Introduction

Bonus Spin Xtreme (Live Poker) is a fixed amount progressive wager, which may be optional or mandatory, that can be configured for Live Poker Card Games like Texas Holdem or Omaha using a standard 52 card deck. The amount of the wager covered $1, $2 or $5. We will use $5 for Poker at the Agua Calinte Casino Poker Room Games. The player may place the Bonus Spin Xtreme wager at the beginning of the game. The game is then played as normally. The wager is resolved when a qualifying trigger event occurs.

BSX (TRIGGERING EVENT)

The qualifying trigger events are based on three specific cards that will be designated as trigger cards, depending on the base game with which the wager is configured.

•     Example: Flop cards in a Holdem or Omaha variant type game for any Poker Room. Those designated cards are used to form a Three-Card Poker Hand. If the designated cards form a Straight (including Straight and Royal Flushes) or a Three of a Kind, the wager wins, and the bonus spin is triggered. Otherwise, the wager loses.
• A “Wheel Straight” consisting of an Ace, a Two, and a Three will qualify as a trigger.

NO CALLS

If gameplay results in no flop being dealt, but with booked BSX side wagers, the casino has the following options:

• The dealer will be required to deal the flop for the purpose of settling the BSX side wagers, OR
• The dealer will be required to return the BSX booked side wagers to the players and press “Cancel Round” on the dealer terminal.
• If there is no qualifying triggering hand on the flop, the game ends and the dealer press the “End Round” on the dealer terminal.
• Agua Casino Poker Room will pursue the 1^st option and require the dealer to deal a flop for the purpose of settling the BSX side wagers.

PAYOUTS & SIDE BET COLLECTION RECONCILIATION PROCESS

• ALL PAYOUTS for the BSX bonus side wagers will be paid through the Poker Room Cash Cage. The Poker Supervisor will verify the payout amounts and the Poker Cashier or above will write down all the winning amounts on a BSX Control Sheet to reconcile payment for the winners. Winning players, Poker Cashiers and Supervisors or above will sign a Log Sheet to attest to their payout.

BONUS SPIN EXTREME (BSX) PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT WITH SIDE BET RULES OF PLAY

1. To begin, Players must either place any blind wagers for the game that is offered or be participating in that round prior to receiving their cards to place an optional BSX side wager.
2. After all wagers have been placed, the Dealer will press “Start Round” on the Dealer Terminal and beging locking up all BSX side wagers.
   1. Important Note: All collected BSX side wagers will be placed in the poker tray rack.
3. Dealers should verify the all BSX side wagers have been placed and are accurately reflected on the Dealer Terminal before starting the round.
   1. Important Note: If the Dealer presses “Cancel Round” this allow the sensors to be rest, and all side wagers can be placed accurately.
4. Once all BSX side wagers have been collected, the game continues per underlying department dealing procedures per house rules.
5. The Dealer will continue dealing with the game until all wagers have been settled and the outcome of the game is concluded.
6. After all wagers have been settled, if the BSX side wagers doesn’t meet the criteria in BSX (Triggering Event), all BSX side wagers lose, and the Dealer will press “End Round”.
7. If the BSX side wagers does meet the criterias in BSX (Triggering Event), Player’s will have an opportunity for additioinal winnings. The Dealer will mark on the Dealer Terminal qualifying hand for the BSX Player’s and press “Spin” on the Dealer Terminal”.

