Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the “$200,000 Free Gas for a Year Giveaway” on Fridays from October 3 – 31, 2025, which shall give ACE Club members the opportunity to win up to $1,000 in Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or OTUNNC) prizes and an opportunity to be entered into the Grand Finale Drawing in our Weekly Preliminary Drawings to win an Agua Caliente Fuel Gift card in the Grand Finale (valued at $3,500 USD). ACE Club members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and/or property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

ACE Club members who play on the Casino Floor at any Agua Caliente Casino will have the opportunity to participate in our Fill the Tank Game Experience to win up to $1,000 in FSP or OTUNNC, and an entry into the Grand Finale Drawing for that promotional day. ACE Club members must earn electronic drawing entries by playing on their favorite slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted at any Agua Caliente Casino (including Agua Caliente Fuel, slots only), or by actively playing at a live table game with an open rating anywhere on the Casino Floor (excluding Agua Caliente Fuel).

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machine:

• Electronic drawing entry earning begins at 5:00AM on each promotional day at any Agua Caliente Casino and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on the promotional day.
  • (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule#3(a)(b) & #4).
• ACE Club Card must be properly inserted into a slot machine to earn electronic drawing entries.
• Every ten (10) slot points earned = One (1) electronic drawing entry into all drawings for the promotion.
• Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only (with the exception of video poker machines containing roulette).
• Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel, while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted.
• Entries earned will not be accumulative for the promotional period and will expire each promotional day after the last drawing is complete.
• Entries earned will be accumulative between each Agua Caliente Casino property on the promotional day only and will expire each promotional day after the last drawing is complete.
• Electronic drawing entries earned based on slot play will be accumulative each promotional day across all Agua Caliente Casino properties and will expire each promotional day after the last drawing is complete.
• To be eligible, entries must be activated within two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time, by playing slots with an ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine.
• IMPORTANT: Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel.

Electronic Drawings Entry Earning Table Games:

• Electronic drawing entry earning begins at 5:00AM on each promotional day at any Agua Caliente Casino and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on each promotional day.
  • (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #4, #5, & #6 (a)(b)(c)).
• $5 table games theoretical win = One (1) electronic drawing entry.
• To activate their earned entries, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within two (2) hours before each drawing.
• Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) starting thirty (30) minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the drawings to activate entries into the drawing.
• If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.
  • 4:30PM activation– qualifies for 5:00PM – 6:30PM drawings
  • 6:30PM activation– qualifies for 7:00PM – 8:30PM drawings
  • 8:30PM activation– qualifies for 9:00PM – 9:30PM drawings
• To be eligible, players must have rated table games play within two (2) hours of each drawing time.
• Entries earned will not be accumulative for the promotional period and will expire each promotional day after the last drawing is complete.

• IMPORTANT: Electronic table game drawing entries can be earned based on carded table games play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (excluding AC Fuel).

Preliminary Drawings:

• On Fridays, October 3 – 31, 2025, one (1) winner shall be selected every thirty (30) minutes by a Marketing representative beginning at 5:00PM until 9:30PM, from the designated promotional area at each Agua Caliente Casino, to participate in the Fill in the Tank Game Experience for the chance to win up to $1,000 FSP or OTUNNCs each and given a reminder card to check-in for an entry into the Grand Finale Drawing for that promotional day (please see Preliminary Drawing Schedule below).
• Each winner (hereinafter referred to as preliminary drawing winner) will have five (5) minuets to identify themselves as the winner of the drawing at the designated promotional area with a Marketing representative.
  • In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.
  • Re-draw Winners will have five (5) minutes to claim designated promotional area with a Marketing representative. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.
• A Marketing representative will give the preliminary drawing winner a reminder card instructing the preliminary drawing winner to bring the reminder card to the designated promotional area to check-in for the Grand Finale Drawing. The reminder card will include the preliminary drawing winner’s name, ACE Club Number, date, line to be signed by a marketing representative with their badge number.
  • Check-in will be on the same promotional day between 8:30PM-9:45PM at the designated promotional area at the Agua Caliente Casino property where they won with a Marketing representative.
  • Each preliminary drawing winner who checks-in between 8:30PM-9:45PM will receive a drawing entry ticket, to be system printed and deposited into the drawing barrel by a Marketing representative for the 10:00PM Grand Finale Drawing.
  • Preliminary drawing winners must check-in at the Agua Caliente Casino property where they won.
• Must be present to win

• All preliminary drawing winners (hereinafter referred to as selected game experience participant) will be pre-qualified for the 10:00PM Grand Finale drawing at their respective Agua Caliente Casino in which they won.
• ACE Club members may win up to two (2) times per promotional day: once (1) during the 5:00PM – 9:30PM Preliminary Drawings and then once (1) again at the 10:00PM Grand Finale Drawing per promotional day across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties.

