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the “$440,000 Gucci Bag of Cash Sweepstakes-September” on Saturdays from September 6-27, 2025, which shall give ACE Club members the opportunity to win $350 in Cash, Free Slot Play (hereinafter referred to as FSP) or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as OTUNNC) prizes and for the chance to be entered into the Grand Finale Drawing in our Weekly Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings. Then the opportunity to win a Gucci Duffle bag with $10,000 Cash in the Grand Finale (valued at $12,000 USD). ACE Club members will be notified of the promotion via property advertisements and/or direct marketing offers.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win $350 in Cash, Free Slot Play, or OTUNNC prizes and for the chance to be entered into the Grand Finale Drawing in the Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings. Then the opportunity to win a Gucci Duffle bag with $10,000 cash in the Grand Finale Drawing each promotional Saturday in September by actively playing at any Agua Caliente Casino (excluding AC Fuel) at their favorite slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or by actively playing at a live table game with an open rating at the time of the drawings.

Preliminary Hot Seat Weekly Drawing:
• On Saturdays, September 6-27, 2025 from 3:00PM – 9:00PM at all Agua Caliente Casinos, one (1) winner will be selected every twenty (20) minutes at each Agua Caliente Casino property.
• Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings will be conducted by the Prize Patrol (comprised of authorized Team Members of the Marketing Department) and will occur via clear drawing barrel for table games players, and “Random Rewards” feature of the Patron Management system for slot players.
• Every twenty (20) minutes from 3:00PM – 9:00PM at Agua Caliente Casinos, one (1) slots or one (1) table games winner will be randomly selected to win $350 in Cash, Free Slot Play, or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips and will receive an entry towards the Grand Finale Drawing (per the Preliminary Weekly Drawing Structure below).
• A Marketing representative will give a reminder card instructing the Hot Seat Preliminary winner to bring the reminder card to the designated promotional area to check-in for the Grand Finale Drawing.
o Check-in will be the same promotional day between 8:30PM-9:30PM at the promotional area at the property where they won with a Marketing representative.
o Each Hot Seat winner who checks-in between 8:30PM-9:30PM will receive a drawing entry ticket, to be printed and deposited into the drawing barrel by a Marketing representative for the 10:00PM Grand Finale Drawing.
o Hot Seat winners must check-in at the property where they won.
• To qualify, ACE Club members must be actively playing either at their favorite slot machine with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or by actively playing at a live table game with an open rating at the time of the drawing.

Grand Finale Drawing Structure:

• Each of the nineteen (19) Hot Seat winners from each respective Agua Caliente Casino property from the Preliminary Hot Seat Weekly Drawings are pre-qualified for the Grand Finale Drawing.
• Preliminary Hot Seat winners must check-in between 8:30PM-9:30PM at the promotional area at the property where they won with a Marketing representative for the Grand Finale Drawing.
  • Any Preliminary Hot Seat drawing winner that does not check in by 9:30PM will not be entered into the Grand Finale Drawing.
• On Saturdays, September 6 – 27, 2025 at 10:00PM at all Agua Caliente Casinos, one (1) winner will be selected at each Agua Caliente Casinos property.
• Must be present at the Agua Caliente Casino they are called at to win.
• A Marketing representative from each property shall draw one (1) entry from each Agua Caliente Casino’s promotional area at 10:00PM to win the Gucci Duffle bag and $10,000 Cash prize.
• Drawings will be conducted from the designated promotional area at each property & announced throughout the Casino Floor at all Agua Caliente Casinos by an authorized Marketing representative.
• Each property will have their own drawing barrel and their own Preliminary Hot Seat Drawing Winners.
• Drawing Barrel will be located at the respective promotional areas, on the promotional table under camera coverage.
• The Grand Finale drawing will begin at 10:00PM with ACCCC drawing one (1) winner.
  • Once the winner at ACCCC has claimed, ACCPS shall draw one (1) winner.
  • Once ACCPS winner has claimed, ACCRM shall draw one (1) winner.
• Each winner will have five (5) minutes to claim Marketing representative at the promotional area at the property in which their name was called.
  • In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, a Marketing representative will re-draw for another winner.
  • Re-draw Winners will have five (5) minutes to claim at the promotional area of the property that their name was called. If the winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.
• Grand Prize Option 1: Gucci Duffle (valued at $2,000 USD) bag with $10,000 Cash prize.
  • Grand Finale Winners may opt for the following options:
  • Option 2: Receive $2,000 FSP or OTUNNC in lieu of only the Gucci Duffle Bag (valued at $2,000 USD), and $10,000 Cash. (must choose all Free Slot Play or all OTUNNC, no partial payment)
  • Option 3: Receive $2,000 Free Slot Play or OTUNNC in lieu of the Gucci Duffle bag (valued at $2,000 USD, must choose all Free Slot Play or OTUNNC for the $2,000 Free Slot Play/OTUNNC option, no partial payment), and $10,000 Free Slot Play or OTUNNC (must choose all Free Slot Play or OTUNNC for the $10,000 Free Slot Play/OTUNNC option, no partial payment) in lieu of $10,000 Cash prize.
• At the conclusion of the Grand Finale Drawings, the drawing barrel will be emptied. Drawing entry tickets will not carry over to any future drawings.

