Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCCC), will host the ACCCC 2025 Halloween Bash – Concert, Costume Contest & Invitational Drawings on Friday, October 31, 2025 in the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar. The event will include a concert featuring Empire Records and a Costume Contest for an opportunity to win up to $1,000 in Cash prizes. Only invited ACE Club members can earn electronic drawing entries into the Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing to win additional Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP or OTUNNC) prizes. ACE Club members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers and e-blast, and property collateral.

Costume Contest
Registration Time: 8:00PM – 9:45PM
· Registration table will be located at The Agave Caliente Tequila Bar with a Marketing representative.
· Photo of costume must be taken to complete the registration process and to participate in the Costume Contest.
· ACE Club members & Guests must register as individual costumes (not based on couples/group costumes).
· Guests are not required to be or become an ACE Club member to participate, but winners must be or become an ACE Club member to claim their prize.
Costume Contest Judging Time: 10:00PM – 10:30PM
· The judges are comprised of Three (3) Marketing representatives that will be present at the registration table.
· The judges will collectively review the costume photos and select the Top Three (3) Overall Best Costumes.
Costume Contest Winners Announcement: 10:30PM – 10:45PM
· During the ACCCC 2025 Halloween Bash Concert, Costume Contest and Invitational Drawing, the DJ or MC will orchestrate the commencement of the Costume Contest between 10:30PM – 10:45PM at the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar.
· The Three (3) Finalists will be announced by the DJ or MC.
· The Three (3) Finalists will have one (1) minute to get on stage with a Marketing representative at the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar.
· Finalists will be determined and chosen by the panel of three (3) judges prior to the prize announcements.
o The Finalists will be ranked as winners (1st place through 3rd place) by the applause of the audience.
o The winners will then be awarded Cashbased on the Costume Contest Prize Structure below.
· In the event the ACE Club members or Guests do not show up for the costume contest category portion during the allotted time frame of five (5) minutes; Marketing representatives will continue to choose winners until there are Top Three (3) Finalists.
· Winners must be present to win.
· Must be or become an ACE Club member to claim prize.
Costume Contest Prize Structure:

Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing:
· ACE Club members must be invited to participate in the Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing.
· Four (4) winners of $250 FSP/OTUNNC will be announced by a Marketing representative from the center of the Casino floor at 11:00PM.
· Invited ACE Club members will be able to play & earn slot point or table games theoretical win on their ACE Club Card for electronic drawing entries to participate in the drawings.
· Slot point earning begins at 5:00AM through 10:50PM on Friday, October 31, 2025.
· Ten (10) slot points earned = one (1) electronic drawing entry
· $5 table games theoretical win = one (1) electronic drawing entry.
· To be eligible, electronic drawing entries must be activated within two (2) hours prior to the drawing time, by playing Slots or Table Games with their ACE Club card at ACCCC only.
· Earned electronic drawing entries will expire after the drawing is completed on the promotional day.
· The Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing are for invited ACE Club members only.
· Must be present to win.
· If a selected winner does not claim within the five (5) minute allotted time period, a new winner will be selected until all four (4) prizes are awarded.
Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing Structure:
· Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing shall be conducted from the center of the Casino floor and winners will be announced by a marketing representative throughout the Casino Floor at ACCCC only.
· At 11:00PM, four (4) winners will be selected by a Marketing representative to win $250 FSP/OTUNNCs each.
· Invited ACE Club members must to be present to win.
· Invited ACE Club Members may only win one (1) time during the Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing.

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machine:
· Electronic drawing entry earning begins Friday, October 31, 2025 at 5:00AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing time on the promotional day.
o (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rules 2, 3 (a)(b) & 4).
· Every ten (10) slot points earned = One (1) electronic drawing entry into the drawing for the promotion.
· Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only (with the exception of video poker machines containing roulette).
· Electronic drawing entries must be earned based on slot play at ACCCC only, while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted.
· Entries earned will expire at the completion of the drawing on the promotional day.
· To be eligible, entries must be activated within two (2) hours prior to the drawing time, by playing slots with an ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine.
· IMPORTANT: Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted at ACCCC ONLY.
Electronic Drawings Entry Earning Table Games:
· Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Friday, October 31, 2025 at 5:00AM and ends 10 minutes prior to the last drawing time on the promotional day.
o (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rules 4, 5 & 6(a)(b)(c)).
· $5 table games theoretical win = One (1) electronic drawing entry into the drawing for the promotion.
· To activate their earned entries, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within two (2) hours before each drawing.
· Players must have rated table games play within two (2) hours of the drawing time to be eligible.
· Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) starting thirty (30) minutes prior to the drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the drawings to activate entries into the drawing.
· If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

