Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (referred to as ACCCC respectively in the promotional rules) will offer one (1) patron the opportunity to win a prize by posting content to their Instagram account that meets the contest criteria. The prize will be one (1) $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card. Patrons will be notified via signage at the ACCCC Jingle & Mingle decorated areas and the Agua Caliente Casinos’ Instagram account. The purpose of this giveaway is to encourage patrons to post their content of the Jingle & Mingle designated decorated areas to drive visits, increase awareness, increase follower growth on social media, and develop ACE Club members.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

The ACCCC Advertising Department will have decorated areas of the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar and the decorated photo op wall along the main entrance of ACCCC referred to as Jingle & Mingle. Patrons will be encouraged to take a photo or create a reel incorporating the ACCCC Jingle & Mingle decorated areas of the Agave Tequila Bar and the decorated photo op along the main entrance of ACCCC and post to their personal Instagram grid to be entered into the Jingle & Mingle Social Media Contest. On Wednesday, December 3^rd, 2025, one (1) patron will be randomly selected to win the prize of one (1) $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card.

GIVEAWAY ENTRY RULES:

How to Enter:

·      Patron must be following @AguaCalienteCasinos on Instagram. 

·      Patron must post one (1) photo and/or one (1) reel to their Instagram main grid, tag @AguaCalienteCasinos and use hashtag #ExperienceAgua on December 3^rd, 2025 from 5:00 PM PT to 8:30 PM PT. 

·      The photo or reel must incorporate the ACCCC Jingle & Mingle designated decorated area of the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar and the decorated photo op wall along the main entrance of ACCCC.

·      Patrons can submit unlimited entries on the promotional day.

Winner Selection:

·      On Wednesday, December 3^rd, 2025 at 8:45 PM PT one (1) winner shall be randomly selected by Social Media Specialist (or above) via Patron Management Random Number Generator.

·      On Wednesday, December 3^rd, 2025 by 8:45 PM PT, a Social Media Specialist (or above) shall announce the winner from the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar.

·      Once a winner is confirmed, the winner will be announced via the Agua Caliente Casinos’ Instagram account via an Instagram story (story will be live for 24 hours). 

o   The winner must be present and identify themselves as the winner of the Jingle & Mingle Social Media Contest, by showing their Instagram account to an authorized Marketing representative. Winner will have three (3) minutes from winner announcement to claim. 

§ In the event that the winner does not identify themselves within three (3) minutes of the winner announcement, a new winner will be chosen.

§ The winner must claim their prize at the ACCCC ACE Club with an ACE Club Representative (or above) by 11:59 PM PT on 12/03/2025.

·      The winner must be or become an ACE Club member and must provide valid photo ID to redeem the prize consisting of one (1) $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card.

·      The winner of the Jingle & Mingle Social Media Contest must take the prize of one (1) $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card. (No consolation prize options available). 

·      Qualifiers-The following items are considered qualifying entries for the Jingle & Mingle Social Media Contest:

·      On December 3, 2025 from 5:00 PM PT, to 8:30 PM PT, patron must post one (1) photo or one (1) reel to their Instagram main grid, tag @AguaCalienteCasinos and use hashtag #ExperienceAgua (Both tag & hashtag is required)

·      The photo and/or reel must incorporate the ACCCC Jingle & Mingle designated decorated area of the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar and the decorated photo op wall along the main entrance of ACCCC (displayed at ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar).

·      Patrons can submit unlimited entries on the promotional day.

·      The photo and/or reel must to stay live on the patron’s Instagram account through the entirety of the promotional period.

Disqualifiers– The following items are considered disqualifiers for the Jingle & Mingle Social Media Contest:

·      Must have a public Instagram profile

·      Must be a photo post and/or a reel (Instagram story post does not qualify)

·      Missing hashtag #ExperienceAgua or missing tag @AguaCalienteCasinos (Both hashtag & account tag are required on the phone and/or reel)

·      Any deleted photo and/or reel posts will not be seen by the Agua Caliente Casinos Social Media Team.

