Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will promote the “Reward Card Giveaway- December”. This promotion will invite qualified ACE Club members to receive complimentary Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card(s) totaling $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 each Friday during this weekly reward card giveaway or ACE Club members can choose Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips in equal value of the reward card(s) amount offered or earned in lieu for the Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card(s). ACE Club members who do not qualify to receive an invitation will have the opportunity to earn same-day slot points or meet designated table games criteria on each promotional Friday to earn a $25 Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card and will also be provided with the choice of Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips in equal value of the reward card(s) amount offered or earned in lieu for the Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card(s). Qualified ACE Club members will be invited to receive a complimentary Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card(s) totaling up to $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 via direct mail, e-blast, and telemarketing based upon previous casino play for the previous twelve (12) months. ACE Club members who do not receive an invitation for a Reward card will be notified of the promotion via property website, signage, and brochures.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Reward Card Redemption Dates, Times & Locations:

• Distribution Dates: Friday, December 5, 2025 – Friday, December 26, 2025:
  • Week 1: Friday, December 5
  • Week 2: Friday, December 12
  • Week 3: Friday, December 19
  • Week 4: Friday, December 26

• Distribution Times:
  • 9:00AM – 9:00PM each promotional day (or while supplies last).
• Distribution Locations:
• The ACE Club at ACCPS & ACCCC andACCRM.
• Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members of location of the Reward cards.

Qualified ACE Club Members:

• Qualified ACE Club members are invited to receive complimentary Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card(s) totaling up to $25 or $50 or $75 or $150, based on their play, once (1) per promotional week at the Agua Caliente Casino property of their choice (while supplies last).
• Invited qualified ACE Club Members and ACE Club Members who earn Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card will be provided with the choice of Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips in equal value of the reward card amount offered or earned in lieu for the Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card(s). 
• No reservations will be required in order to receive the Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card.
• Pre-Paid VISA Reward Cards will be available while supplies last.
• If inventory is depleted, qualified ACE Club members may receive Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or OTUNNC) consolation for the Reward Card amount in which they were invited for. 

Gift Card Information:

• Four-week reward card giveaway series featuring Pre-Paid VISA Reward Cards. Quantities are limited and based on availability each week. Only Reward cards in $25 denominations will be issued. ACE Club members who qualify for more than $25 in Pre-Paid Reward Cards will receive their Reward card amount in increments of $25 to match the Reward card amount in which they were invited for (2x$25=$50 / 3x$25=$75 / 6x$25=$150.)
• ACE Club Memberswill receive Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card(s) one (1) time each promotional week based on invited and/or earned qualifications and availability (each reward card is valued at $25USD).

Reward Card Giveaway – Earning Opportunity:

Only ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation but would like to earn a $25 Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card must earn two hundred and fifty (250) same-day slot points or $67 same-day table games theoretical win on the reward card distribution day to receive the reward card (while supplies last).

• The following rules apply to slot players:
  • Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points.
  • To receive the reward card, ACE Club members must earn same-day slot points beginning at 5:00AM through 8:50PM, on the promotional day. The two hundred and fifty (250) qualifying slot points can be redeemed at the ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 9:00AM through 9:00PM, (while supplies last), on each Reward Card distribution date.
  • ACE Club members must earn all qualified slot points using their ACE Club card properly inserted in eligible slot machines (Qualified slot points may be combined from all properties, including Agua Caliente Fuel.)
  • All two hundred and fifty (250) qualifying slot points must be earned on the same day the reward cards are being offered.
  • Rated table games play and live poker play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slot machines or video poker machines only.
  • Slot points earned through retail purchases made in the Agua Caliente Casinos will not qualify towards the two hundred and fifty (250) slot point accrual requirements.
  • No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts
• The following rules apply to table games players:
  • Table games players must meet same-day table games theoretical win rating criteria in order to receive the reward card on the day of the promotion.
  • ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 8:50PM on the promotional day.
  • The $67 table games theoretical win rated play can be redeemed at ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 9:00AM through 9:00PM, (while supplies last), on each reward card distribution date.
  • All table games theoretical win ratings must be earned on the same day the Reward Cards are being offered.
  • Table games theoretical win is rated and calculated based on but not limited to average bet, length of time played, type of table, etc.
• Slot points or table games rating must be earned beginning at 5:00AM through 8:50PM on the promotional day. Slot points OR table games ratings may be combined from all properties (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only).Qualifying play must be all slots points, or all table games theoretical win rated play.
• Maximum of up to one (1) Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card (earned) per ACE Club member, per promotional week on the day the same-day slot points or table games rating was earned at the property of their choice.

