Qualified ACE Club Members who have met the earning criteria may redeem a voucher for their one (1) pair of concert tickets by visiting the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks at the property the concert is being hosted and then head to the ACE Club to be verified. Once verified the Qualified ACE Club Member will be provided pick-up details and the ticket distribution area. Qualified ACE Club Members must have their voucher during ticket pick up in order to receive there tickets. Please see below for more details:

Earning Requirements

Slots: 280 Slot PointsTable Games: $75 Table Theoretical Loss

Method of Ticket Distribution/Pick-Up:

After claiming offer, the ACE Club member shall then be directed to present this slip to the Ticket Distribution at the ACE Club from 3:00PM to 6:00PM on the date of the show (while supplies last).

A list of all ACE Club members who picked-up tickets can be generated from the system, upon request to ACGC Compliance.

Issuance of Concert Tickets

Ticket issuance will be completed by a Marketing representative, and recorded via Event Tracker, at the time of ticket pick-up and will be conducted at the ticket distribution at the ACE Club during the 3:00PM to 6:00PM on date of concert event (while supplies last) by a Marketing representative.
