$20 POKER CASH PLAY OFFER

The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) will be hosting a promotion for poker tournament players. Poker tournament players who are ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to qualify for a $20 Poker Cash Play Offer (in live poker chips) as a bonus for playing in one of our Daily or Nightly Poker Tournaments.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

• Poker players who play in any Daily or Nightly Poker Tournaments shall have the opportunity to qualify for a $20 Poker Cash Play Offer (in live poker chips) by playing in one of the Poker Room’s live (cash play) poker games. Players must play at least one (1) hour of carded play in a live (cash play) poker game to receive the $20 Poker Cash Play Offer. The $20 Poker Cash Play Offer is only valid for a period of up to 23 hours from the start of the tournament the player previously played.

• (Example: after a player has finished playing in a 6:00pm (start time) Nightly Poker Tournament, the player will have an opportunity to play in a live (cash play) poker game to claim a $20 Poker Cash Play Offer (in live poker chips) after one (1) hour of carded poker play. Players may play any time after that tournament and up to 5:00pm of the following day (23 hours) after the start of the tournament from which the player originally received the opportunity to qualify for the $20 Poker Cash Play Offer). 

• Poker players who wish to take advantage of the opportunity to receive the $20 Poker Cash Play Offer must inform a Poker Room Floor Supervisor (or above) prior to beginning the required one (1) hour of carded play at a live (cash play) poker game in order to receive the offer.

PLAYER PARTICIPATION TRACKING:

During each Daily or Nightly Poker Tournament, the Poker Room Cashier (or above) will record the tournament players’ names and ACE Players Club numbers on a Tournament Control Sheet. The Poker Room Cashier (or above) will make a copy of the Tournament Control Sheet to be kept at the Poker Cashier Podium. After a player finishes a tournament or returns to play at a later time, during the above-referenced 23-hour period from the start of the tournament, the player will be required to play one (1) hour of carded live cash play at a poker table. Upon completion of the one (1) hour carded play requirement, the player may request to have the $20 Poker Cash Play Offer (in live poker chips) brought to the table or the player may request the $20 Poker Cash (in live poker chips) from the Poker Room Cashier (or above) upon cashing out from play.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Restricted patronslayers are not eligible for this promotion. 

3.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate. 

4.     Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards).   

5.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.  

6.     Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.

7.     Poker players must complete one (1) hour of carded live cash play at a poker table within the specified timeframe (after participating in a Daily or Nightly Poker Tournament) to qualify for the $20 Poker Cash Play Offer. Each eligible player’s one (1) hour of live carded cash play shall be tracked utilizing the Bravo Tracking system.

8.     Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

9.     Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log will and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

10.  For each award or prize won, a Poker Cashier (or above) will enter the following information on the Winner’s $20 Poker Cash Play Offer Promotion Winner’sLog: 

a.     Ddate; and 

b.     Ttime of tournament play;,

c.      Prize amount wonwinner’s name, number of hours played;, prize amount won, 

d.     Winner’s name and signature, evidencing they have received the prize;

e.     ACE Club account number andalong with the 

f.      Poker Cashier’s  (or above) signature and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. 

The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

11.  Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

12.  Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

13.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

14.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

15.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.  

16.  All patron dispute(s) related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

17.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, and procedures.

18.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.

19.  Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

20.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

21.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
