The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage (ACRCSRM) will give Poker Players a chance to win Cash Prizes during the Poker Room’s Cash Drawings for Live Play Poker Tournament Qualifiers Promotion. Players will be notified of this promotion via online, property signage and direct marketing.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Beginning at 8:00AM on the first (2) two Wednesday’s of every month, the poker room will begin to register players that have qualified to play in our cash drawings for live play poker tournament qualifiers with a drawing ticket that we will fill out for the guest as they come in to the poker room to begin their play for the day. Each qualifying guest will earn (1) one drawing ticket to be put in the drawing barrel by the supervisor on duty. Players will qualify by playing at least 10 hours of live play from the previous month poker play.  We will track players live play on our Bravo Tracking System and we will post the names of players that have qualified to play. The Cash Drawings will be held on the first (2) Wednesday’s of each month. On the first Wednesday of each month only players with their last name starting with the letter A through K will be qualified for this promotional event that day and have a drawing ticket put in the drawing barrel to win money. On the (2) second Wednesday of each month only players with their last name starting with the letter L through Z we be qualified for this promotional event that day and have a drawing ticket put in the drawing barrel to win money. Drawing Times, Dates and Amounts are posted below.

Drawing Dates:

  • The (1) First Wednesday of each month only players with their Last Name Starting with the Letter “A” through “K” will be qualified to participate in that day’s drawings to win money.
  • The (2) Second Wednesday of each month only players with their Last Name Starting with the Letter “L” through “Z” will be qualified to participate in that day’s drawings to win money.

Drawing Times and Amounts:

  • Drawings will be held once per hour, every hour, from 10:15am to 12:15 am on the quarter after the hour.
  • Drawings from 10:15am to 1:15pm will be for $500 for (1) winner if they are the first ticket drawn and they are here to collect their winnings. If the first ticket drawn has no winner (meaning that the winning ticket participate is not here to claim their winnings) than we will continue to draw tickets, one by one to verify if they are present and if not then we will continue to draw until we have a winner present and once a winner is found they will receive the consolation amount of $200 dollars.
  • Drawings from 2:15pm to 6:15pm will be for $750 for (1) winner if they are the first ticket drawn and they are here to collect their winnings. If the first ticket drawn has no winner (meaning that the winning ticket participate is not here to claim their winnings) than we will continue to draw tickets, one by one to verify if they are present and if not then we will continue to draw until we have a winner present and once a winner is found they will receive the consolation amount of $200 dollars.
  • Drawings from 7:15pm to 10:15pm will be for $1,000 for (1) winner if they are the first ticket drawn and they are here to collect their winnings. If the first ticket drawn has no winner (meaning that the winning ticket participate is not here to claim their winnings) than we will continue to draw tickets, one by one to verify if they are present and if not then we will continue to draw until we have a winner present and once a winner is found they will receive the consolation amount of $200 dollars.
  • Drawings from 11:15pm to 12:15am will be for $1,500 for (1) winner if they are the first ticket drawn and they are here to collect their winnings. If the first ticket drawn has no winner (meaning that the winning ticket participate is not here to claim their winnings) than we will continue to draw tickets, one by one to verify if they are present and if not then we will continue to draw until we have a winner present and once a winner is found they will receive the consolation amount of $200 dollars.

How to Qualify, When to Play and How to Participate:

