Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (hereinafter referred to as “ACCRM”, “ACCPS”, & “ACCCC”) otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos and including the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk at Agua Caliente Fuel, will send direct marketing offers to qualified ACE Club members based on the amount of Slot Points earned on their ACE Club Card on Friday, February 7, 2025
This ‘Earn and Get’ offer, titled 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer, will be communicated to ACE Club members via an eblast, mailer, and through the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks. Qualifying ACE Club members must earn a minimum of 200 slot points (up to 3,300 slot points) on Friday, February 7, 2025 and must swipe their ACE Club Card at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks (including Agua Caliente Fuel) on the Casino Floor, also on Friday, February 7, 2025, in order to register for the promotion by selecting the 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer tile.
All qualifying Slot Points earning and Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk registration/check-ins may be completed at any Agua Caliente Casino property, including Agua Caliente Fuel for this promotion. Based on ACE Club members earned slot points on Friday, February 7, 2025, the 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer shall be redeemed equally in two (2) separate visits at any Agua Caliente Casino property, including Agua Caliente Fuel. The 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer will have two (2) redemption periods and the bonus amount will be divided equally between the redemption periods. The 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer redemption periods are as follows:
- Wednesday, March 19 – Friday, March 21, 2025;
- Wednesday, April 2 – Friday, April 4, 2025.
All 15X Bonus Free Slot Play offers will be preloaded onto ACE Club accounts during the redemption periods. Qualified ACE Club members will only be able to redeem each offer one (1) time during each redemption period.
The Offer Matrix below shows the breakdown of the 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer which will be issued to qualifying ACE Club members.
Play to Earn Slot Point Criteria & Registration:
- Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.
- ACE Club members will be required to earn a minimum of 200 slot points (up to 3,300 slot points) in order to qualify for the 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer.
- Qualifying ACE Club members will be eligible to redeem up to $248 Free Slot Play during each redemption period by earning the required points from the offer matrix (see below).
- ACE Club members must earn Slot Points while using their ACE Club Card properly inserted into qualifying slot machines, for an opportunity to receive the 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer.
- ACE Club Members will also be required to swipe their ACE Club Card at any Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk in order to select the 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer tile in order to register/check-in for the promotion.
- Qualified ACE Club members who have registered for the promotion via the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk and have earned the slot points stated in the matrix below will receive the 15X Free Slot Play Bonus Offer.
15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer Slot Point Earning and Redemption Dates:
- The time frame to earn the required slot points and to register/check-in at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk at any Agua Caliente Casino, including Agua Caliente Fuel, is from 12:00AM – 11:59PM on Friday, February 7, 2025.
- The redemption times are 12:00AM – 11:59PM on Wednesday, March 19 – Friday, March 21, 2025 and Wednesday, April 2 – Friday, April 4, 2025.
Steps to Receive Offer:
- The 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer will be electronically associated in Patron Management via “Preloaded Offers” for Free Slot Play and will include the ACE Club member’s first and last name and ACE Club Card account number.
- ACE Club members must “card-in” at qualifying slot machines on Wednesday, March 19 – Friday, March 21, 2025 and Wednesday, April 2 – Friday, April 4, 2025. The qualifying slot machines for this promotion will be those slot machines that do not have a sign informing players that the machine does not accept Free Slot Play.
- The 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer can be redeemed only one (1) time for each redemption period.
The 15X Bonus Free Slot Play Offer may be combined with other valid offers previously awarded.

- The 15X Bonus Free Slot Play offer, issued by Patron Management, will only be valid from 12:00AM until 11:59PM on the last day of each redemption period.
GENERAL RULES:
- Must be at least 21 years or older to participate.
- Must be an ACE Club member to redeem direct marketing offers.
- Restricted patrons are not eligible to participate.
- Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.
- Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.
- Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
- Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
- Management reserves the right to black out holiday or special event periods. Black-out periods will be clearly stated on the direct marketing offers.
- ACE Club members must show valid identification to claim a prize/gift (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Players must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize/gift.
- Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
- Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
- The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
- Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these direct marketing offers.
- Preloaded Free Slot Play: Free Slot Play offers preloaded through the Patron Management system do not require a coupon for redemption and the ACE Club member must insert their ACE Club Card with PIN in a qualified slot machine (that permits Free Slot Play) to initiate offer. Valid at Agua Caliente Casino(s) including Agua Caliente Fuel, during the promotional period on the direct marketing offer.
- All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.
- Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
- A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
