Each promotional day, Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (hereinafter referred to ACCCC in the promotion rules), will invite qualified ACE Club members (hereinafter referred to as VIPs) to redeem one (1) Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card, valued between $50 – $150, during the “Agua Fuel Gift Card Giveaway”. Invited VIPs will qualify to receive an invitation for the event via direct marketing, telemarketing, or email blast based upon average daily theoretical win or average daily theoretical win/loss or annual theoretical win or annual win/loss and markets in which they live and total number of visits. Additionally, any uninvited ACE Club member who earns 100 Slot points using their ACE Club Card Properly inserted or a rated table games play of $27 Table Games Theoretical (theo) may redeem a $10 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card.  All redemptions will be at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk where a voucher will be printed and then taken to the ACCCC ACE Club to receive their Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card during operational hours. 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Invited VIPs Event Details:

• Dates: Fridays, December 6^th, 13^th, 20^th, and 27^th, 2024.
• Time: 7:00PM – 9:30PM (or while supplies last)
• Location: ACE Club at ACCCC
• Gift Information: Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Cards each valued between $50 – $150 USD.

Steps to Receive:

• Invited VIPs who received an invitation to the “Agua Fuel Gift Card Giveaway” event must redeem their invitation for one (1) Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Cards (while supplies last) at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk, which will print out a voucher. The ACE Club member will then be directed to present the voucher at the ACCCC ACE Club, to be redeemed with a Marketing representative.
• Limit one (1) Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card per invited VIP during the promotion.
• Quantities are limited.
• If inventory is depleted, invited VIPs who have not redeemed a gift card may receive Free Slot Play or Promotional Chips (hereinafter referred to as Non-Negotiable Chip or NNC) consolation prize for the same amount as the Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card they qualified for (Limit one (1) Free Slot Play/NNC consolation prize per invited VIP).

ACE Club members Event Details (for those who did not receive an invite):

• Dates: Fridays, December 6^th, 13^th, 20^th, and 27^th, 2024.
• Time: 7:00PM – 9:30PM (or while supplies last)
• Entry Earning: each promotional day, 12:01AM and will conclude at 9:30PM at ACCCC only.
• Location: Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk at ACCCC
• Gift Information: Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Cards (431 total inventory) each valued at $10 USD.

Kiosk Offer & Steps to Receive: 

• ACE Club members who did not qualify for an invite may earn by playing on the Casino Floor at qualifying slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or have rated table games play on their ACE Club Card at qualifying table games for the opportunity to receive a $10 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card voucher at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk.
  • The Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk shall be available for use for this during promotion time 7:00PM-9:30PM
• Entry earning shall begin at 12:01AM and will conclude at 9:30PM each promotional Friday,at ACCCC only.

• ACE Club members are eligible to participate one (1) time during the promotion.
• ACE Club members may earn slot points or table games theo for the “Agua Fuel Gift Card Giveaway” for one (1) $10 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card (while supplies last).
• Limit one (1) $10 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card earned per ACE Club member.
• Quantities are limited.
• If inventory is depleted, ACE Club members who have not redeemed a $10 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card may receive Free Slot Play or NNC consolation prize for the same amount as the $10 gift card. (Limit one (1) Free Slot Play/NNC consolation prize per ACE Club Member).

2. Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

• Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.

• On each promotional day, invited VIPs will go to the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk at ACCCC from 7:00PM – 9:30PM to get a voucher that will be printed out to take to be redeemed at the ACCCC ACE Club for one (1) Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card (each valued between $50 – $150 USD) by a Marketing representative during ACE Club operational hours (while supplies last). If inventory is depleted, invited VIP who have not redeemed a gift may receive Free Slot Play or NNC consolation prize for the same amount as the gift card they qualified for. (Limit one (1) Free Slot Play or NNC consolation prize per invited VIP.)

• On each promotional day, ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation but earned the required number of slot points or table games rated play will go to the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk at ACCCC from 7:00PM – 9:30PM to get a voucher that will be printed out to take direct them to redeem at the ACCCC ACE Club for one (1) Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card (each valued at $10) with a Marketing representative during ACE Club operational hours, (while supplies last). If inventory is depleted, ACE Club Member who have not redeemed a gift may receive either $10 Free Slot Play or $10 NNC consolation prize (Limit one (1) Free Slot Play or NNC consolation prize ACE Club member).

• ACE Club members who did not qualify to receive an invitation may only redeem one (1) Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk Offer throughout the promotional period. ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, on each promotional Friday (December 6^th, 13^th, 20^th, and 27^th, 2024) by playing with an ACE Club Card properly inserted on qualifying slot machines or have rated table games play with their ACE Club Card at ACCCC only. ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to receive the Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card. The Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk Offer shall be available for play during Promotion hours 7:00Pm to 9:30PM

• Limit one (1) Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card, per invited VIP/ACE Club member, to be issued by a Marketing representative at the ACE Club at ACCCC only (during operational hours).

• Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card quantities are limited and if inventory is depleted, invited VIPs and ACE Club members who have not redeemed an Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card may choose to receive either Free Slot Play or NNC as a consolation prize (Limit one (1) Free Slot Play or NNC consolation prize per invited VIP or ACE Club member).

•  Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.

1. ACE, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.

1. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

1. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors,  clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

1. Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

1. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

1. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

1. Invited VIPs must show valid identification to claim a prize, (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: federal regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
2. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

1. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

1. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

• A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to ACE Club Members upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

$101 – $1500 – Expires in 30 Days

The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

The Invited VIPs receiving the Gift Card amount is based upon average daily theoretical win or average daily theoretical win/loss or annual theoretical win or annual win/loss and markets in which they live and total number of visits.

Invited VIPs may not earn slot points/ table games rated play to receive the $10 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card.

Any ACE Club member, including Invited VIP, may only redeem one (1) gift card (while supplies last).

The Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Cards may not be used for gaming, or exchanged for Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips. The Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash. The Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card may not be used for the purchase of alcohol.

Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the Invited VIP or ACE Club member by a Marketing representative, then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. NNC vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