DRAWING RULES FOR SELECTING HOT SEAT TABLE GAMES PLAYERS:

1. In order to be eligible to win, players must be actively playing at a live table game with an open rating on their ACE Club Card, at the time the Prize Patrol arrives at the lucky winning table.
2. Winners will be chosen by selecting a live table game utilizing a clear drawing barrel with numbered balls. The drawing barrel will be located at the Promotional Area at each property. The numbers displayed on the numbered balls will correspond to the identifying table numbers located on the live tables.
3. The Prize Patrol Team may consist of authorized Team Members of the Marketing Department.
4. The numbered balls will be selected and drawn by the Prize Patrol.
5. Once a live table game has been selected, the Prize Patrol will take a set of Oversized Cards, numbered one (1) to fifteen (15), to the chosen Hot Seat Table. The Prize Patrol will present the Oversized Cards to the eligible players, face down and fanned out. The eligible players will draw from the Oversized Cards beginning at Seat 1 and going around. The player who reveals the Oversized Card with the highest number shall be deemed the winner for that drawing time. Any hand in progress will be completed prior to players choosing Oversized Cards.
6. In the event that there are no active players at the selected table game, the Prize Patrol will select another ball from the drawing barrel and proceed with promotional activity accordingly. A table may only be drawn once per drawing time, therefore once a table has been drawn, it will not be put back into the barrel until the next drawing time.
7. All Preliminary Hot Seat drawing winners will be pre-qualified for the 10:00PM Grand Finale drawing.
8. Each preliminary Hot Seat winner will be given a physical reminder, by a Marketing representative, to return to check in with a Marketing representative (or above), into the Grand Finale Drawing at the respective Agua Caliente Casino (at the promotional area) they won on the promotional day, between 8:30PM-9:30PM.
9. Each preliminary Hot Seat winner who checks in between 8:30PM-9:30PM will receive a system generated drawing entry ticket placed into the drawing barrel for the 10:00PM drawing at the respective Agua Caliente (at the promotional area) they won on the promotional day.
10. Drawing entry Tickets are system generated upon registering with a Marketing representative in the promotional area and will then be printed at the respective Agua Caliente they won on the promotional day. The drawing entry tickets will include the ACE Club Members first and last name, ACE Club card number, Date, Issued by and Badge Number.

HOT SEAT DRAWINGS RULES FOR SELECTING SLOT MACHINE PLAYERS:

