Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) Poker Room will give Poker Players a chance to win Free Slot Play, One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips, or a Gift Bag prize during the promotional drawings for the Bonus Spin Extreme 8 Days of Christmas Giveaways Poker Drawings Promotion. Poker Players will be notified of this promotion via Agua Caliente Casinos website, property collateral signage and direct marketing.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Beginning at 8:00AM Monday December 1^st, 2025 through 10:30 PM on Wednesday December 31^st, Poker Players may begin earning drawing ticket(s) for a chance to win Free Slot Play, One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or OTUNNC) or a Gift Bag.

Daily Drawing Dates & Times: (NO drawings held on December, 24^th & 25^th, 2025)

• Monday, December 22^nd: 12:00PM, 4:00PM, 8:00PM & 12:00AM.
• Tuesday, December 23^rd: 12:00PM, 4:00PM, 8:00PM & 12:00AM.
• Friday, December 26^th: 12:00PM, 4:00PM, 8:00PM & 12:00AM.
• Saturday, December 27^th: 12:00PM, 4:00PM, 8:00PM & 12:00AM
• Sunday, December 28^th: 12:00PM, 4:00PM, 8:00PM & 12:00AM.
• Monday, December 29^th: 12:00PM, 4:00PM, 8:00PM & 12:00AM.

Gift Bag Drawing & Time:

• Wednesday, December 31^st at 2:00PM

Poker Players:

• Each time a Poker Player places a $5 Bonus Spin Extreme (hereinafter referred to as BSX) Side Bet at any poker table that has the BSX program, a Poker Dealer (or above) will issue the Poker Player a drawing ticket to completed a deposited into the drawing barrel.
• Once a Poker Player has completed their drawing ticket, they may place it into the drawing barrel, located in front of the Poker Supervisor Podium inside of the ACCRM Poker Room.
• During each promotional day, in addition to the Daily Drawings & Gift Bag Drawing, a complimentary Keepsake Custom Card Protector gift will be immediately issued by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) to Poker Players who a make a BSX Exclusive Hand with Wheel Spin + Bonus Cash (valued at $10-USD) (while supplies last).
  • Keepsake Custom Card Protector must be immediately claimed at the time of issuance or forfeit the complimentary gift.

Daily Drawing Structure:

• At each drawing time during the Daily Drawings, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will select three (3) drawing tickets from the drawing barrel at the Poker Supervisor Podium (see Daily Drawing Dates & Times).  
  • If the winner IS present in the poker room, either actively playing poker and/or is on the wait list, they will win $300 in FSP or OTUNNCs.
    • $300 in FSP or OTUNNCs prize must be claimed within the allotted time of thirty (30) seconds.
  • If the winner IS NOT present in the poker room and/or on the wait list, they will win $100 in FSP or OTUNNCs (see drawing and drawing entry rules #7).
• A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will issue the winning Poker Player, either currently playing at a poker table or on the wait list, the Bonus Spin Extreme 8 Days of Christmas Voucher and instruct the winner to the ACCRM ACE Club to redeem their FSP or OTUNNCs.
  • If the Poker Player is actively playing, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will deliver the voucher to the Poker Player at the live poker table.
  • If the Poker Player is on the wait list, the Poker Player must claim their voucher at the Supervisor Podium within the allotted time of thirty (30) seconds with a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above).
• During the Daily Drawings, Poker Players may win more than once (1) per promotional day, but only once (1) per drawing time.
• Once a winning drawing ticket is drawn, it will not be placed back into the drawing barrel.
  • Unless a poker player’s ticket is drawn twice (2) in any single drawing time, the second (2) drawing ticket will be placed back in the barrel for the next drawing time and a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will draw an additional drawing ticket from the barrel to complete the three (3) tickets for that drawing time.
• Total of twelve (12) Daily Drawing Winners per promotional day.

Gift Bag Drawing Structure:

• The Gift Bag Drawing prize will include a Luxury Bag and a Poker Set of Chips & Cards (both valued up to $4,000-USD).
• At 2:00PM on Wednesday, December 31^st, 2025 a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will select one (1) winner from the barrel at the Poker Supervisor Podium.
• In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time of thirty (30) seconds the prize will be forfeited and we will re-draw for another winner.
• A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will issue the Gift Bag Drawing prize to the winning Poker Player, either currently playing at a poker table or on the wait list.
  • If the Poker Player is actively playing, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will deliver the prize to the Poker Player at the live poker table.
  • If the Poker Player is on the wait list, the Poker Player must claim at the Supervisor Podium within the allotted time of thirty (30) seconds with a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above).
• The winner must be present at the time of the Gift Bag Drawing to claim.
• No FSP or OTUNNC prize will be issued during the Gift Bag Drawing.