INVITATIONAL DRAWING AND DRAWING ENTRY RULES:
1. Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing are for the invited ACE Club members only
2. Winners must be present at the time of the Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing to win.
3. Invited ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win limit one (1) time during the Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing, on the promotional day.
4. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
5. Winners will be announced on the ACCCC Casino floor and will have five (5) minutes to report to a Marketing representative at the Promotional Area at the center of the Casino floor. If a valid winner is not verified within the time limit, we will redraw until a valid winner is verified. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time frame will forfeit their participation in the winner selection process for that respective drawing.
6. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
7. For each winner selected, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Club number and the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
8. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft:
1. Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine, at ACCCC only. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per ten (10) slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.
2. All qualifying slot and/or table games entries for the “Invitational Halloween Bash Drawings” must be earned starting at 5:00AM on Friday, October 31, 2025 and will end ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing time on the promotional day. Slot points can be earned at ACCCC only. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines”). Entry earning for table games players shall be based on table games play at ACCCC only.
3. Slot Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards the drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:
a. Properly inserting their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine.
b. The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine at least ten (10) minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time. This process must be repeated at every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum.
4. For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated a within (2) hours prior to the drawing time in order to be eligible to win. A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from each promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries
5. Table Games players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theoretical win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theoretical win accumulated during the promotional period. Table Game drawing entries can only be earned at ACCCC. (See “Table Game Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”)
6. Table Games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards the drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps.
a. Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game a within of two (2) hours before the drawing session.
b. A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings thirty (30)-minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the promotion to activate the electronic drawing.
c. If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. 7. Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have Five (5) minutes to report to the drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify an authorized Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the Five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) authorized Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.
8. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30)-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
9. Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted Five (5) minute period, that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log. A Marketing representative, with one (1) authorized Marketing representative serving as a witness, will mark the expired drawing entry as “no show” or “ineligible winner” and sign with time, name, and gaming license number on the drawing entry. The Winners Log shall also be noted by at least one (1) authorized Marketing representative as “no show” or “ineligible winner” and signed with time, name, and gaming license number of the authorized Marketing representative
10. 12. For One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes Comp Voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed the, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips. One Time UseNon-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire twenty (24) hours after issuance.
13. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). 14. The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by an authorized Marketing representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
15. For each award or prize won, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion; winner’s first and last name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number on the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
16. In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.”
17. Invited ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win one (1) time during the Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing at 11:00PM.
GENERAL RULES:
1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
2. Guests are not required to be an ACE Club member to register for the costume contest, however, they must become an ACE Club member to claim their prize.
3. Only Invited ACE Club members may participate in the Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing.
4. ACE Club members will qualify to receive an invitation to the Invitational Halloween Bash Drawing based upon Average Daily Worth (ADW) for the previous twelve (12) months.
5. To participate in the costume contest, a photo must be taken of the participant for judges to use for the judging portion of the costume contest. In the event that the participant does not want a photo taken of them they will not be able to complete the registration process or participate in the costume contest.
6. Restricted patrons will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
7. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
8. Any patron entering the event area must be 21 or over, a Marketing representative will request a valid identification for any attendee invited or participating in the promotional event who appears to be under the age of 35.
9. Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
10. Direct Marketing Offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
11. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
12. Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
13. The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
14. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
15. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
16. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
17. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
18. Prize won must be received in either all Cash, or all FSP or all OTUNNC’s (no partial payments).
19. OTUNNC prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then paid out at the Main Cashier’s Cage. OTUNNC vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
20. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
a. $1 – $100 – Expires 24 hours
b. $101 – $1,500 – Expires 30 days
21. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos websites. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
22. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
