Starting as a Count Team Member, she rose through the ranks to become the Count Team Lead Supervisor, managing Shift Supervisors and handling administrative work. Santa and her team have smoothly navigated the addition of Agua Caliente Cathedral City and Agua Caliente Fuel. Always smiling, Santa’s positivity and dedication make her a joy to work with.