DRAWING AND DRAWING ENTRY RULES:

1. Poker Players are not permitted to designate a “representative” to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
2. Drawing tickets are pre-printed on safety paper numbered sequentially with spaces provided for the Poker Player to print their First and Last Name, ACE Club Card number and their Signature.
3. A Poker Dealer (or above) will give Poker Players one (1) drawing ticket each time they place a $5 BSX Side Bet.
4. There is no limit of drawing tickets a Poker Player may earn per promotional day.
5. Poker Players must have a Players Card and be clocked at the Poker Table at the time oif the BSX Side Bet to receive a drawing ticket.
6. Poker players must be present and actively playing in the ACCRM Poker Room at the time of the drawing, with no missed blinds and/or on the waitlist in order to be eligible to win $300 of either FSP or OTUNNCs.
   1. In the event a present winning Poker Player has a missed blind they will win $100 in FSP or OTUNNCs and must claim by 10:00AM Friday, January 9^th, 2026. In the event the winning Poker Player does not claim by 10:00AM Friday, January 9^th, 2026, the prize will be forfeited and no winner will be chosen. that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log.
7. Poker Players that are NOT present in the ACCRM Poker Room and/or on the waitlist at the time of the drawing will be eligible to win $100 dollars of either FSP or OTUNNCs and must claim their Bonus Spin Extreme 8 Days of Christmas voucher with the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) by 10:00AM Friday, January 9^th, 2026.
   1. In the event the winning Poker Player does not claim by 10:00AM Friday, January 9^th, 2026, the prize will be forfeited and no winner will be chosen. that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log.
8. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
9. For the duration of the promotion, the drawing barrel will be located in the ACCRM Poker Room, in front of the Poker Supervisor Podium. Completed drawing entry tickets will be deposited into the drawing barrel by the poker players themselves.
10. Poker Players are responsible for their individual drawing tickets. In the event a of a lost drawing ticket no replacements will be issued.
11. Each promotional drawing day, drawings shall be conducted every four (4) hours, beginning at 12:00PM – 12:00AM (Exception of drawing times, Wednesday, December 31^st, 2025, for the 2:00PM Gift Bag Drawing and the 11:00PM Daily Drawing) in the ACCRM Poker Room on drawing promotional days. The drawing barrel will close two (2) minutes prior to each drawing time for each drawing. Each drawing shall be conducted in the ACCRM Poker Room with two (2) Poker Floor Supervisors (or above). A Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will select Three (3) drawing tickets from the drawing barrel at each drawing time and the second Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will serve as a witness and verify the winner. Prior to each drawing time, a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will spin the drawing barrel to mix the drawing tickets. Drawing tickets will be drawn until a winner is verified by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above).
12. Winners of the Daily Drawings will be announced inside the ACCRM Poker Room. Present winners have thirty (30) seconds to claim their prize, and will be given two (2) announcements within the thirty (30) second time frame to be verified by the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) at the Poker Table or the Supervisor Podium. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time will be awarded the $100 prize for that drawing time frame.
13. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
14. Winners must show a valid photo identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Players Club Card to claim a prize (if applicable).
15. For each award or prize won, the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will enter the following information on the Winners Logs: date and time of the promotion, prize amount, winner’s name and ACE Club number.  The Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) and the Poker Cashier shall each sign the log with name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner shall sign the log evidencing they have received the prize.
16. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number (and/or W-9 Form) if applicable prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 or older to participate.
2. Players must be or become an ACE Club Member to participate.
3. Must provide valid photo I.D. to claim a winning voucher from drawings within the ACCRM Poker Room.
4. Restricted Players are not eligible to participate
5. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
6. Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.
7. Players are not permitted to designate a “representative” to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
8. In observance of Christmas Eve, December 24^th and Christmas Day, December 25^th, 2025, there will be no drawings held. Drawing will continue, as scheduled, December 26^th through to December 31^st, 2025.
9. Bonus Spin Extreme 8 Days of Christmas Vouchers will be valid for seven (7) days from the time it is awarded.
10. Bonus Spin Extreme 8 Days of Christmas Giveaways Voucher quantities are limited and no replacement shall be offered. Vouchers are non-transferrable, non-refundable and have no cash value.
11. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    • $0 – $100 – Expires in twenty-four (24) hours
    • $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days
12. OTUNNCs prizes will be paid out via a voucher by an ACE Club representative (or above) and issued to the qualified ACE Club member that is then paid out at the Main Cashier’s Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance
13. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies and procedures.
14. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
15. Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
16. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 
17. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
18. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
19. Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
20. Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

24. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
25. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
26. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
27.  Bonus Spin Extreme 8 Days of Christmas Voucher shall include the Player’s Name, ACE Club Members Card number, date issued, FSP or OTUNNCs prize amount, signature & badge of the Poker Room Supervisor (or above) who issued the voucher and signature & badge of the ACE Club representative (or above) redeeming the voucher.
28. It is the players responsibility to give their ACE Club Card to the Poker Dealer to get clocked in at the poker table they are playing on. The Poker Dealer will then clock the poker players in on the Bravo Tracking System at the poker table so that they can earn drawing tickets every time they place a Bonus Spin Extreme Side Bet.
29. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
