Agua Caliente Casinos Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casinos Palm Springs, Agua Caliente Casinos Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS, and ACCCC), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will be awarding a Free Slot Play bonus to ACE Club members who download and register for the new ACE Club Mobile App (serviced by the Everi Trilogy System – hereinafter referred to as the ACC Mobile App) in amounts ranging from $5 to $100. To receive the Free Slot Play bonus, ACE Club members must download and register on the ACC Mobile App for the opportunity to the play the promotional game “Ticket to Riches” on their mobile device. Patrons will be notified of this promotion via property advertisements and direct marketing offers.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

·      Upon downloading and registering for the ACC Mobile App, ACE Club members will have the opportunity to play the promotional game on the ACC Mobile App where they will randomly receive Free Slot Play bonus ranging from $5 to $100. 

·      After successfully registering with the ACC Mobile App, the “Ticket to Riches” game will be triggered if the player is within the geofenced area of the Casino properties. 

o   To participate in thepromotional game, ACE Club members will activate the ACC Mobile App on their personal mobile device and follow the on-screen instructions to play the game, and then they will randomly receive a Free Slot Play bonus. 

·      The “Ticket to Riches” game can only be played on the ACC Mobile App within the geofenced area of a Casino property (including AC Fuel) only.

·      The Free Slot Play bonus received by the ACE Club member will be automatically loaded onto the ACE Club member’s ACE Club Card in the Patron Management system.  

·      Limit one (1) Free Slot Play bonus only.

·      The ACC Mobile App game will become available starting at 10:00AM on August 28, 2024 and shall be available 24 hours a day until the promotion end on December 31, 2024 at 11:59PM.

“Ticket to Riches” Game: 

·      Players are only eligible to participate in the “Tickets to Riches” game upon successfully downloading and registering on the ACC Mobile App. The game will remain on the ACE Club member’s app account until it is played (or conclusion of promotion) on their personal phone.

·      Upon completion of registration in the ACC Mobile app, the ACE Club member will receive a chance to participate in the “Ticket to Riches” game in the ACC Mobile App where they will receive one (1) Free Slot Play bonus. 

·      ACE Club members are limited to receive one (1) Free Slot Play bonus during the promotional period.

THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.  

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to redeem offers.

3.     ACE Club members must download and register on the ACC Mobile App in order to play the “Ticket to Riches” game on their mobile device and receive the Free Slot Play bonus. The promotion must be played while on Agua Caliente Casino property within the established geofence area.    

4.   ACE Club members may participate only one (1) time during the promotional period. The game will remain on the ACE Club member’s app account until it is played (or conclusion of promotion) on their personal phone.

5.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in any/all promotions. 

6.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

7.     Ace, Edge and Elite cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the rules of the ACE Club and will be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

8.     Prizes must be issued in all Free Slot Play (no partial payments).

9.     Direct Marketing Offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

10.  Geofencing will be created to allow players to play ACC Mobile App “Ticket to Riches” game and redeem prizes the ACC Mobile App. Geofencing creates a virtual geographical boundary that triggers an action to a mobile device when a user enters or exits that boundary.

11.  ACE Club members may download and register the Mobile App from anywhere however, the “Ticket to Riches” game can only be played on the ACC Mobile App within the geofenced area of a Casino property (including AC Fuel) only. 

12.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion. 

13.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

14.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

15.  The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

16.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 

17.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

18.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI System of internal controls, policies, and procedures.  

19.  Each Agua Caliente Casino must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

20.  ACE Club Members who participate in the “Ticket to Riches” game via the ACC Mobile App will be awarded a randomized Free Slot Play bonus from the mobile app. Once a player has received their Free Slot Play bonus, it will be awarded via ACC Mobile App with instructions on how to redeem said bonus.

21.  Free Slot Play Coupon Codes: Coupon codes for all Free Slot Play bonuses will be created in the Patron Management system and tied to the “Ticket to Riches” game in the Everi Trilogy System. When the ACC Mobile app awards a Free Slot Play bonus to the ACE Club Member, the coupon code will be redeemed onto the patron’s ACE Club account in Patron Management to issue the Free Slot Play bonus to the account. Valid at Agua Caliente Casino(s) including Agua Caliente Fuel. Free Slot Play offers will expire 24 hours from time the bonus was awarded via the ACC Mobile App.

22.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

23.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
