Each promotional day, Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will offer all ACE Club members the opportunity to win Free Slot Play or Table Games Match Play by earining slot points or meeting designated table games rated play and by participating in games at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk during the promotional hours. ACE Club members will be notified of the promotion via property advertisements and Agua Caliente Casinos website.

  • ACE Club members must earn slot points or have rated table games play while using their ACE Club Cards on qualifying slot machines and table games for an opportunity to play the Spring Bloom Kiosk Game for the chance to win Free Slot Play or Table Games Match Play prizes (see Tiers & Slot Point/Table Games Theoretical Win earning requirements listed below).Each time an ACE Club member reaches a slot point or table games theoretical (hereinafter referred to as theo) win threshold, they shall have the opportunity to play the Spring Bloom Kiosk Game on the promotional kiosks located throughout the Casino Floor at Agua Caliente Casinos and at AC Fuel.
  • The Spring Bloom Kiosk Game shall be available for use for this promotion starting at 12:00PM until 9:00PM on each promotional day.
  • ACE Club members who opt to receive their prize in Free Slot Play shall have the amount automatically loaded onto their account from the promotional kiosk by coupon code.
  • ACE Club members who opt to receive their prize in Table Games Match Play will receive a receipt from the promotional kiosk. The ACE Club member will then be instructed by the promotional kiosk to present the receipt to the ACE Club within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance from the promotional kiosk (during hours of operation). Once the receipt is presented, they will receive their Table Games Match Play voucher from an authorized ACE Club representative (or above) and must be redeemed at the applicable Table Game within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance from applicable ACE Club.
  • If ACE Club Members receive their Table Games Match Play at the promotional kiosk at AC Fuel, they shall receive a receipt from the promotional kiosk and will be directed to present the receipt to the ACCRM ACE Club (during hours of operation) to receive their Table Games Match Play  voucher from an ACE Club Representative (or above) within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance from the promotional kiosk.
    • Table Games Match Play prizes awarded by the ACCRM ACE Club representative (or above) must be redeemed at ACCRM Table Games within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance ACCRM ACE Club.ACE Club members are eligible to participate up to nine (9) times each promotional day during the promotional period (one (1) game participation swipe for each Tier Level achieved) for the choice of either Free Slot Play or Table Games Match Play prizes. ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, per Tier Level by playing on their favorite slot machines or table games with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino (including AC Fuel for slots only). ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve tier prizes or participation levels.
  • In the event the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk System is down, ACE Club members who visit the ACE Club may be issued awards to players who have met the promotion’s requirements according to the offer matrix. The lowest valued prize of each tier qualified for utilizing the coupon code that is attached to the prizes.
    • In the event an ACE Club Member has redeemed and received their award from the ACE Club, and the promotional kiosk resumes normal operations, the ACE Club Member will also be able to play the kiosk game.

• Tiers & Slot Point/Table Games Theoretical Win earning requirements are as follows:

• Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machine equals three (3) slot points.
• Table Games theo win is calculated based on various factors including, but not limited to, average bet, length of play, type of table game, etc.

GENERAL RULES

1. Must be or become an ACE Club member to qualify to participate.
2. Restricted patrons are not eligible for all promotions/events.
3. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
4. From August 15 – October 31, 2024: ACE Club members may only redeem a maximum of seven (7) Kiosk Offer Prizes each promotional day during the promotional period (one (1) game participation swipe for each Tier Level achieved). In order to receive a Free Slot Play or Table Games Match Play prize, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, per Tier Level, from 12:01AM until the end of the applicable promotional day by playing on their favorite slot machines or table games with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino (including AC Fuel for slots only). ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve tier prizes or participation levels.
5. From November 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024: ACE Club members may only redeem a maximum of seven (7) Kiosk Offer Prizes each promotional day during the promotional period (one (1) game participation swipe for each Tier Level achieved). Inorder to receive a Free Slot Play or Table Games Match Play prize, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, per Tier Level, from 5:00AM until the end of the applicable promotional day by playing on their favorite slot machines or table games with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino (including AC Fuel for slots only). ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve tier prizes or participation levels.
6. From January 1, 2025 – January 31, 2025: ACE Club members may only redeem a maximum of seven (7) Kiosk Offer Prizes each promotional day during the promotional period (one (1) game participation swipe for each Tier Level achieved). Entry earning times will vary per promotion and will be set forth in a detailed gaming memorandum. Inorder to receive a Free Slot Play or Table Games Match Play prize, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, per Tier Level by playing on their favorite slot machines or table games with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino (including AC Fuel for slots only). ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve tier prizes or participation levels.
7. From February 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025: ACE Club members may only redeem a maximum of nine (9) Kiosk Offer Prizes each promotional day during the promotional period (one (1) game participation swipe for each Tier Level achieved). Entry earning times will vary per promotion and will be set forth in a detailed gaming memorandum. Inorder to receive a Free Slot Play or Table Games Match Play prize, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, per Tier Level by playing on their favorite slot machines or table games with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino (including AC Fuel for slots only). ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve tier prizes or participation levels.
8. From April 4 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025: The number of times an ACE Club member may redeem Kiosk Offer Prizes on a promotional day during the promotional period will be listed within each Gaming Memoradum, submitted for ACGC review.One (1) game participation swipe for each Tier Level achieved in relation to the promotional kiosks (if applicable). Entry earning times will vary per promotion and will be set forth in a detailed gaming memorandum. Inorder to receive a Free Slot Play or Table Games Match Play prize, ACE Club members must earn the required number of slot points or table games rated play, per Tier Level by playing on their favorite slot machines or table games with their ACE Club Card at any Agua Caliente Casino (including AC Fuel for slots only). ACE Club members cannot combine slot points and table game rated play to achieve tier prizes or participation levels.
9. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
10. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
11. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
12. Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
13. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 
14. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate
15. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize, (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: federal regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
16. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
17. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
18. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
19. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to ACE Club members upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
20. Free Slot Play Coupon Codes: Coupon codes for all Free Slot Play prizes will be created in the Patron Management system and tied to the promotion in the Everi Trilogy System. When the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk awards a Free Slot Play prize to any ACE Club member the coupon code will be redeemed onto the ACE Club members account in Patron Management to issue the Free Slot Play to the account. Valid at Agua Caliente Casino(s) including AC Fuel.
    a. From August 15 – October 31, 2024: Free Slot Play offers will expire 24 hours from date of redemption at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk.
    b. From November 1, 2024 – December 31, 2025: Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    • $1 – $100 – Expires 24 hours
    
    
    • $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 days
    
    
    • $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 days
    
    
    • $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in ninety (90) days
    
    
    • $20,000+ – Expires in 180 days
21. Table Games Match Play Coupon Codes:  Coupon Codes for all Table Games Match Play prizes will be created in the Patron Management system and tied to the promotion in the Everi Trilogy System. The coupons will be awarded to Patron Management accounts for ACE Club members when they redeem their Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosks receipt at the ACE Club for a Table Games Match Play voucher. Match Plays may be redeemed in smaller increments but must be redeemed in values of $10, $25, $50 or $100. Valid at Agua Caliente Casino(s) excluding AC Fuel. If an ACE Club member wins a Table Games Match Play prize they will need to go to the ACE Club (during hours of operation) to physically receive their voucher within 24 hours of redemption from the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk. Once the ACE Club member receives their voucher from the ACE Club it must be taken to Table Games during hours of operation to utilize the prize. Table Games Match Play offers will expire 24 hours from date of redemption at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk or issuance from the ACE Club.   
22. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
