Executive Chef Kieran Fleming has lived in several cities and states, absorbing the culture of each destination. Throughout his travels, he has developed a taste for experiencing diverse cultures and customs and for sampling foods from all around the world. As Executive Chef at Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, Chef Kieran brings his well-rounded appetite for authentic cuisine with him. He has 22 years of experience in the culinary industry.
Chef Kieran joined Agua Caliente Palm Springs in 2015 following five years at sister property Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry. In addition to his culinary degree from Grossmont College, the versatile chef also earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He worked in the industry for 11 years before pivoting his career toward his real passion – creating delicious memories for guests through food.
“I truly love my career,” Chef Kieran says. “I enjoy sharing my knowledge and what I have learned with anyone willing to listen.” He has established an enthusiastic team along with creative menus that showcase local produce and seasonal ingredients, continuously striving to expand the boundaries of the culinary experience.