Consolation:

• If Reward Card inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (earned)can receive $25 FSP or $25 OTUNNCsas a consolation issued by a Marketing representative.
  • Limit one (1) consolation in the amount invited of $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 in FSP or OTUNNCs per ACE Club Member (invited) per promotional week.
• ACE Club members (invited and/or earned) may receive the value invited/earned in either $25 or $50 or $75 or $150 FSP or OTUNNC as a consolation for the same amount as the Reward Card they qualified for.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Invited ACE Club members will qualify to receive an invitation based upon previous casino play for the previous twelve (12) months.
2. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
3. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
4. Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.
5. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
6. On each promotional day, Marketing representatives will be distributing the Pre-Paid VISA Reward Cards (each valued at $25 USD) from the ACE Club at ACCPS & ACCCC, and ACCRM (Signs will be placed by the ACE Club, the center of the Casino Floor, and by the Valet Entrance to notify ACE Club members of the location of the reward card giveaway), by a Marketing representative beginning at 9:00AM – 9:00PM, or while supplies last.
7. Maximum of up to Six (6) $25 Pre-Paid Visa Reward Cards per qualified ACE Club member (invited), once (1) per promotional week at the property of their choice. (Maximum six (6) Reward Cards total).
8. Maximum one (1) $25 Pre-Paid Visa Reward Card per qualified ACE Club member (earned), one (1) per promotional week, at the property of their choice. Earned ACE Club Members may earn one (1) $25 Pre-Paid Visa Reward Card (Maximum one (1) Reward Card total).
9. ACE Club members who were not invited may play to earn a maximum of one (1) Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card total. One (1) Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card for 250 same day Slot Points or $67 same day Table Games Theoretical. In order to receive a Reward Card, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, beginning at 5:00AM through 8:50PM, by playing on any slot machine or table game with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino property (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only) for which the promotion is being held. ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve Slot Points or Table Games Theoretical. The ACE Club shall be available for verification of qualification and redemption from 9:00AM-9:00PM each promotional. The Reward Card must be redeemed on the day the same-day slot points or table games rating was earned at the property of their choice.
10. If inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (invited) may choose FSP or OTUNNCs as a consolation for the same amount as the reward card they qualified for (Limit one (1) FSP/OTUNNC consolation per qualified ACE Club members).
11. If inventory is depleted, ACE Club members (earned) may choose FSP or OTUNNCs as a consolation for the same amount as the reward card they qualified for (Limit one (1) FSP/OTUNNC consolation per qualified ACE Club members).
12. If an ACE Club member does not qualify to receive an invitation for a reward card, they may qualify to receive the Reward Card by earning same-day slot points while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine OR meeting designated table games rating criteria (including Agua Caliente Fuel for slots only) Maximum of up to one (1) Pre-Paid VISA Reward Card (earned) per ACE Club member, per promotional week on the same day the slot points or table games rating was earned at the property of their choice.  
13. The following rules apply to slot players:

14. The following rules apply to table games players:
    • Table games players must meet designated same day table games rating criteria in order to receive the Reward card on the day of the promotion.
    • ACE Club members may begin earning their table games rating beginning at 5:00AM through 8:50PM on the promotional day. The $67 same day Table Games Theo rated play can be redeemed at ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC beginning at 9:00AM through 9:00PM, (while supplies last), on each Reward Card distribution date.
    • All table games ratings must be earned on the same day the reward cards are being offered. Qualified table games criteria may be combined from all properties, excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.
    • Table Games Theo is rated and calculated based on but not limited to average bet, length of time played, type of table, etc.
15. Qualified same slot points and same day rated table games play may not be combined together, in order to receive the Reward card. Qualifying play must be all slots’ points, or allrated table games play.
16. No slot points will be deducted from any ACE Club accounts.
17. ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a prize/gift/reward (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). ACE Club members must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize/gift/reward.
18.  Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.
19. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
20. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
21. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
22. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
23. The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
24. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
25. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
26. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal control standards, policies, and procedures.
27. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for the promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located in each Casino. 
28. Free Slot Play will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    • $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours.
    • $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days.
29. OTUNNCs will be paid out via a voucher issued to the qualified ACE Club member that is then paid out at the Main Cashier’s Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
30. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
31. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
32. Invited qualified ACE Club Members and ACE Club Members who earn Pre-Paid Visa Reward Card will also be provided with the choice of Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips in equal value of the reward card(s) amount offered or earned in lieu for the Pre-Paid Visa Reward Card(s).
