Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS and ACCCC respectively in the promotional rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’, allowing ACE Club members & members of the general public (hereinafter referred to as Participants) the opportunity to win their share of a $25,000 in Free Slot Play Prizes during the regular National Football League season, beginning September 3, 2023 – February 16, 2025. Participants will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blasts, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

WEEKLY PICKS:

●      The ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’ game is a Pro Pick’em Game where Participants are able to make their predictions regarding the outcomes of the upcoming Sunday & Monday National Football League (NFL) games for each week. 

●      During the NFL Playoffs, including the Super Bowl, Only:

o   All games will be featured each promotional week.

o   Additional picks featuring game and player propositions will be added to the contest.

●      Participants will be directed to the website www.free2play.aguacalientecasinos.com in order to make their daily picks for the upcoming games for that week’s Sunday & Monday NFL Games and participate in the ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’ game.

●      Participants may make their game predictions only one (1) time each game week during the promotional period.

●      Participants do not have to be an existing ACE Club member at the time of participation in the ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’ game, but must become an ACE Club member in order to claim a prize. 

●      Participants will have the opportunity to submit for the upcoming set of games on the prior Tuesday at 12:01AM before the upcoming Sunday games. The entry deadline to make selections is 9:59AM on Sundays, before kickoff of the first game(s). 

o   The entry deadline for contests during the NFL Playoffs, including the Super Bowl, will be dictated by the start time of the first game as announced by the NFL. Participants may refer to the website above for the most up-to-date schedules announced from the NFL.

●      The ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’ game will include two (2) options for selection of teams. 

o   Option 1, is a “Quick Picks” selection, in which the Participant chooses to automatically apply random selections to each of the Game Day Match-Ups. After all Match-Ups have been automatically selected, it is the responsibility of the Participant to review and approve the automated selections. If the Participant wishes to modify one or more of the selections, they will have the option to make that adjustment before confirming their NFL Team selections. 

o   Option 2, the Participant must go through each NFL Match-Up themselves, and select the team of their preference. After all Match-Ups have been selected by the Participant, it is their responsibility to review and approve their selections. If the Participant wishes to modify one or more of the selections, they will have the option to make that adjustment before confirming their NFL Team selections. 

o   Participants may opt to receive an email receipt for each entry submitted. 

WEEKLY PRIZES:

●      Each week following the conclusion of the final weekly game, the results will be tabulated and the Top 20 Participants who picked the most winning teams, in chronological order based on date/time stamp of the final selections submitted, will win Free Slot Play prizes based on the Free Slot Play Payout Chart below.

o   Participants may win one (1) time once per promotional week.

o   The Top 20 will be comprised of Participants between all Agua Caliente Casinos.

GRAND PRIZES:

●      Overall Top 10 Season Winners:

o   Following the conclusion of Week 22 NFL Games, the Overall Top 10 Season Winners who picked the most winning teams for the entire season, including NFL Regular Season and Playoffs, will have the opportunity to win additional Free Slot Play in Grand Prizes (See breakdown below).

●      Overall Top 10 Season Winners Grand Prize Structure:

RESULTS AND PRIZE CLAIMING:

●      Following the conclusion of the last game of each week, winners will be posted at the ACE Club based on the below schedule:

o   Winners for Week 1– Week 21 (week beginning September 2, 2024 – week beginning January 13, 2025) will be posted at the ACE Clubs at Agua Caliente Casinos on the Tuesdays following the final game of the week, at 12:00PM throughout the promotional period. 

▪       Prizes must be claimed at any of our Agua Caliente Casino ACE Clubs with an ACE Club representative before 9:59PM on Monday of the following week that the winners were posted. Once the claiming period has ended, the winner’s list for that week will no longer be posted at the ACE Clubs at Agua Caliente Casinos.

o   Results from the Week 22 (week beginning February 3, 2025) and the results for the Overall Top 10 Season Grand Prize Winners will be posted at the ACE Club on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 12:00PM. 

▪       Prizes for Week 22 (Super Bowl) & Overall Top 10 Season Grand Prize Winners must be claimed at any of our Agua Caliente Casino ACE Clubs with an ACE Club representative before 9:00PM on Sunday, February 16, 2025.

ULTIMATE FOOTBALL CHALLENGE RULES:

1.     This promotion is valid for any Sunday and/or Monday NFL broadcast games only, as well as all NFL Playoff games, including the Super Bowl.

2.     For scoring purposes, Participants will be awarded points based on the odds of their picks. The number of points earned for a correct pick will be clearly displayed in each pick box when the player enters their selections.

3.     In order to submit weekly picks, Participants must accept terms & conditions, confirm age, and will have the option to receive marketing offers from Agua Caliente Casinos.