• All Players MUST play at least 10 hours of Live Cash Poker Play within the previous month in the Poker Room.
• We will track their daily poker play (Through our Bravo Poker System) and we will post the players names of those who have qualified to play and or participate to join in the Cash Drawing Date they are Qualified to play in.
• Players MUST check in to play at the Poker Table with their Player’s Card when they sit down to play to get the hourly (Timed Play) credit to be logged into Bravo Tracking System.
• We will post what days and who can play on each specific Wednesday that these events are being held by posting their names on a large Poster Promotional Display Board we will have in the Poker Room for these events.
• The Specific Date’s and Last Name Qualifications information is noted under Drawings Dates.
• On the day of the drawings, players that are qualified to participate based on the 10 or more hours of live play from the previous month, plus their last name falls under the correct starting letter, then we will give them a drawing ticket to be put into the drawing barrel by the floor supervisor on duty.
• During the drawing day, players that have qualified can either play in the Live Play Poker Tournament(s) and or they can play live cash games during the day or Both.
• Player’s do not have to be playing to qualify to win this promotion, but they must be present to win.
• The Drawing Barrel will close one (1) minute prior to each drawing time for each drawing. A Poker Room Supervisor or above will select one (1) drawing ticket from the drawing barrel for each drawing time and another Poker Room Supervisor or above will verify the winner.
• If they are here and their name is drawn on any given hour during the day, they will win either the Full Drawing Amount(s) (If they are the First Ticket of the hour drawn, or the Consolation Amount if they are the second or later ticket drawn after the first ticket has no winner present).
• Players can win more than one time during the drawing day.
• After each drawing hour, the tickets that are drawn out of the barrel will be kept for reporting and tracking purposes. Winners will be announced inside the Poker Room and will have one (1) minute to be verified at the drawing area. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time will forfeit their participation in the winner selection process for that drawing time frame and the Poker Room Supervisor or above will mark the expired ticket “no show” or “ineligible winner” with time, signature, and ID # on the ticket, and will mark the Winners Log “no show” or “ineligible winner” with time, signature, and ID # on the Log, which will be held in file for audit purposes, but we will put a new ticket with their name and information on it back in the barrel, so that they may have a chance to win later in the day.

Prize Pool:

• Daily Cash Prize Drawings totals are $500 x 4 hours + $750 x 5 hours + $1,000 x 4 hours + $1,500 x 2 hours = $12,750 max payout per event day.

DRAWING AND DRAWING ENTRY RULES:

1. The Drawing Barrel will be located inside the Poker Room at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage. The barrel will be kept at the supervisor’s podium and only supervisors will have access to it.

• Participants must be present at the time of the drawings to win.

• The Drawing Barrel will close one (1) minute prior to each drawing time for each drawing. A Poker Room Supervisor or above will select one (1) drawing ticket from the drawing barrel and another Poker Room Supervisor or above will verify the winner. If the winner is not present after waiting one minute for them to respond, then we will draw another ticket and announce the name for the consolation prize winner of $200 dollars. If that player is not present after 1 minute then we will pick another ticket and call their name for the consolation prize of $200. We will continue to do this until we have drawn a winner. Once a winner is found we will have the cashier log the players information of the winner’s log. The supervisor will then take all the tickets called for that hours drawing and put them back into the drawing barrel so that they may have a chance to win again at next or any other following drawing that day.

• Drawing entries are preprinted on safety paper, numbered sequentially with space provided for the participants name and player’s card number. The supervisor on duty will be the one that fills out the information of the guest on the ticket and will sign the ticket with their name and badge number and then the supervisor will put the ticket into the barrel. Our guest will not touch the ticket. 

• Winners will be announced inside the Poker Room and will have one (1) minute to be verified at the drawing area. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time will forfeit their participation in the winner selection process for that drawing time frame.

• Participants may win more than once during the daily cash drawings and their winning ticket will be put back into the drawing barrel.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 or older to participate.

• Must be an ACE Players Club Member to participate.

• “Only”, Agua Caliente Casino Poker Room Supervisor Employee’s will fill out all ticket winner’s information and drop their drawing entries into the Drawing Barrel located in the Poker Room at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage.

• Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winners Logs and Winner’s Release Form give approval to ACRCSRM and its agencies the rights to use the Winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds ACRCSRM and the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

• Winners must show a valid photo identification to claim a prize “i.e. driver’s license, government-issued ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport.” Winners must also show their Paradise Rewards Club card to claim a prize and provide a Social Security card or complete a W9 Form (if applicable).

• For each award or prize won, the Poker Room Supervisor or above will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion, Amount Paid Out, Winners Name and Signature & Winner’s ACE Players Club Number.  The Poker Room Supervisor or above will sign with ID number on the log attesting to the prize distribution. The Poker Cashier will also sign the Log.

• Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and Local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number (and/or W-9 Form) if applicable prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.

• The final call on any dispute related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

• Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

1. Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage is not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

1. Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

1. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI Systems of Internal Controls & Policies & Procedures.

1. Employees of Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage; Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.

1. The Casino will include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage is located within the Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort Casino. 

1. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