SPIN WHEEL

8. If “Spin” is selected on the Dealer Terminal, a confirmation screen will appear confirming the wheel spin. The Dealer must press “Confirm” to begin the virtual wheel spin on the table signage. While the wheel is spinning only the BSX player’s position are displayed with participating players highlighted.
   1. Important Note: If the spin outcome lands on a seat which has not participated (No BSX Side Wager), then all participating players with side wagers win the community prize randomly picked and indicated by the inner community wheel on the Table Signage.
9. If the spin outcome lands on a seat for a participating BSX player, then the player at the winning position is the Hot-Spot Prize winner and will spin the Hot-Spot wheel. The Hot-Spot winning position is the highlighted on the Dealer Terminal screen and Table Signage.
   1. Important Note: The Hot-Spot Prize winner only gets paid the Hot Spot Prize (Outer Wheel).
10. The Dealer Terminal screen will prompt “Enable Spin” to activate the players sensor in front of the Hot-Spot winner. When the player is ready to initiate their spin, the Dealer will then press “Enable Spin” and at this point the players sensor lights up and acts as a button to spin the BSX wheel.
11. Once the spin has been enabled, the player will now place their hand over the sensor to initiate their spin.
    1. Important Note: Depending on the system settings or sensor malfunction, the Dealer may initiate the spin on behalf of the player by pressing the highlighted player position on the Dealer Terminal.
12. A “Disable Spin” will appear on the Dealer Terminal once the spin has been enabled and will allow the Dealer to again disable the spin should the need arise (Player is momentarily unable to initiate the spin).
13. Once a spin has been initiated by the player, a spinning wheel animation of the Hot-Spot Prize wheel a will appear on the BSX Table Signage and will land on a prize spot after a few seconds of spinning (5-6 sceonds). After the wheel has spun one or two times depending on the Hot Spot position and participant, the Dealer will be prompted to either “Cancel Jackpot” or “Pay Jackpot”.
    1. Important Note: The “Cancel Jackpot” should only be used in the event of system malfunction; any additional spins or Must Hit Jackpot be assumed valid and should be paid accordingly.
14. The Dealer will press “Pay Jackpot” to initiate the payouts for all participating players. A payout confirmation will prompt on the Dealer Terminal showing the prize values along with players position to be paid.
15. After the Dealer completes all players winning payouts for the table, the Dealer will press “Paid” on the Dealer Terminal concluding BSX round.
    1. Important Note: The payouts should not be confirmed in this way until after all winning players have received their prizes or in case of a larger prize or Jackpot, A Poker Relief Manager, Poker Director or Table Games Shift Manager or above is notified of the win. Prizes over a certain threshold will require a Poker Relief Manager, Poker Director or Table Games Shift Manager or above to confirm the winning hand and spin by entering an authorization code “333333” into the Dealer Terminal.
16. Once the payouts have been completed and/or authorized by a Poker Relief Manager, Poker Director or Table Games Shift Manager or above, the Dealer will press “Paid” to confirm the payouts. The Dealer Terminal will prompt “End Round” for the Dealer to complete the BSX round.
17. This will signal the end of the round and the beginning of a new round of BSX (Live Poker).

CANCEL ROUND & END ROUND

18. These two commands have two different primary functions.
    1. Cancel Round(s) are NOT accounted and should be used to clear any/all misplaced BSX side wagers. This option can also be used if there was an operational error during the gameplay.
    2. End Round(s) are accounted for and should only be used to end a valid round and begin the new round. The dealer screen will return the sensors to their awaiting wagers state to signal the end of the round and begin a new round.

MUST HIT PROGRESSIVE

20. Once cards have been dealt with, a round should not be stopped except in the case of system malfunction or misdeal. If the system is configured to include “Must Hit Jackpot”, after “End Round” is pressed, the system checks if any player participating in BSX side wager in the current round won the Must Hit Jackpot. The system provides the information on the Dealer Terminal which position has won the “Mystery” Jackpot and its amount. The jackpot will be processed the same way as other jackpots.
21. The Must Hit Progressive Jackpot is a mystery progressive intended to be used in conjunction with existing progressive wagers. The Must Hit Progressive is an add-on to the existing progressive wager, no additional wagering is required to qualify for it.
    1. Must Hit Progressive Jackpot may be triggered each time the dealer selects “End Round”.
    2. When Must Hit Progressive Jackpot is triggered, a BSX participant in the just ended round will win the Must Hit Progressive Jackpot amount displayed on the sign.
    3. Dealer will notify Poker Room Supervisor or above, select “Pay Mystery”.
    4. Once Jackpot is verified dealer will select “Pay Jackpot”, “Paid” and “End Round”.
    5. Agua Caliente Casino Poker Room will use the Must Hit Progressive as described above.
