Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (referred to as ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), will host $4,000 Fab Four Weekly Slot Tournaments on Saturdays from November 2 – 23, 2024 where ACE Club members will have the opportunity to participate in a weekly slot tournament for the chance to win up to $1,500 in Free Slot Play Prizes. ACE Club members (also referred to as Participants) will be notified of this promotion via E-newsletter and property collateral.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Weekly Slot Tournaments:
Saturdays, November 2 – 23, 2024, 12:00PM – 3:00PM:
· Tournament registration will be limited to one hundred eighty (180) participants (up to 12 participants per session), per promotional day, on a first come first serve basis.
· Registration will begin each Saturday at 10:00AM located at the ACCCC ACE Club in front of the slot tournament area with a Marketing representative:
· Limit of one (1) entry per participant per promotional day.
· Sessions will be held every ten (10) minutes beginning at 12:00PM through 2:40PM (See Session Times below), with each session consisting of two (2) minutes of tournament play on the promotional dates in the month of November (up to 12 participants per session).
Weekly Slot Tournament Schedule:
· All ACE Club members may participate in the $4,000 Fab Four Weekly Slot Tournaments for the chance to win up to $1,500 in Free Slot Play.
· During registration, participants will receive a session card with their assigned tournament session time and will be instructed to check-in at the slot tournament area (see listed above) five (5) minutes ahead of their scheduled session time.
· Participants have the opportunity to win one (1) time per promotional week.
· Sessions will be held every ten (10) minutes during the following time frames with each session consisting of two (2) minutes of tournament play:

Weekly Prize Structure:
· At the conclusion of each Weekly Slot Tournament on Saturdays from November 2 – November 23, 2024, the scores of the Top Ten (10) Participants will determine the winners of the $4,000 Fab Four Weekly Slot Tournaments for that promotional week.
o The winners will be announced from the ACCCC ACE Club by a Marketing representative.

SLOT TOURNAMENT RULES:
1. The slot tournament is limited to (180) participants, per promotional day, on a first come first serve basis.
2. Participants shall register to participate in the $4,000 Fab Four Weekly Slot Tournaments on Saturdays from November 2 – November 23, 2024, between 10:00AM – 2:30PM.
a. Registration may close in the event all slots machines are full or the last session of that promotional day has begun.
3. Upon registering with a Marketing representative, participants will receive their session card with their session time, and will be instructed to report to the slot tournament area in front of the ACCCC ACE Club, five (5) minutes ahead of their scheduled session time.
4. The weekly slot tournament schedule will consist of up to fifteen (15) sessions with up to twelve (12) participants per session. Each session will consist of two (2) minutes of tournament play and there will be no session winners.
5. A Special Events Shift Manager (or above) can make the decision to extend the hours of the slot tournament should we have enough players to fill additional sessions, or reduce the number of sessions due to lack of participants.
6. In the event of a tie, the prizes for the total number of winners in question will be added together and divided equally between the winners who are tied.
7. Upon the conclusion of each promotional day’s final tournament session, the top ten (10) scores will be determined and then announced from the ACCCC ACE Club by a Marketing representative.
8. Winners and rankings will be determined by each participant’s highest scoring session (if they participated in multiple sessions) at the end of the slot tournament play unless an exception is noted. Scores will be electronically recorded through the IGT Tournament Manager software. Slot tournament scores will be available at the end of the slot tournament.
9. A listing of winners, rankings, and final scores will be available for review at the ACCCC ACE Club, following the conclusion of the tournament. The Winners List will only contain ACE Club account number, ranking, and final scores.
10. Free Slot Play for slot tournament winners of that promotional day, will be added onto the participant’s ACE Club account at the completion of each promotional day by a Marketing representative.
11. Prizes must be claimed by 10:00PM on each promotional day, from the ACCCC ACE Club (hours of operation for the ACE Club are subject to change, any change to be announced on the Casino Floor). In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the prize is forfeited. In the event of a forfeited prize, no new winner will be selected.
12. In the event of a slot machine malfunction, the patron at the malfunctioning slot machine will be placed into another session for the Round. If the malfunction occurs during the last session of that Round, the patron will replay the session immediately following the conclusion of the group Round. If all scheduled sessions are full, additional session(s) will be added as needed.
13. In the event that a patron is delayed in arriving to their assigned session, the Special Events Shift Manager (or above) reserves the right to assign the patron to a new session, provided that:
a) There is an unoccupied position available in a later session.
b) There are no new sessions added as a result of the late arrival.
14. In the event that a patron arrives late to their assigned session time and all remaining sessions are occupied, the patron will forfeit that session participation in the Slot Tournament.
15. Excessive force used on the slot machines will be subject to disqualification from the slot tournament.
GENERAL RULES
1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
2. Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.
3. Restricted players are not eligible for this promotion.
4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
5. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
6. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
7. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc., are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
8. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
9. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
10. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
11. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
12. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
13. For each prize won, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Club number and the award or prize won, along with the representative’s signature and gaming license number. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
14. The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of a Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
15. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards. Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
16. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
17. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
18. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
a. $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours
b. $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 days
c. $1,500 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 days
19. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
20. A copy of the promotion rules must be available for the public during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
21. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
