GENERAL INFORMATION
The Show Concert Theatre is not just for today’s hottest entertainers. This premier venue offers an exclusive state-of-the-art space for your general sessions, meetings, conventions, and special events.
SEATING
The Show can comfortably seat 2,057 guests. The theatre floor seats 457 guests with an additional 1,600 seats in the theatre lounge, mezzanine, and balcony. Only 125 feet stands between the stage and the rearmost seat in the theatre offering a clear view from every seat in the house. For smaller groups we offer a room reduction system. Our unique MechoShade system at balcony and mezzanine levels can reduce capacity to 1,334 at balcony separation or 919 at balcony and mezzanine separations. This creates a more intimate atmosphere for smaller groups and events. Twelve luxury boxes/suites are available with optional bottle service and gourmet catering.
EVENT AREA
- Exhibit/Dining Area – The center of the theatre can be configured to the specification of your event. Two large entry points access this area from the lobby, allowing for a smooth traffic flow. Great for exhibit booth space, formal plated dinners or more casual buffets.
- Registration/Break Area – The up-scale lobby offers a great space for registration, greeting tables, break stations, or more intimate special events.
- Beverage/Bar Service – Beverage service is available on each floor. Box seats offer private service and a luxurious seating area. Beverage stations can also be configured on the theatre floor.

- The stage space is 152′ x 44′ with a proscenium opening of 65′ x 32′
