Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as “ACCCC” in the promotion rules) will offer patrons the opportunity to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages at Café One Eleven and receive a Free Slot Play offer. Free Slot Play offers will be based on the total pre-tax amount purchased, excluding gratuities. Players will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

For every $50 spent on food and/or non-alcoholic beverages at the ACCCC Café One Eleven, patrons will receive one (1) offer for $10 in Free Slot Play. Patrons can earn a maximum of $50 in Free Slot Play per day. Upon tendering their check at Café One Eleven, patrons will be instructed to visit the ACE Club within 24 hours and present their receipt to redeem the Free Slot Play offer of up to $50 Free Slot Play, based on the total pre-tax amount of their check. 

This Offer is Valid as Follows:

·      One (1) $10 Free Slot Play offer for every $50 spent pre-tax (excluding gratuities) at ACCCC Café One Eleven. 

·      Limited to five (5) $10 Free Slot Play offers per day. 

·      Only valid on purchases made with cash, credit or debit cards, or check. Casino comps, room charges, points, resort credits and payments with gift cards are not eligible forms of tender for this promotion. Patron must present payment in the form of cash, credit or debit cards or check for their transaction to qualify.

·      $10 Free Slot Play offers are redeemable at the ACE Club at ACCCC each day during operating hours.

·      This offer will be available daily for the duration of the promotional period during Café One Eleven restaurant hours of operation. (excluding major holidays)

·      Transactions cannot be combined in order to receive offer.

·      Free Slot Play offer valid 24 hours from date/time of redemption at the ACCCC ACE Club. 

·      Final offer date is June 30, 2024. Patrons will have until July 1, 2024 to claim their Free Slot Play offer at the ACE Club. Patrons are required to be or become an ACE Club member to redeem Free Slot Play offer.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.

5.     Eligible payment types are cash, credit or debit card or check.

6.     Patrons must present original receipt to the ACE Club within 24 hours of printed date & time to redeem Free Slot Play offer. Any receipt that has been tampered with, copied, or illegible will not be accepted. Management reserves all rights.  

7.     Free Slot Play will be valid 24 hours from redemption at the ACCCC ACE Club.

8.     ACE Club members are limited to five (5) $10 Free Slot Play offers per promotional day, throughout the promotion period.  

9.     Full or partial casino comps, room charges, points, resort credits and payments with gift cards are excluded from this offer. 

10.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discounts or group rates.

11.  Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.

12.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

13.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

14.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

15.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

16.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

17.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

18.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

19.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