·      Inappropriate language and/or behavior of any sort portrayed in the photo and/or reel or caption, will be immediately disqualified from the promotion and all existing entries will the withdrawn.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to redeem promotional prize

2.     Do not have to be or become an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to claim the prize consisting of one (1) $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card.

4.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

5.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

6.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

7.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

8.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

12.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. 13.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

14.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1.800.GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

15.  Prize winner will be randomly selected via Patron Management Random Number Generator by Socail Media Specialst (or above) and announced in person from the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar on Wednesday, December 3^rd, 2025 at 8:45 PM PST, and on Agua Caliente Casinos’ Instagram account via an Instagram story (story will be live for 24 hours).

a.     The winner must be present and identify themselves as the winner of the Jingle & Mingle Social Media Contest, by showing their Instagram account to an authorized Marketing representative. Winner will have three (3) minutes from winner announcement to claim.

16.  The drawing for the prize consisting of one (1) $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card will take place at the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar at Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City on Wednesday December 3, 2025 at 8:45PM, by way of internal random number generator. 

17.  A Social Media Specialist (or above) will enter the data values (drawing entries) into an independent third-party laboratory certified Special Events random number generator (RNG) created by the Agua Caliente Casinos IT Department, in the order they were generated to select a winning line/cell

18.  A Social Media Specialist (or above) will record a list of one (1) winner and one secondary back-up winner (1), generated by the RNG. The first name populated will be considered the winner and the second name populated will be considered secondary back-up winner in the event the first winner chosen does not acknowledge their prize notification.

19.  In the event that the winner does not identify themselves within three (3) minutes of the winner announcement, a new winner will be chosen. 

20.  Winner will be instructed, in person, by a Social Media Specialist (or above) to visit the ACE Club at ACCCC to claim their prize with an ACE Club Representative (or above) and must show valid photo ID to claim (i.e. driver’s license, government issued Photo ID Card, ACBCI Tribal ID, military ID, or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent ID cards.) Winner must claim their prize by 11:59 PM PT on 12/03/2025.

21.  The winner of the Jingle & Mingle Social Media Contest must take the prize consisting of one (1) $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card.

22.  The Agua Caliente Casino gift card can be used at all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties (excluding AC Fuel).

23.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and Winner’s Release Form shall be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

24.   The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

25.  An authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, and the award or prize won.  The Marketing representative shall sign the log with name and gaming license number, attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

26.  No substitution prizes shall be issued. Once the winner has the gift card in their possession, Agua Caliente Casinos shall not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards.  No replacement gift cards shall be issued.  Gift cards do not have an expiration date.

27.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

28.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission, (hereinafter referred to as ACGC), retains the right to suspend, rescind or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCCC), will host the ACCCC Deven & Ned Holiday Bonus on Wednesdays, beginning December 3, 2025 – December 24, 2025 in the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar. The events will include Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing and an Ugly Sweater Contest. ACE Club members will be notified of this promotion via e-blast, and property collateral.

Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing Event Details:

Ugly Sweater Contest Event Details:

·      Date: Wednesday, December 17, 2025

·      Location: ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar 

Ugly Sweater Contest Registration: 6:30PM – 7:30PM 

o   Registration table will be located at the ACCCC The Agave Caliente Tequila Bar with a Marketing representative (or above).

o   Photo of the Ugly Sweater must be taken to complete the registration process and to participate in the Ugly Sweater Contest.

o   Participants must register an individual (not based on couples/groups).

o   Participants are not required to be or become an ACE Club member to register, but winners must be or become an ACE Club member to claim their prize.

Ugly Sweater Contest Judging Time: 7:30PM – 8:00PM

·       The judges are comprised of three (3) Marketing representatives that will be present at the registration table. 

·      The judges will collectively review the Ugly Sweater photos and select the Top Three (3) Finalist.

Ugly Sweater Contest Winners Announcement: 8:15PM – 8:30PM

·      The Three (3) Finalists will be announced by the Emcees Devin & Handsome Ned and/or a Marketing representative at the stage located inside of the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar. 

·      Finalists will have one (1) minute to get on stage with a Marketing representative and Devin & Handsome Ned. 