• ACE Club members can play up to five (5) ACE Club Cards at a time. However, to be eligible to receive the Cash, Free Slot Play and One Time use Non-Negotiable Chip prize, ACE Club members must be actively playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted and physically seated at the selected slot machine location at the time the Prize Patrol arrives, excluding AC Fuel.
• The “Random Rewards” is a feature of the Patron Management system that displays all active slot play in random order when activated.
• When it is time to conduct the drawings, a Marketing representative or ACE Club representative (or above) will activate the “Random Rewards” option in the Patron Management system from the Promotional Area. “Random Rewards” will produce a Player first and last Name, Player ID, and slot machine location. A second member of the Prize Patrol will witness the selection process. Once the patrons name and location are produced, the Prize Patrol will go to the selected slot machine location the Casino Floor. Upon arriving at the selected slot machine, the Prize Patrol will greet the patron gaming at that slot machine to inquire if they are the patron whose Name/Player ID has been selected. The Prize Patrol will verify the win by checking the patrons valid photo ID and ACE Club Card to ensure it matches the name and Player ID drawn by “Random Rewards”. Once the winner is verified, a member of the Prize Patrol will enter the prize amount into the patrons ACE Club account.
• If the Prize Patrol arrives at the selected slot machine to find the patron gaming at the machine is utilizing another individual’s ACE Club Card this patron is ineligible for a Hot Seat Prize. In this situation, the Prize Patrol may then take the next patron to the left who is actively gaming with their own ACE Club Card properly inserted. The patron must present a valid photo ID that matches the ACE Club Card inserted in the slot machine.
• In the event that the Prize Patrol arrives at a selected slot machine to find that the patron gaming at that slot machine is not the Name and Player ID selected by “Random Rewards”, but this patron is actively gaming with their own ACE Club Card inserted in the slot machine at the time of the Prize Patrol’s arrival, this patron will be deemed the winner. The patron must present a valid photo ID that matches the ACE Club Card inserted in the slot machine.
• In the event that the Prize Patrol arrives at a selected slot machine to find that there is no patron occupying that seat, the Prize Patrol may defer to the next patron on the left, who is actively gaming with their own ACE Club Card inserted in the slot machine at the time of the Prize Patrol’s arrival. This patron must present a valid photo ID that matches the ACE Club Card properly inserted in the slot machine.
• In the event there is not a patron gaming at the selected slot machine, or there are no patrons actively playing with their ACE Club Card inserted in a slot machine at the selected slot machine bank, a new Player Name, Player ID, and slot machine location will be selected in “Random Rewards”.
• All Preliminary Hot Seat drawing winners will be pre-qualified for the 10:00PM Grand Finale drawing.
• Each preliminary Hot Seat winner will be given a physical reminder, by a Marketing representative, to return to check in with a Marketing representative (or above), into the Grand Finale Drawing at the respective Agua Caliente Casino (at the promotional area) they won at on the promotional day, between 8:30PM-9:30PM.
• Each preliminary Hot Seat winner who checks in between 8:30PM-9:30PM will receive a system generated drawing ticket placed into the drawing barrel for the 10:00PM drawing at the respective Agua Caliente (at the promotional area) they won on the promotional day.
• Drawing Tickets are system generated upon registering with a Marketing representative in the promotional area and will then be printed at the respective Agua Caliente they won on the promotional day.. The drawing tickets will include the ACE Club Members first and last name, ACE Club card number, Date, Issued by and Badge Number.
• Marketing promotional drawings shall utilize drawing entries tickets which shall mitigate the risk of counterfeiting and provide an audit trail to reconcile the issuance, selection and destruction of drawing entries for each drawing promotion (i.e. preprinted sequentially numbered, computer generated by a player tracking system with issuance tracking).

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
2. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
3. Restricted players are not eligible for all promotions/events.
4. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
5. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
6. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure.
7. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
8. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
9. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
10. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
11. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
12. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
13. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
14. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30)-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
15. Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
16. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
17. ACE Club members may win up to two (2) times per promotional day: once (1) during the 3:00PM – 9:00PM Preliminary Hot Seat Weekly Drawings and then once (1) again at the 10:00PM Grand Finale Drawing per promotional day across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties.
18. ACE Club members who have won the Grand Finale Drawing cannot participate in subsequent Grand Finale Drawings in subsequent weeks. If an ACE Club member is selected for a subsequent Preliminary Hot Seat Drawing, they will not receive a reminder card or drawing entry towards the Grand Finale.
19. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winners Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes, as applicable.
20. The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by an authorized Marketing representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
21. Hot Seat Winners may request their Cash Prize in Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments).
22. For each winner selected, an authorized Marketing Representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s first and last name, winner’s ACE Club number and the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing Representative shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
23. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
24. Prize won must be either all Cash, all Free Slot Play or all One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments).
25. One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
26. All Cash Prize and OTUNNC winners must be paid at the Main Cashier’s Cage.
27. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    a. $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours.
    b. $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 days
    c. $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days
28. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
29. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