4.     Participants will not be able to modify daily picks once their daily selections have been confirmed. If a Participant wishes to modify one or more of the selections, they will have the option to make that adjustment before confirming their NFL Game Day Match-Ups.

5.     To be eligible to win a prize, Participants must enter their team selections for the NFL Regular Season from 12:01AM Tuesdays – 9:59AM Sundays leading up to kick off of the first game for the upcoming week. If selections are not confirmed by the cut off time, Participants will be notified via message prompt that they did not complete the selections in time and in-progress selections will become null and void.

a.     For the NFL Playoffs, the dates and times are subject to the outcome of the NFL Regular Season. As such, the entry times and dates are also subject to the NFL Schedule. Once the dates and times have been preemptively selected by the NFL, notification of this be made available to the Participants on the entry period for the NFL Playoffs and Super Bowl. 

6.     To access the ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’, Participants must go to the URL www.free2play.aguacalientecasinos.com. The Promotions Homepage will display a game, or a series of game and wager lineups. Each game that may be listed constitutes its own promotion and has its own promotional period, prizes and rules.

7.     In order to submit a weekly entry into the ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’, Participants must provide their predictions of the winners of each of the games in the lineup, confirm they have read and agreed to these official rules, that they are 21 years or older, and provide a valid email address (“Promotions Email Address”).

8.     Entries must be received during the weekly promotional entry period each week. There will be a countdown on the www.free2play.aguacalientecasinos.com homepage indicating the amount of time left for Entries to be made for the ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’ each week. Once the promotional period for that week is over, Participants will no longer be able to enter that week’s promotion.

9.     An Entry is deemed “received” when Chalkline’s servers record the Entry information. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or “thanks for entering” message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an Entry. Chalkline’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for the ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’.

10.  Participants may play only one (1) time each game week during the promotional period, with the exception of the final week results: one (1) during the promotional Week 22, and one (1) more time for the Overall Top 10 Season Grand Prize Winners.

11.  Participants entering or attempting to enter the ‘Ultimate Football Challenge’ more than once a day during the promotional week will be disqualified. To avoid all doubt, Participants are permitted to use only one Promotions Email Address and the use of multiple Promotions Email Addresses will be void. If a Participant is deemed to have won multiple times and placed in the Weekly Top Winners, Participant will be disqualified & replacement winners will not be selected.

12.  Participants may only choose picks for themselves. Any unauthorized picks selected by another Participant will be disqualified for the duration of the promotion.

13.  All prizes for NFL Week 1 – Week 21 must be claimed before 9:59PM on Monday of the following week at any Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club during hours of operation with an ACE Club representative (with exception to the final week):

a.     NFL Week 22 Results & Overall Top 10 Season Winners – Must claim by 9:00PM on Sunday, February 16, 2024 at any ACE Club during hours of operation with an ACE Club representative.

14.  Winners who do not claim their prize within the allotted timeframe will forfeit their prize.

15.  At the end of each week’s promotional game, all data is processed internally.

16.  In order to eliminate any possibility of a tie, a tie-breaking question will be system generated as the final step in the game picks. 

17.  In the case of a tie after the tie-breaker has been resulted, the winning entry will be the first entry received from the tied group, based on Chalkline’s server time.

18.  In the event any game(s) is rescheduled due to weather, or any other unpredicted circumstances that is not controlled by Agua Caliente Casinos or ACBCI, the game(s) will proceed to the date set forth by the National Football League.

19.  Participants may only win one (1) time per promotional week.

20.  In the event that any Sunday and/or Monday NFL broadcast game results in a tie, the win will go to the home team.

21.  If in the event that a game is cancelled by the NFL, the match-up is required to be removed from the final ranking process for that promotional week. If the game is rescheduled to a future Sunday or Monday during the regular season, the game will be added to the appropriate promotional week to be available for guest to select from. The selections from the previously planned match-up will not be considered towards the newly scheduled game. 

22.  Participants are responsible to input their game selections carefully. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any incorrect input of game selections.  

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to redeem offers. 

3.     Restricted players are not eligible for this promotion.

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

6.     Patron must provide mailing address, phone number, email address and permission for Agua Caliente Casinos to contact via these methods.

7.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

8.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

9.     The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

10.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

11.  Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

13.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers. 

14.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

15.  Management reserves the right to black out holiday or special event periods. Black-out periods will be clearly stated on the direct marketing offers.

16.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino. 

17.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

18.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.).  Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

19.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

20.  The Winners Release form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Team Member of the promotional event, and one (1) additional authorized Team Member for verification, completed by an authorized Team Member. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

21.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $100 & under – Expires in 24 hours

b.     $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 days

c.     $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 days

22.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