·      Finalists will be determined and chosen by the panel of three (3) judges prior to the prize announcements.

o   The Finalists will be ranked as the Top 3 Best Ugly Sweater Winners (1^st place through 3^rd place) by the applause of the audience.

o   The winners will then be awarded Free Slot Playbased on the Ugly Sweater Contest Prize Structure below. 

·      In the event any of the winners do not show up to the stage during the allotted time frame of one (1) minute; Marketing representatives will continue to choose from the runner-up winners until there are Top Three (3) Finalists.

o   Three (3) runner ups will be selected by the judges while the Top Three (3) Finalist are chosen.

·      Winners must be present to win.

·      Must be or become an ACE Club member to claim prize. 

Ugly Sweater Contest Prize Structure:

·      Overall Top Three (3) Best Ugly Sweaters: 

o   1^st Place: $100 Free Slot Play

Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing:

·      ACE Club members who received a system generated drawing ticket between Wednesdays, December 3, 2025 – December 24, 2025 can participate in the Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing. 

o   One (1) winner of $100 FSP will be announced by a Marketing representative (or above) from the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar at 8:30PM.

·      ACE Club members who attend Hot Spot Bingo in the month of December will receive a system generated drawing ticket from a marketing representative (or above) at the check-in table outside of the ACCCC Agave Tequila bar. 

o   Drawing Barrel will be located at ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar, on the check-in table under camera coverage (Once check-in is completed, drawing barrel will be moved to ACCCC ACE Club back counter).

·      To participate in the drawings, ACE Club member must deposit their system generated drawing ticket into the drawing barrel located at ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar by a Marketing representative (or above) on the promotional day.

·      The Grand Prize Holiday Bonus is only for Hot Spot Bingo attendees that are ACE Club members.

·      Must be present to win.

·      If a selected winner does not claim within the one (1) minute allotted time period, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected until the prize is awarded.

·      Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing shall be conducted and announced from the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar by a marketing representative at ACCCC only.

·      ACE Club Members may only win one (1) time during the Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing.

Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawings Rules and Entry Rules: 

1.     Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing are only for the Hot Spot Bingo attendees who are ACE Club members 

2.     Winners must be present at the time of the Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing to win.

3.     ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win one (1) time during the Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing, on the promotional day. 

4.     For the duration of the event (on the promotional day) at ACCCC, Drawing Barrel will be located at ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar, on the check in table under camera coverage. ACE Club Members will check-in with a Marketing representative (or above) for a system generated drawing entry from 6:00PM – 7:30PM. an Marketing representative will print one (1) system generated drawing entry for each ACE Club member. Once the drawing entry is printed the authorized Marketing representative will deposit it into the drawing barrel located at the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar check-in table on the promotional day. 

5.     Any transportation of the drawing barrel to/from the check in and to/from the ACCCC ACE Club shall require a Security Officer escort and notification to the ACGC Surveillance Department. 

6.     Per the drawing schedule (see above): At the drawing time, a Marketing representative (or above), with additional authorized Marketing representative serving as a witness, will spin the drawing barrel to mix the drawing entries. At 8:30PM one (1) drawing entry shall be selected, awarding the winner $100 in Free Slot Play. 

7.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

8.     Winners will be announced on the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar and will have one (1) minute to report to a Marketing representative at the Main Stage inside of Agave Caliente Tequila Bar. If a valid winner is not verified within the time limit, we will redraw until a valid winner is verified. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time frame will forfeit their participation in the winner selection process for that respective drawing.

The authorized Marketing representative (or above) shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize. 

11.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize. 

12.  A system generated drawing entry will be generated as an entry into the Grand Prize Holiday Bonus Drawing(s). Drawing entries are system generated upon checking in with an authorized Marketing representative (or above) and will state the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number. This system generated drawing entry will act as the member’s drawing entry for the Grand Prize Holiday drawing(s), and will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative.

Ugly Sweater Contest Rules: 

1.     For the Ugly Sweater Contest portion of the event, Participants must be present to win.

6.     Restricted patrons will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

20.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
