AGUA CALIENTE CASINOS BEDAZZLE GALENTINE’S AND VALENTINE’S DAY WITH FOOD, COCKTAIL AND HOTEL SPECIALS

(February 01, 2023) – Agua Caliente Casinos, a tri-property collection of resort, dining and entertainment venues, showers lovebirds with six special menus and cocktails, and a romantic hotel package in celebration of Galentine’s Day on Monday, February 13, and Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Guests can enjoy sweet and savory specials at the Center Bar, The Steakhouse Palm Springs, The Steakhouse Rancho Mirage, Café One Eleven, Waters Café, and Pívat Cigar Lounge.

For the entire month of February, the Valentine’s Resort Package is available to book at Agua Caliente Casino Ranchi Mirage, a three-time resort winner of the Forbes Four-Star awards. The package includes a deluxe guest room with a $100 in-room dining credit, in-room silk rose petals, chocolate covered strawberries, a one-pound box of See’s chocolates, and heart shaped balloons. Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs is celebrating gal pals in style with two Galentine’s Day cocktail specials on Monday, February 13. Available from 6 a.m. – 2 a.m. at the Center Bar and 5 – 10 p.m. at The Steakhouse Palm Springs for $10, try the signature glitter cocktail, the Bedazzeled 75, a festive take on the French 75, which features gin, champagne, yuzu juice, sugar, and edible glitter. Also featured is the white chocolate espresso martini, with Godiva white chocolate liqueur, Mr. Black Coffee liqueur, vodka, and shaved chocolate.

Agua Caliente Casino’ two marquee restaurants, The Steakhouse Rancho Mirage and The Steakhouse Palm Springs, are both serving romantic Valentine’s evening pre-fixe menus for you and your sweetheart from 5-10 p.m. on February 14. At Rancho Mirage for $120 per person, start with a choice of the roasted cauliflower and truffle soup with crispy pancetta, fried leeks and brioche croutons, or the baby arugula salad topped with dates, red delicious apples, manchego cheese, and candied walnuts topped with a hibiscus dressing. On to the main course, guests choose from the pan seared Chilean sea bass with riceberry rice, carrot puree and asparagus tips or the 28-ounce dry age cowboy steak with your choice a Steakhouse signature side. Top it off with the raspberry mousse dime cake. Palm Springs is offering a four-course menu for $115 per person, starting with the fried zucchini blossoms with tomato pesto, Then, choose from the lobster bisque with puff pastry and crème fraiche or the grilled baby gem Caesar salad with local baby gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes, imported parmigiano reggiano, and brioche herb crumbs. The main entrée is the filet mignon medallions and lobster tail, served with broccolini, Yukon gold potatoes, duck fat béarnaise, drawn butter, and a port wine reduction. For a more casual Valentine’s Day, enjoy a pre-fixe menu at Waters Café inside of Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage for $48 per person. The three-course meal starts with your choice of the carrot and cumin soup with pepitas or the strawberry salad with goat cheese, candied walnuts, citrus supremes and a white balsamic vinaigrette. For the entrée, choose from two; the bone-in New York steak with mashed potatoes with a garlic crème and mojo verde sauce, or the oven roasted crusted halibut with a macadamia crust, pineapple bure blanc, potato croquet and roasted heirloom baby carrots. For dessert, feast on the Valentine’s cake of red velvet, salted caramel and a glazed cherry. Waters Café is open from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Reservations are not required.

Also at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is the Pívat Bundle at Pívat Cigar Lounge for $45. The bundle includes a cheese plate, cigar valued up to $15 and the Twisted Spike Java, which includes Maker’s Mark, Koffi porter simple syrup, Koffi porter, and vanilla caramel cold foam. The Pívat Bundle is available from 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. on February 14. Reservations are not required.

Café One Eleven inside of Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City is offering a complimentary rose for the ladies, plus a pre-fixe menu for $60 per person from 3-10 p.m. on February 14. It begins with a choice of the lobster bisque with butter poached shrimp, potatoes and brioche croutons, or the roasted beets, with smashed avocado, orange segments, Fresno chili, and aged balsamic. Following the starter is a choice of three decadent entrees; the prime sirloin with potatoes, grilled broccolini, black garlic with a demi-glaze; the halibut with cauliflower puree, roasted mushrooms, brown butter and Concord grapes; or the potato gnocchi with jumbo asparagus, Cippolini onions, English peas, snap peas, lemon, and parmesan cheese. For dessert, sweeten up with the chocolate crème brulee topped with macerated raspberries.

Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City will also offer Valentine’s Day specials for the sports lovers at 360 Sports on February 14. The sweet holiday will offer the grilled salmon BLT, served on a French roll with lemon dill aioli, black pepper bacon, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce for $22. For dessert, add on the molten lava cake for $14, featuring macerated berries, malted chocolate sauce and whipped cream.  Meanwhile at 360 Sports Rancho Mirage, try the Coco Love cocktail special for $12, featuring mint leaves, 1800 coconut, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and coconut milk garnished with shredded coconut on Valentine’s Day only. 360 Sports is open from 12 p.m. – 11 p.m. on February 14.