Fill the Tank Game Experience:

• At each drawing time, the selected game experience participant will have the opportunity to participate in the Fill the Tank Game Experience, by revealing ‘Gas Up’ and/or ‘Out of Gas’ game pieces on the game board.
• The game board display will consist of four (4) FSP/OTUNNCs prize levels. Prize levels 1 – 3 each have a set of five (5) ‘Gas Up’ & ‘Out of Gas’ game pieces.
• Beginning at Level 1, the selected game experience participant will reveal a game piece. If they reveal the ‘Gas Up’ game piece, they will move up to the next prize level to reveal another game piece. Once the selected game experience participant reveals an ‘Out of Gas’ game piece, the game concludes and the selected game experience participant will be awarded the FSP/OTUNNCs prize amount displayed on the prize level they are currently on.
• If an ‘Out of Gas’ game piece is revealed during Level 1, the game experience shall conclude and the selected game experience participant shall receive the FSP/OTUNNCs prize amount listed for that prize level.
• The selected game experience participant will only be awarded the prize amount on the last prize level reached and not the accumulated total of Levels.
• If the prize is requested in either FSP or OTUNNC, it must be taken in either all FSP or all OTUNNC (no partial payments).
• An authorized Marketing representative will rearrange the game pieces after each selected game experience participant has concluded their participation in the Fill the Tank Game Experience.
• The FSP/OTUNNC prize levels ‘Gas Up’ & ‘Out of Gas’ game pieces are as follows:
  • Prize Level 1: $250 FSP/OTUNNC – 3 ‘Gas Up’ & 2 ‘Out of Gas’ game pieces (5 game pieces total)

Grand Finale Drawings:

• Each of the ten (10) preliminary drawing winners from each respective Agua Caliente Casino property from the are pre-qualified for the Grand Finale Drawing.
• Preliminary drawing winners must check-in between 8:30PM-9:45PM at the promotional area at the property where they won with a Marketing representative for the Grand Finale Drawing.
  • Any Preliminary drawing winner that does not check in by 9:45PM will not be entered into the Grand Finale Drawing.
• On Fridays October 3 – 31, 2025 at 10:00PM at all Agua Caliente Casinos, one (1) winner will be selected at each Agua Caliente Casinos property.
• Must be present at the Agua Caliente Casino they are called at to win.
• A Marketing representative from each property shall draw one (1) entry from each Agua Caliente Casino’s promotional area at 10:00PM to win an Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card (valued at $3,500).
• Drawings will be conducted from the designated promotional area at each property & announced at the promotional area at all Agua Caliente Casinos by an authorized Marketing representative.
• Each property will have their own drawing barrel and their own Preliminary and Grand Finale Drawing Winners.
• Drawing Barrel will be located at the respective promotional areas, under camera coverage.
• The Grand Finale drawing will begin at 10:00PM with ACCCC drawing one (1) winner.
  • Once the winner at ACCCC has claimed, ACCPS shall draw one (1) winner.
  • Once ACCPS winner has claimed, ACCRM shall draw one (1) winner.
• Each winner will have five (5) minutes to claim Marketing representative at the promotional area at the property in which their name was called.
  • In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, a Marketing representative will re-draw for another winner.
  • Re-draw Winners will have five (5) minutes to claim at the promotional area of the property that their name was called. If the winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.
• Grand Prize: Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card (valued at $3,500).
  • Grand Finale Winners may opt for the following options:
    • Option 2: Receive $3,500 FSP or OTUNNCs in lieu of the Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card (must choose all Free Slot Play or all OTUNNC, no partial payment)
  • At the conclusion of the Grand Finale Drawings, the drawing barrel will be emptied. Drawing entry tickets will not carry over to any future drawings.

