Each promotional week, Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will offer ACE Club members who play on the casino floor to earn the opportunity to participate in an Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk game for a chance to win Free Slot Play, Table Games Match Play, Gift Cards and/or Cash Prizes, during this tri-property promotion. ACE Club members will be notified of the promotion via property advertisements and direct marketing offers.

 Sizzling Spin Cash and Gift Card Bonanza Kiosk Game:

·       ACE Club members must earn slot points or play table games while using their ACE Club Cards, on qualifying slot machines and table games for an opportunity to play the Sizzling Spin Cash and Gift Card Bonanza Kiosk Game (see Tiers & Slot Point/Table Games Theoretical Win earning requirements listed below).

·      Entry earning shall begin at 5:00AM each promotional day and will end at 6:00PM each promotional day.

·      Entries must be earned at the Casino property hosting the Sizzling Spin Cash and Gift Card Bonanza promotion including Agua Caliente Fuel, during the aforementioned promotional dates, to participate.

·      Table Game theoretical wins may be earned at any casino property excluding Agua Caliente Fuel.

·      Each time an ACE Club member reaches a slot point or table games theoretical (theo) win threshold, they shall have the opportunity to play the promotional kiosk game at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks located throughout the Casino Floor of the hosting Casino property. Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks shall be available for use for this promotion from 12:00PM – 6:00PM on each promotional day.

·      ACE Club members are eligible to participate up to seven (7) times each promotional day, for their choice of Free Slot Play, Table Games Match Play, Gift Cards or Cash Prizes.

·      Prizes selected at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks must be all Free Slot Play, all Table Games Match Play, all Gift Cards, or all Cash Prizes (no partial payments).

·       ACE Club members who opt to receive their prize in Free Slot Play, the amount will be automatically loaded onto their account from the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk by coupon code.

·      ACE Club members who opt to receive their prize in Table Games Match Play, Cash Prize or Gift Card will receive a receipt from the promotional kiosk to be presented at the applicable ACE Club. Once receipt is presented, they will receive their Table Games Match Play, Cash Prize or Gift Card from an ACE Club representative on the same promotional day.

o   When an ACE Club Representative processes a cash prize, the ACE Club Representative shall fill out a cash memo instructing the cage as to where the cash funds should be paid from and escort the winner to the Cashier Cage along with the cash memo. The ACE Club Representative will then hand the cash memo to the Cashier Cage to award the cash prize to the winner. The Marketing Department Budget shall be used to award all cash prizes.

·      Table Games Match Play prizes award by the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks must be redeemed at the applicable ACE Club within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the prize.

Tiers & Slot Point/Table Games Theoretical Win earning requirements are as follows:

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to qualify to participate.

2.     Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.

3.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.

4.     ACE Club members may only redeem a max of seven (7) Kiosk Offer prizes each promotional day during the promotional period (one (1) participation swipe for each Tier Level achieved). In order to participate in a Tier, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games theo, per Tier Level, beginning at 5:00AM through 6:00PM each promotional day by playing on any variety of slot machines or table games with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino (including AC- Fuel for slots only). ACE Club Members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve tier prizes. The Promotional Kiosk Offer shall be available for play from 12:00PM – 6:00PM, each promotional day.

5.     ACE, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.

6.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

7.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

8.     Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

9.     Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

10.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate

11.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize, (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: federal regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

13.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

14.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

15.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to ACE Club Members upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

16.  Free Slot Play Coupon Codes: Coupon codes for all Free Slot Play prizes will be created in the Patron Management system and tied to the “Play to Win” kiosk swipe and get in the Everi Trilogy System. When the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk awards a Free Slot Play prize to any Ace Club Member the coupon code will be redeemed onto the ACE Club Members account in Patron Management to issue the Free Slot Play to the account. Valid at Agua Caliente Casino(s).

17.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

o   $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 days

18.  Table Match Play Coupon Codes: Coupon Codes for all Table Match Play prizes will be created in the Patron Management system and tied to the “Play to Win” kiosk swipe and get in the Everi Trilogy System. The coupons will be awarded to Patron Management accounts for ACE Club members when they redeem their kiosk receipt at the ACE Club for a Table Match Play coupon. Valid at Agua Caliente Casino (s). If an ACE Club Member wins a Table Match Play prize they will need to go to the ACE Club to physically receive their prize within 24 hours of redemption from the promotional kiosk. Table Match Play offers will expire 24 hours from date of redemption at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk and/or issuance from the ACE Club.

19.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
