Thanksgiving to-go and decadent menus offered at Agua Caliente Casinos this Thanksgiving

COACHELLA VALLEY, CALIF. (November 3, 2022)  – Agua Caliente Casinos, a top dining, entertainment and resort portfolio of properties in the Coachella Valley, are making Thanksgiving simple and delicious this year with seven decadent dining menus and curbside pick-up Thanksgiving To-Go. Special Thanksgiving menus can be found at Waters Café, Café One Eleven, The Steakhouse Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage, and all three 360 Sports locations.

Thanksgiving To-Go is the perfect option for families who want to spend time at home without the hassle of cooking or cleaning. For $220, Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage and Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs are offering an all-in-one Thanksgiving dinner package, including all the fixings. Thanksgiving To-Go includes:

• Premium Whole Roasted Sage Turkey
• Butternut Squash Bisque
• Housemade Orange Cinnamon Cranberry Relish
• Baby Spinach Salad with Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms, Warm Bacon Dressing
• Chestnut Sage Stuffing

To get out of the house on Thanksgiving Day, try Waters Café at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage. The $38 pre-fixe menu includes butternut squash bisque with cinnamon crème fraiche or baby mixed greens with cranberries, dates, cherry tomatoes, candied walnuts, warm bacon vinaigrette, and goat cheese. Fill up on the entrée of slow roasted turkey with smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, cornbread sausage stuffing, candied yams, Brussels sprouts, turkey gravy, and cranberry relish. Finish it off with a traditional pumpkin pie and whipped cream. Waters Café is open from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and reservations are not required to dine.

Meanwhile, Café One Eleven inside of Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City is offering a special menu for $55 for dine in or for curbside pick-up. Guests may choose from two delicious starters – the butternut bisque with crème fraiche, brown butter and candied pepitas or the roasted beet salad with smoked goat cheese, orange segments, chicories, candied pistachios, and champagne vinaigrette. For the main course, a roasted free-range turkey with boursin mashed potatoes, gravy, sage stuffing, candied sweet potatoes, French green beans and cranberry chutney will be served. Sweeten it up with the pumpkin pie with Chantilly cream and a candied pup. Café One Eleven is open from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving day and reservations are not required to dine. For an elegant, intimate Thanksgiving, The Steakhouse at Rancho Mirage or Palm Springs is the perfect choice. For $75, The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage will feature a pre-fixe menu of delicta squash “pumpkin” soup with pumpkin brunoise, toasted pumpkin seeds and brown butter crème fraiche, followed by the roasted persimmon salad with baby greens, frisee cashews, Manchego cheese and champagne vinaigrette. The main course delights, with herb butter sous vide turkey breast, dark meat confit, sausage stuffing with golden raisins and walnuts, served with a green bean casserole and sweet potato-root vegetable gratin, all topped with a citrus-cranberry relish and turkey gravy. It’s all topped off with the Steakhouse chocolate bread pudding, salted caramel ice cream and bourbon anglaise. Meanwhile, The Steakhouse at Palm Springs will offer a pre-fixe menu for $68, starting with a choice of either the goat cheese and arugula salad with strawberries, almonds and a honey Dijon vinaigrette or the sweet potato and butternut squash bisque with crème fraiche and herb brioche crouton. For the entrée, guests may choose from three hearty entrees – the roasted turkey, Prime Rib or baked salmon oscar. Top it off with the pumpkin cheesecake or with an apple and cranberry tart. For a laid-back celebration, visit 360 Sports at any Agua Caliente Casino location for a Thanksgiving-inspired meal while the big football game plays on the floor-to-ceiling flat screens. At Rancho Mirage, 360 Sports will serve up the Thanksgiving turkey burger with apple slaw and cranberry aioli, served with sweet potato fries for $18. Palm Springs and Cathedral City’s Thanksgiving special is the open-faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes, cranberry chutney, turkey gravy and green bean fries for $20.