The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft:

1. Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine, at ACCRM, ACCPS, ACCCC and Agua Caliente Fuel. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per ten (10) slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.
2. All qualifying slot and/or table games points for the $200,000 Free Gas for a Year Giveaway must be earned starting at 5:00AM and will end after the last drawing is completed on each promotional day. Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino including Agua Caliente Fuel. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines”). Table Games points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.
3. Slot Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:
   a. Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine.
   b. The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine at least ten (10) minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time. This process must be repeated for every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum.
4. For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated within two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win. A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from each promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries.
5. Table Games players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theoretical win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theoretical win accumulated during the promotional period. Table game entries can be earned at Agua Caliente Casinos excluding Agua Caliente Fuel (See “Table Game Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”).
6. Table Games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawings. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps.
   • Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within two (2) hours before each drawing session.
   • A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings thirty (30) minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the promotion to activate the electronic drawing.
   • If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.
7. Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have five (5) minutes to report to the designated drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify a Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.
8. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
9. Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted five (5) minute period, that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log. A Marketing representative, with one (1) authorized Marketing representative serving as a witness, will mark the expired drawing entry as “no show” or “ineligible winner” and sign with time, name, and gaming license number on the drawing entry. The Winners Log shall also be noted by at least one (1) authorized Marketing representative as “no show” or “ineligible winner” and signed with time, name, and gaming license number of the authorized Marketing representative
10. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
11. Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
12. For OTUNNCs prizes, a Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. A Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing OTUNNCs prizes comp voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in OTUNNCs. One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
13. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable).
14. The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds
15. Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
16. The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by a Marketing representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
17. For each electronic drawing entry drawn, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion; winner’s name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number on the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
18. In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.”
19. Electronic drawing entries earned will expire each promotional day after the last drawing is complete.

GENERAL RULES

1. Must be 21 year or older to participate.
2. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
3. Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.
5. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
6. Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.
7. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
8. Direct marketing offers are valid only the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value: no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
9. Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
10. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
11. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
12. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.
13. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
14. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
15. ACE Club members may win up to two (2) times per promotional day: once (1) during the 5:00PM – 9:30PM Preliminary Weekly Drawings and then once (1) again at the 10:00PM Grand Finale Drawing per promotional day across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties.
16. ACE Club members may win one (1) Grand Finale Drawing throughout the promotional period.
17. ACE Club members who have won the Grand Finale Drawing cannot participate in subsequent Grand Finale Drawings in subsequent weeks. If an ACE Club member is selected for a subsequent Preliminary Drawing, they will not receive a reminder card or drawing entry towards the Grand Finale.
18. All Preliminary drawing winners will be pre-qualified for the 10:00PM Grand Finale drawing.
19. Each preliminary drawing winner will be given a physical reminder card, by a Marketing representative, instructing the preliminary drawing winner to bring the reminder card to check-in with a Marketing representative (or above), into the Grand Finale Drawing at the respective Agua Caliente Casino (at the promotional area) they won on the promotional day, between 8:30PM-9:45PM.
20. Each preliminary drawing winner who checks in between 8:30PM-9:45PM will receive a system generated drawing entry ticket placed into the drawing barrel for the 10:00PM drawing at the respective Agua Caliente (at the promotional area) they won on the promotional day.
21. Preliminary drawing winners who do not check in with a marketing representative at the promotional area by 9:45PM will not be entered into the Grand Finale Drawing.
    • The only exception to this rule is if the 9:30PM preliminary drawing winner is not obtained prior to the 9:45PM deadline due to re-draws, in which case, that winner will be exempted from the deadline and entered into the drawing.
22. Drawing entry Tickets are system generated upon registering with a Marketing representative in the promotional area and will then be printed at the respective Agua Caliente they won on the promotional day. The drawing entry tickets will include the ACE Club Members first and last name, ACE Club card number, Date, Issued by and Badge Number.
23. Marketing promotional drawings shall utilize drawing entries tickets which shall mitigate the risk of counterfeiting and provide an audit trail to reconcile the issuance, selection and destruction of drawing entries for each drawing promotion (i.e. preprinted sequentially numbered, computer generated by a player tracking system with issuance tracking).
24. Prizes won must be either an Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card, all Free Slot Play, or all One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments).
25. One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
26. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    a. $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours
    b. $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days
    c. $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days
27. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
28. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe. Soon…
