Culinary Cook I is responsible for the preparation of food for outlets as needed. Such prep may include cold salads, meat trays, desserts, fruit and cheese trays, garnishes, and hot items when necessary, per outlet requirements.

Culinary Cook II is responsible for the cooking, production of entrée, vegetable, and specialty station foods. May also cook roasted items to be used in other food outlets.

Culinary Cook III is responsible for the cooking, production of vegetables, and specialty station foods. May also cook roasted items to be used in other food outlets. Assure preparation and Guest Service is of the highest possible quality in a timely manner.

ENGINEER

Ensure that the casino facilities are always in top condition

As an Engineer, you will be part of a team that ensures the casino facilities are always in top condition. You will work with all departments on an as needed basis, performing tasks such as repairing, painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
