The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (ACCRM) will give poker players a chance to win cash prizes during the Poker Room’s Cash Drawings for Live Play Poker Promotion. Each promotional month, poker players will qualify by playing minimum of twenty (20) hours of carded live cash poker play in the previous month.  Players will be notified of this promotion via Agua Caliente Casinos website, property signage and direct marketing.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Beginning at 8:00AM on the first (1^st) and third (3^rd) Wednesdays of every month, qualified poker players will have the opportunity to be registered into our Cash Drawings for Live Play Poker Qualifiers. Checking-in at the Poker Floor Supervisor’s Podium in the Poker Room, each qualifying player will earn one (1) drawing entry to be completed by and placed in the drawing barrel, located at the Poker Floor Supervisor’s Podium, by the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) on duty.  The Poker Room will track poker players carded live play on our Bravo Tracking system and we will post the names of players that have qualified to play. Drawing times, dates and amounts are listed below. Qualified players may enter into both cash drawings for the qualified month.

Cash Drawing Dates:

o   The Cash Drawings will be held on the first (1^st) and third (3^rd) Wednesday of each promotional month.

o   Players with enough qualifying hours only will receive one (1) completed drawing entry to participate in the current day’s drawings to win a cash prize.

Cash Drawing Times and Amounts:

o   Drawings will be held once every thirty (30) minutes from 12:00PM to 12:00AM (see Prize Payout Schedule below)

o   Winners will be announced from the Poker Floor Supervisor’s Podium inside the Poker Room 

§  Winners will have one (1) minute to be verified at the drawing area.

§  After verification with a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above), the winner(s) will then report to the Poker Cashier Podium to receive their prize. 

o   If a drawn winner is not present, they shall forfeit their prize and we shall continue to re-draw for a new winner. We will continue to draw until a replacement winner is present.

o   Must be present and playing in the Poker Room, with no missed blinds, to win 

o   No limit to the number of times a player can win during the drawing day.

How to Qualify, When to Play and How to Participate:

1.     All poker players MUST have played a minimum of twenty (20) hours of carded live cash poker play in the Poker Room within the previous month. 

2.     Daily, players MUST check-in to play at a live poker table with their Players Club Card to be eligible to receive credit for time played in the Bravo Tracking system.

3.     The names of poker players who have met the qualification requirements to participate in the applicable Cash Drawing Day shall be posted in the Poker Room, at the Poker Supervisor’s Podium, on a large poster promotional display board. (Please see “Cash Drawing Dates”). 

4.     On the applicable Cash Drawing Day, eligible players who have met the promotional requirements and have their name listed on the promotional display board will check in at the Poker Floor Supervisor’s Podium in the Poker Room shall have a single drawing entry completed and placed into the drawing barrel by the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) on duty.

5.     Players are required to be in the Poker Room and actively playing in a poker game, with no missed blinds, in order to qualify to win this promotion.

6.     Per the drawing schedule, the drawing barrel will close one (1) minute prior to each drawing time. A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will select one (1) drawing entry from the drawing barrel for each drawing time and another Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will verify the winner.

7.     There is no limit to the number of times a player can win during the promotional drawing day.

8.     Winners will be announced inside the Poker Room and will have one (1) minute to be verified at the drawing area. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time will forfeit their participation in the winner selection process for that drawing time frame. For each selected winner that is deemed a “no show”, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will place the drawing entry back it into the drawing barrel, giving the player an additional chance to win later in the promotional day.

Prize Pool:

·      Daily Cash Prize Drawings totals are $200 x 18 drawings + $500 x 4 drawings + $1,000 x 3 drawings = $8,600 payout per event day.

DRAWING AND DRAWING ENTRY RULES:

1.     The drawing barrel will be located at the Poker Supervisor’s Podium inside the Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage. Only Poker Floor Supervisors (or above) are authorized to access the drawing barrel.

2.     Players are required to be in the Poker Room and actively playing in a poker game (with no missed blinds) to qualify to win this promotion.

3.     The drawing barrel will close one (1) minute prior to each drawing time for each drawing. A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will select one (1) drawing entry from the drawing barrel and another Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will announce and verify the winner in the Poker Room. 

§  If the winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, they shall forfeit their prize and we shall re-draw for a new winner. If the re-draw winner is not present after one (1) minute, then we shall continue to re-draw until we have a qualified drawing winner. 

§  Once a winner has been verified, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall complete the Winners Log, along with the Poker Cashier. The Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will then take all entries drawn for that promotional hour’s drawings and put them back into the drawing barrel, giving players a chance to win in subsequent drawings for the rest of the current day’s drawings. 

4.     Drawing entries are preprinted on safety paper, numbered sequentially with space provided for the player’s name and Players Card number. The on duty Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall complete all applicable information on each drawing entry, sign each drawing entry with name and gaming license number and place into the drawing barrel. Players will not complete their drawing entries.  

5.     There is no limit to the number of times a player can win a drawing in the promotional day.

6.     The drawing barrel will be emptied at the end of the promotional day to ensure the drawing barrel is empty for the next promotional days drawings.

7.     Players have the option to choose equal amount live gaming chips in lieu of cash prizes (cannot be paid in partial amount of each).

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

4.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

5.     Only Poker Floor Supervisors (or above) are authorized to fill out a player’s drawing entry information and drop the drawing entries into the drawing barrel located at the Poker Floor Supervisor’s Podium in the Poker Room at ACCRM.

6.     All drawing promotions shall have a 30-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after winner has been chosen. 

7.     Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

8.     Winners must show their ACE Club Card and valid photo ID, (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards), to win the award or prize. 

9.     For each award or prize won, a Winner’s Log will be completed by the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) with date of the promotion, amount paid out, winner’s name, and winner’s ACE Club number (if applicable). The Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) and Poker Cashier will each sign the Winner’s Log with their name and gaming license number on the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner shall sign the log evidencing they received the prize. 

10.  For each prize won, a Winners Release Form must be completed and signed by the winner prior to the payment of prizes. The Poker employees completing the Winners Release Form must sign with name and their gaming license number on the form. 

11.  Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

13.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

14.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

15.  Agua Caliente Casinos reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

16.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

17.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate. 

18.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.  

19.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

20.  Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.

21.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

22.   A copy of the promotion rules must be available for the public during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

23.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
